It is a central location, the parking is small. The service is good as well as the rooms. The buffet service is something expensive and simple.

The most traditional and well known hotel in Tapachula has enough for a comfortable stay in the city despite the fact that the building and the facilities are somewhat old. The stay includes breakfast and in general the food is good and varied. For a sightseeing visit to the city it is very good option because it is also centrally located.

Beautiful Hotel! It includes breakfast buffet, the waiters and very friendly service people, with the exception of those who are in both receptions lack to be more friendly and smile a bit (since we visit several cultures). Includes swimming pool and very hygienic. What I did not like is how much they raised the rates and that if you want room for 2 has different rate the matrimonial double.

Good service, should vary more buffet breakfast and do not order the breakfast coupons when the person is having breakfast is very unpleasant, I think you can wait for one to ask for the bill or at least finish the breakfast… outside of that very well the staff Rooms.

Good morning, I was hosted the days JUEVES29 and March 30 this year in room 201 and was horrible the stay because it came out a bad smell of air conditioning… (Smell like a drain) We report it with my several times and said they would fix it and did not… Also the staff of the night that we received should be more smiling more friendly as everything is rude…

Simple Hotel, central. You can find rich breakfast buffet but the rest of the meals it is best to do it in the other hand. Ask for room not to the main street as there is a lot of noise. All the building makes a horrible noise through pipes to very early hours.

It is a good place to attend Only events that limit much the service. Not allowed to use the water from the faucet. It is a basic service the bathroom. I hope to change a little. What else is good.

Loud music from the bar under our room. It was a Wednesday, so they only went until 12:30 AM, the front desk told us. Not restful.

Good value for money The service in the restaurant is very slow. The food is very good at breakfast and bad in the afternoon.

A cozy place, very clean, with a pretty nice attention from all the workers. The rooms with enough space what I liked most about them was that they have their own closet, their iron, safety box, plus the water pressure is pretty good for my taste. The most surprising thing was the electric vehicle charging station.
The only thing that left me to want more in my room were the mattresses which to my mind were already old. And it is clear to say that the hotel is a historic place as it takes more than 50 years of service.

Excellent. This unprecedented review starts with excellent, due to the comfort and attention provided. The facilities are a bit of a rustic "colonial" style and the infrastructure is in good condition. The various packages with breakfast buffet that you manage can really be adapted to your budget or the occasion you need.

Lousy. A guest in the upstairs room was making noise from the 1am to the 7am, notified at the front desk, the staff arrived to my room to make sure what I was saying was true, they listened and still did nothing. In The buffet food, some dishes were burnt and it is expensive in relation to what you get as cymbals.

The hotel is what you would expect from a business in southern Mexico. Halls are dimly lit, food is no better than you would find at a thousand hole-in-the-wall places on the street, and staff is immune to anything that would resemblance friendliness. I stayed here nearly a week and I could not get a single employee to smile or faintly fake they were glad to attend to me. The one nice exception was a young lady name "Gloria. " She helped me with breakfast. She astounded me with a smile and honest demeanor to serve me. Her I. D. Said "practicante" which I believe she is in training. She had yet to be corrupted by the others horrible attitude. Only the previous morning I had asked four different waiters to provide with me with a slice of ham for my toast. It seems the favorite words in the hotel industry in Mexico is "let me see, " "It's not possible, " or "no. " The front desk staff is almost always flippant and unconcerned with the guest standing in front of them. They rather look at their personal cellphone, cut little papers with Wi-Fi codes, or chat with their fellow colleagues than say "Hello, can I help you. " The other group that stands out for their honest friendliness is the cleaning staff. They are wonderful. They are accommodating and just nice. I think management needs to rethink it's training and selection process.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, price is affordable Internet service is bad, very har to conect.

Leaves much to be desired… Facilities that already show the years, the beds are squeaking too, the mattresses are hard, worn and old. The pillows are uncomfortable. The breakfast bufett every day was the same: egg, beans, fried bananas and chilaquiles… The staff is not friendly, it complies with its work, but no more. The safe that was in the room was not suitable to be reported from the first moment to the reception and to the recamaristas and in the 6 nights we were hosted were not able to go to fix it…

An excellent hotel, relatively central, very safe, has a parking lot small so you must arrive early to stay, food acceptable, and I would recommend to ask always rooms on the third level above that inside the building on the first level have a disco bar that is very good to have fun, but it is nice to hear all that noise if your desire is to rest.

Excellent Hotel and restaurant service. Last month I was visiting in Tapachula, stayed here, the room I was assigned was very comfortable with all the comprehensive services and the best thing was that tariff so accessible that I paid for the nights included me Buffet breakfast. Other meals that I took at the Veranda restaurant of the hotel exceeded my expectations, they have an exquisite presentation and a very rich taste which is the most important thing.
A highly recommended place.
