Room is fine but:1. Hot water in the shower is never really hot2. Jacuzzi isn't working, we we're told it is NEVER working3. Breakfast buffet… someone wrote here that it is great food. NOT True! There's nothing to eat for anyone who isn't Mexican: 2 types of potatoes and one some kind of tortillas casserole were cold, fruit plate had pineapple which is on a edge of spoiling. From all breakfast which is btw cost 109 pesos I had 1 toast and a half cup of milk.

I took a disappointment in my most recent visit, the often very cold, they had no red sauce for the BBQ tacos, the chilaquiles tasteless, they were like a kind of atole, the hot cakes a mess! Well… I think they did wrong the remodel!

Booked a King size bed two months in advance and when I got there the hotel said that I was getting two full size beds because they took an overflow… the room smelled and the matressm was like sleeping on a rock … when I asked for an upgrade they said tgth they were fully booked. My sister also booked a honey moon room was given two full size beds! Really guys on her wedding night! They didn't receive any of the amendtiam they had booked either. The restaurant staff was very nice though.

Reat place to stay and get b-fast and lunch buffet style. Great service and awesome prices!

A lovely place, ideal for business trips due to its well-prepared business rooms and lounges. Ideal for training or conferences.
The decoration of the place is a marvel.

On arrival it gives the impression of a hotel without attraction but the reality is another very comfortable clean and with all the comforts of a great hotel.

Well is a nice hotel and very clean, the staff here us not that good and the food wasnt that great either, my waiter was not very good but anothe one name Aron was very nice he check on me, the price in trivago for the room was 63 dolars with taxes, but here they charge me 68 so I give two ind a half stars not 3 but that is my exoerience.

It is a very nice place for events like weddings and parties of XV years but some rooms are very small as well as the dance floor and it is complicated to dance and have your space, but the waiters are very good and they cater well, I recommend the hotel to do events.

A great, beautiful hotel! I loved my stay here. The people are what makes this place so great, especially the people at the restaurant. I had dinner at El Comal (the restaurant downstairs) both nights of my stay and by the second night the manager already felt like a friend I had known for years. So easy to talk to and helpful navigating the city. Absolutely recommend this place and will certainly be staying here on my next visit to Ciudad Juarez.

Fuimos a al Buffet de la tarde y debo decirnque es muy superior al del desayuno. El Sabor de los alimentos es increible y el servicio ni se diga.

Very nice and the food very rich.

I went to an event! A baby shower! The waiters behaved very friendly and the place is very modern and luxurious! The food was nice! The only problem was the one in charge of the candy bar that did not comply with what was agreed and took things ahead of time in very bad way! The waiter Asta helped me to take care of my baby to be able to eat comfortable since the baby was not at peace.

All excellent. Breakfast was excellent. I had 12 years of not staying this hotel, and it improved even more!

The appearance on the outside is completely different from what it is inside. The rooms are modern and very good to see. It is advisable to look for promotions on the Internet.

I loved this hotel. If you're ever in mexico and need somewhere to stay, go here. I will be going back.

We ate at the buffet. The food was wonderful. Very authentic food with traditional flavors. The staff was professional who gave attentive service. My wife and I will gladly return at a future time!

Super great, I loved the swimming pool and mexican style. The restaurant is excellent omg what a taste. I would go to the city just to get into this hotel again. The bar is also nice, I liked to get a couple of beers and go to sleep like a baby, wake up and go to the restaurant before starting the day. I felt like a king here.

I like the buffet but they add you to force the tip. I think that's illegal. And very expensive.

The hotel is nice even in the minimum details, highly recommended. There are many rooms where you can converse adjoining to the rooms. I do not recommend the free breakfast, it is very bad, lousy I would say, plus I felt segregated because it is an area next to the restaurant and I was just eating. You better pay for the normal service.

Upon arrival guy at the front desk was not very friendly he was okay but did not made you feel welcome. Room had a bad odor as well as the bed sheets. We would not be coming back. I would recommend La Quinta, we had a great experience with them… Is a little more money but well worth it.

Even though I actually really liked the casual atmosphere of the building itself, the price wasn't bad and most of the employees were really kind (other than management) I can't give them a good rating because of the following. Long story short: They lie. The customer definitely doesn't come first at this hotel. Hotel is getting old (AC broken down). If you book through an online site you don't get free breakfast. Wth!? Only if you call and book through them (and its about the same price too. I wish I knew that). The walls are paper thin; you can hear almost everything from the room next door. Also the hotel rents their restaurant and conference rooms for parties so get ready to listen to really loud music on the weekends up until 1 am or so. It really seems like that's what this hotel would be great for a one night stay after attending a party here and that's about it.

Beautiful hotel from outside like colonial syle. Rooms are pretty decent, but the bed in my room was like sleeping on a rock. Customer service is a bit slow but friendly. If I want good rest and get a good sleep on my next trip… Definitely not staying here!

I love the room it's like no other room it was clean it smelled clean. The Lobby was nice the front desk attendant was nice knowledgeable.

Very bad experience, much lack of cleanliness, too much greasy food, the room for the event nothing functional since they have a kitchen and out noise and smell gave me a room which was not made bed… very bad in general.

It was in the dining room the comal. He left me a piece of cardboard in the often.

The truth is very accessible the price but for buffet is very little what you offer. There is no variety or there were goodies. Flutes, hamburgers, meat in different sauces. But was all. Not much to choose from.

I have only entered the halls of restaurant and events but they are very well, has good service and this very rustic.

Enjoyed the stay here service was great.
