All very nice the staff did not run away they took care of 🙂 us very well.

The location is good, close to the marimba park. The rooms have nothing to do with the photos. The bed we got out of the room was sunken. I recommend looking for other options for your stay. The price is too high for what they offer.

Clean and well maintained facilities, but poor event service. To my guests no one told them that they themselves should serve the coffee, with work was a waiter for 50 people, the bread only embellished on the buffet table and counted were 15 loaves that for education neither the guests touched until I suggested to the waiter to attend them and with a plate came and went for a bread offering people if they wanted the bread of $1 peso or $2 pesos and barely reached for three tables! Who makes those kinds of jokes?!. At breakfast time, no omelettes were put in until I asked the girl who was supposed to be in charge of the event and she still asks me which person wants tortillas? When they were supposed to be foods that were consumed with tortillas, and they had already eaten more than half of my guests. The food made by cooks that who knows where they got them because a few simple Mexican eggs knew nothing and no tomato they had. I do not recommend you do your events at this place. Too bad for your beautiful facilities.

The food is very rich, the behavior of the employees is very nice, I like the attention given to the customer, very clean, sanitisan everything, very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Hermoso hotel, todo impecable.

Parking a block and a half. The very comfortable rooms and instead of numbers are assigned names of states of the Mexican Republic, family place. It has buffet but very poor, only 3 variations of dishes that were scrambled eggs, mashed potato, chilaquiles. Coffee, juice and fruit for $130, the only bad thing about the hotel.

Very nice, it is for me the best option if your budget is tight, the breakfast is basic but just what you need, very rich but little variety, it is understood that it is quite accessible in terms of the cost, the location is very close to the park the marimba and its staff is very very very friendly Able. Great location, in the center, close to Parque de marimba and its noght food stalls. Good breakfast, everything just fine. Parking is not on the premises, couple blocks away. Wifi is working well. Would stay there again!

The hotel is well located, close to downtown. The staff is very friendly. The parking is free but located two blocks away from the hotel. The rooms are quite small and lack of privacy.

Nice hotel, only that does not have an elevator for people in the 3edad… Or disability… Their ballroom is in plant high… And climb several stairs.

Good location, the area that is not unsafe as we were walking in and out of night and all good. Is close to marimba park, center. Breakfast bufet is rich and varied. Good service and cleaning. Air conditioning and hot water, cable tv. Just as a comment, the event hall is in the last floor and if you need to party like in our stay if it is something annoying to sleep. Otherwise, all was well.

I liked the hotel, I think its facilities are OK but it is not a very large place, the people who attend is very friendly, has good sign of internet, and the bedrooms are cozy.

FIRST the GOOD THING: The hotel is a few blocks from the marimba park, so if you want to get out or know interesting things about the city of Tuxtla, you just have to walk a little. It's very central. The rate you paid per night is pretty cheap. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY and Bellboy. I had so much time that I was not treated in such a good way and with such a real smile. The rooms are comfortable and a good size, the Internet is decent and the food clean. The air conditioner works and the décor is very nice, you notice that the place has been remodeled not long ago.
NOW THE BAD: During my stay I found a bedbug in my bed, which stung me. However, I must say that although I searched, I found no more. The sheets looked dirty.
Although the place is very nice, and the person's attention is great; Unfortunately I would not return for the detail of the bedbug: (

First of all the room has a funny smell. After 10 min you will get use to it. If you have a baby or a toddler I don't recommend you this hotel. It doesn't have hot water. The air conditioner is to good. Breakfast is good that all.

A very picturesque place, the breakfast can be improved, it is prepared without seasoning, the Wi-Fi in the rooms is a theme, at times you lose the signal, you take the 4 stars for being very quiet and by the staff who really is very attentive, the beds and the fourth overall s On everything you need without much luxury but very comfortable.

It is a modest restaurant in which they prepare delicious Chiapas food, well made, with quality ingredients and well seasoned. Your attention is pretty good and the family atmosphere.

Es barato, el baño no tiene extractor de aire, cada vez que usas el lavabo sale un olor a humedad o drenaje, te ofrecen guia turista pero mas bien es chofer particular y se paga en efectivo.? usamos xpedia para reservar el cuarto, por ello el desayuno no estaba incluido. Nos llamaron un taxi supuestamente del aeropuerto $$ pero mas bien parecia un carro particular. You get what you pay, there's a smell every time you turn the water on the sink, sewer system?, no exhaust fans in bathroom, they offer tour guide but really is just a choffer and you must pay cash.? the food is included depending on the agency you use to book the room. They called a "airport taxi" for us supposedly, $$ but it was just a regular driver, nothing to do with the airport.

The restaurant is good but the food is good enough. The place is cleaned and the attention is good.

The hotel is nice, employee are friendly, economically priced, good breakfast. Stayed two nights and will more than likely return on our last day before travelling back to the USA. Very centralized only 30 minute ride from airport.

Leo many good things about this hotel and it may have been that I combencio to get to this hotel. But don't come back to get. I like that this arc but there are others very close by, and downtown as well. It was a bad experience with the service. The people are very friendly that I like.

If you are only going for a night and think very early, it's ideal! the rooms are clean and have basics, although they are a bit small. The staff is good and although the parking is in a few blocks, at reception you support so this does not become a problem. I do not recommend the rooms on the ground floor since much noise is heard early on, since they start serving breakfast at 7 am. It has a great location, all the attractions of Tuxtla are less than 10 min. Single one… care suggestion with open curtain!

Horrible, they canceled my reservation still having confirmed two days prior. Go to another, this is a hotel fraud, since having left my data were not to call me to negotiate my lodging.

Very nice and cosy place, recommend it much, the best are the bells of the Church of the place that sound at six in the morning, I went with my family in the Easter of the 2012.

Merida is a very quaint city. It's very clean, very low on crime and the people are super nice. Hanging out in the early evening till 8:30ish or so you will always find something to do. The hotel will surprise you, the staff creates funny little animals and characters out of the towels. Trust me you will laugh at some of them. The staff is very nice about service and helping you find something to do. The pool and bar areas are great even the court yard to just relax with a book by the fountain. You'll love staying here. Then why not an excellent review. Well its very old and not all the amenities you would like as a traveller are there, but the A/C works great, however the Water is NOT filtered, so stick with bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.
