A brilliant hostel, one of the best I stayed in during my entire time in Latin America. It's new and has a contemporary feel, there's a cool bar stocked with great craft beer, and a pleasant communal area. The staff were great too, in particular the hostel owner (Hernan, a true gentleman) and it's in a great location, walking distance to everything in San Cristobal. I'd thoroughly recommend this place, and look forward to my return.

Excellent location, comfortable litters, all clean, breakfast included is free, full and rich, the staff very friendly and attentive, has a terrace, common room, lockers. All excellent.

Very clean, comfortable, and cheep. Quality breakfast and everything in the hostel is thought for the travelers needs. For me the best value for money you can get in the area right in the center of San Cris. And the most important the team was really welcoming and attentive to us. I couldn't have asked for a better hostel during my stay in San Cristobal. My 3 days turned into 8! Firstly, San Cristobal is magical and having a hostel like Central 22 was the cherry on top! It's fairly new, very clean, beds are THE BEST mattresses I've ever slept in while traveling (I've traveled a lot), staff is always helpful, over the top amazing breakfast — boutique coffee ALL DAY and the hostel is quiet enough and also lively enough — perfect combo for me! Rooftop is another plus! You can really tell the owner put in a lot of time into making this hostel right the first time. I had food poisoning one day and couldn't move from bed and Lisa and Germán came in to check on me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything! Some of the best people I've met on my travels! Muchísimas gracias! I will be back and can't recommend this hostel enough! Salud!

Excellent breakfast and very comfortable beds. It has a nice terrace and a common room with comfortable armchairs and several plugs to connect your cell or computer. The attention is impeccable. Very well equipped kitchen.

Great brand new hostel! Very good location, cozy dorms and the most comfortable bed I ever had in a hostel. They have also nice warm blankets, which is a plus for the chilly nights in San Cristobal ;) We were there for the opening of their bar where you can enjoy some microbreweries beers, mezcal and pox! Good luck with your hostel!

Newest hostel in town! We were welcomed without reservation by super friendly and helpful owners. Staff team is great, breakfast with cereals, good bread, fruits, coffee, milk and tee, the beds are comfy and with extra plankets, showers have hot water, kitchen is well equipped, lovely rooftop, games and heating in the common area, … Though it was a little cold these days we enjoyed our stay pretty much and would come back any time again.

The best! You can not find in San Cristobal better facilities, atmosphere and price. And besides, it is located in the heart of the city.
