An unbelievable vacation for our family of 12 people. The most helpful and kind staff going out of their way to assist. Our house was huge, beautiful and comfortable. Everything about this trip was top rated. We usually do the Caribbean but Esperanza and Cabo are pulling us back again-

Absolutely amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and spotlessly clean with breath taking views of the ocean including the one from the main infinity pool with swim up bar. The food at all of the locations on site were delicious and I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service. Our concierge, Gilberto, confirmed all of our onsite and off site reservations and scheduled cars and golf carts for us as needed. My sister and her husband’s luggage was delayed a day by American Airlines and when the bags arrived at the airport the next morning we were told they by American Airlines they would not be put on a shuttle until later that afternoon. Gilberto sent employees from the hotel to retrieve the bags and got them to the hotel immediately. Every small detail was covered by the Esperanza and the staff making this one of the most relaxing vacations my family and I have ever been on. We will definitely be returning!

Top notch resort in Cabo. Mexican inspired modern rooms with upscale restaurants. Infinity pools with ocean view for adults and separate kid pools. Excellent concierge services.

We stayed in the Palapa Casita with the ocean view. This post will be entirely too long to tell all the wonderful details of this resort, however, I will try to make it short and sweet. The amenities are high scale and impeccable quality. We had an infinity hot tub on our balcony. The ocean view is breathtaking, you can hear the waves at night as if it were a beautiful white noise machine. They have a nespresso maker in the room with the cutest coffee cups. We enjoyed waking up to fresh cappuccino and watching the sun rise by the ocean. Top of the notch room service, cleaning was above and beyond. They even folded our clothes and cleaned things way out of the scope of normal resort cleaning. We were given all natural organic insect spray and lip balm that smelled as if they fell from heaven. High scale everything from the room, to the landscaping to the many infinity pools, to the drinks, the food, the room service, to the valet. Hands down this was the best place I've every stayed at. Breath taking from start to finish. If you can afford it, it is totally worth it. Romantic indeed. In regards to the first come first serve to the pools, we had one experience with that out of the 6 days we were there. Believe it or not I liked this better because it was more private. Some of the pools are more popular due to the swim up bar. This is where you'll meet other people and have more fun.

We visit Cabo frequently and this was the last of the luxury resorts that we had not yet seen. If I hadn't been to the other resorts, I would have given the Esperanza five stars as it is undoubtedly a beautiful, luxurious hotel, there are just a few things that detracted from the overall experience for us. On arrival we were greeted with a choice of drinks, I choose the margarita of course and it was delicious. Our room was not ready and technically, this could be a strike as we had booked under Amex Platinum and it was after the 12:00 check in we had requested but as we received a very lovely upgrade it was worth the wait. Our room was called a "Garden Spa Casita" but it was right along the front of the resort overlooking the beach and the pool. The room was huge, beautiful and the patio had a huge jacuzzi tub, much larger than what we have had at Las Ventanas and The Pedregal. Overall, the room was a 10 out of 10. After check in we went down to the pool through the very lovely grounds. The landscaping at the Esperanza is truly beautiful. It's a tropical style but done to perfection with many unusual and beautiful specimens. The pool itself is on two levels, surrounded by more gardens and done with a serene dark tile and is a peaceful, luxurious oasis. It did say that this was an adult pool so no one under 18 allowed. The pool is adjacent to a beach which is very scenic though rocky.

The attention in this place is wonderful, my experience was great, an amazing place.

The Mexican night, Mexicanisimo, is padrísima because it is kermes type and there are fireworks. Besides the beautiful view and gardens.

We spent New Years eve and the first week of January in a Villa at this amazing place. The villa was amazing, The Casita has 4 rooms, an amazing heated pool with hot tub, fully functional barbecue grill, ocean view from the pool, full kitchen, sound system, satellite tv, incredible family room, golf cart, great friendly service. The luxury at this place its incredible, the people was super nice. You have many restaurants close to the villas but also a nice little market at walking distance so you can go grocery shopping and cook for your family. The activities I suggest if you are visiting the area are sailing in a catamaran so you can watch the whales and swim with dolphins. It was an amazing vacation with all my family. Thank you!

There is no place like home! And this is truly our home when we come to Cabo. We have been staying here for years. It just doesn't get any better than Esperanza! Its one of the most beautiful resorts in all of Mexico. Very very private and extremely safe. The staff treats the guests like they are royalty. Always hate to leave.

I don't have words for beauty at this resort. The staff were so friendly We were lucky and were upgraded to a villa. The view. The view. The view. I am already planning a return trip and I don't usually do that as I like to see new places but this place is special!

We had an excellent wedding anniversary celebration at this wonderful Resort. The service, food and suite was completely over-the-top. You will not be disappointed. Having our own concierge made it so easy to book reservations for restaurants and excursions. We hope to return soon.

Top-notch facility with the best views… total bliss and perfection for our honeymoon… talk about service… they know how to treat everybody there like royalty… the rooms, pools, restaurants, and bars (especially the ones inside the swimming pools) were all out-of-this-world and absolutely amazing… special shout-out to a few of the best service staff that both my wife and I have ever seen anywhere… Angel, Rigo, Fredy, and especially Alfredo at La Palapa bar (poolside) … thanks for the memorable experience each and every day there… you guys are champs and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts… you made our honeymoon so special… my wife and I love you guys forever!

A memorable experience! Everything was incredible and upscale. The restaurant is very pricy so expect to pay prices for a 5 star restaurant for food if you decide to eat at the resort. Overall incredible experience, service, food, location etc! Also finishing note. If you expect to swim in the ocean, think again. The scenery is breath taking but the ocean is dangerous. In town on the main beach great ocean swimming!

High class resort. The residences each have a pool, hot tub and view if the ocean. Nice beach club with bar, restaurant and fitness gym. Access to the hotel beach and restaurants next door.

Breathtaking and more than excellent! Kudos to the entire staff from the bellboys, concierge, lounge wait staff to the pool wait staff who would be running with the drinks to please us! The restaurant was excellent along with the great service! The room was gorgeous and everyone was so courteous and sweet! The Spa is 7th heaven! This is the place I would want to come back to year after year!

It felt like I was immersed in a movie rather than a holiday. Every single member of staff knew my name and were the friendliest people I've met in hotels. The Tequila course was fun, as was the private beach, the restaurants and the pools. The sort of hotel you never leave from.

Absolutely love the Esperanza and cannot wait to return! We have traveled all over the world and this place is now at the top of our list. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the whole resort is georgous! Everything was exceptional… from the staff, to the spa, to the food, to the transportation. We will defiantly be sharing this place with friends and family.

Finishing an anniversary stay today. Can't say enough about the staff here. The grounds and resort are beautiful but the staff is really the difference here compared to other resorts. Monica and Arturo in concierge and Hiran and Jersain out by the pool have been especially excellent. In addition to providing the best service we've experienced they also have a ton of pride in the resort and the community and are happy to share it in Avery genuine way. The food has also been outstanding at every place on the resort. Already plotting our return.

The hotel is beautiful! very nice view of the ocean. All rooms contain jacuzzies and ocean views. The suites have ipads, there are 70 types of plants around the property making it very lush and green. The pools are separated by family and adult only. Very classy and perfect for a romantic getaway.

I travel to a lot of places and now compare everything against this wonderful resort. Great food, amazing surroundings and landscaping along with the best service imaginable. All with a relaxed atmosphere.

I'm an owner at Esperanza and frequent there about 3-4 times a year! I highly recommend this luxury resort over anywhere in the world. It's the most beautiful place for a week of spectacular attention by the staff as they wait on you hand and foot. The only thing that you ever touch is your silverware everything else is turnkey! DZ.

I went there with my family and I loved it! You all should go there. It has 3 pools and many wonderful facilities we were only there for 2 days before we moved into a house on the property you all should go.

I found the architecture and design of the resort far more warm and appealing than that of the more popular (and austere) Las Ventanas. The spa is awesome and Vera remains responsible for giving me the absolute best massage of my life.
