Review of Hotel Estero Beach 3*

Great customer service all around. A huge thank you to Luis for his exceptional service. He helped us with the Valle De Guadalupe wineries info. He also took our stuff to the room even though house keeping was still cleaning the room. He put everything inside and he told the girls I needed to change and was going to use the bathroom. The rooms are a bit outdated (we stood at the talum section) but they were clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms have an outdoor patio or balcony. They also have cabanas on the other side. The pool area is amazing and the view of the ocean spectacular! Especially at sunset. The Jacuzzi is off limits to kids from 7 pm to 10 pm for adults only. They have a swim up bar and a food area where there's picnic tables. They offer scuba diving, seadoos, banana boats, jet packs, and kayaks. This hotel is also known for hosting concerts. Wi-Fi is free. Parking is across from the rooms between the rooms and cabanas. They offer massages pool side. There's a museum and a store. There's residential area near the front. Giving it a 4 stars, we read the bar/restaurant was open till mid or 1 pm. We got back from centro de Ensenada at 11 pm and wanted to get a drink. We asked where it was at and followed instructions. Unfortunately, it was closed. Conveniently located by everything 11 miles from wine country. There's a Walmart, Starbucks, Home Depot, McDonald's, and a movie theatre within 4 to 5 miles. This is one of the only hotels that still give you keys to open the door. I would definitely be back.
