Loved our stay here so much! We did a romantic dinner in the beach with one of the resorts restaurants and it was amazing! The staff, the service, everything was exactly what we expected PLUS SOME! The room was HUGE! Definitely unexpected and we loved it! I also really liked that we were accidentally overcharged and we had no idea. They sent us an email and refunded it the evening we checked out. Honesty goes a long way and we really appreciated that.

Great hotel right in the middle of the action in Cabo, but still quiet and high quality. Walking distance to everything! The staff is fantastic!

Beautiful resort, great room, but if you want to rest or sleep more than 4 hours, this is not the place. At checkin we asked for a quiet suite. What we got was crazy amplified saxaphone to club beats from the club next door till 1am every night and garbage trucks outside our window at 430am (it's happening as I post this). We asked for another room but they are unfortunately booked solid. If you come, don't take any room ending in 29.529 is awful, with views of a wall and abundant noise. We have 5 more nights of this hell to go… please don't spend this much money for this experience yourself.

The breakfast buffet is very very bad. It was a big disappointment. The food is very bad and very few options, cold almost all and "desserts" something that looked like chocolate and strudel what you did not crave or eat. The value for money leaves a lot to be desired. I don't recommend it at all. We didn't stay there, so I thought it was good, but I wouldn't come back. They should pay attention to their presentation, such as quesadillas (tortillas heated and already) or their chilaquiles * that is not to make chilaquiles a tourist does not deserve that food. The salvageable: super super friendly and attentive staff since we arrived, they if a 10 ✅ brave for them.

The hospitality, large and room with beautiful view, only one day here and I noticed that they Care about everything housekeeping always checking if everything is clean and the most likely is the employee s.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work, no maid service two of the seven days I was there and then they added a random $300 charge to my credit card four days after I checked out and paid my bill.

The staff is great here! Very clean resort with a lot of amenities. Highly recommend.

The friendly staff attentive and caters to your every desire. Heaters in the evening, generous food servings, and so welcoming. Entertainment on the patio area in the Sushi restaurant Friday — Sunday. Gorgeous views and safe place to be. ❤️

Wonderful rooms and wonderful staff!

Having stayed at Casa Dorada several times and recently returning from there, I recommend it highly. From Leonardo Perli, the General Manager and throughout the staff, you are always made to feel "At Home". Even with all of the uncertainty surrounding the Covid pandemic their staff follows the protocols in place to an unbelievable level. It instills a great level of confidence that everything is safe.
Also, the location on Medano beach is second to none. You have a great secure beach and it's location relative to downtown, the Marina and Puerto Paraiso Mall as well as a multitude of restaurants is the best.
Our thanks to Miriam Cham, Claudia at the front desk, Noel, Adrianna, Pablo, Zaid and the gang at the pool (amazing memories, never forgot a drink preference). The staff at the front entrance, always on top of things.
For all of the reasons above and more, that's why I only recommend Casa Dorada to my clients travelling to Cabo for golf or relaxation.

We had the most amazing time at Casa Dorada! The view, rooms, concierge, waiters, room service, restaurants, food, ALL were superb! We felt safe the entire time. They took all of the precautions over and above everyday. The location can’t be beat. So many available activities literally at your feet. Hornacio was so helpful, fun, and just a joy to see everyday. His right hand lady was just as great! Wilbur and Zaid, aka the BEST waiters ever, remembered us while we were there and were spot on everywhere they were working that day! What are you waiting for, Go Already!

We have been coming to Cabo twice a year for several years. We have always stayed at Casa Dorada. Every one is always very helpful and friendly. Because we visit twice a year, we have gotten to know several of the staff. They always greet us enthusiasticaly. The resort is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown and the Marina. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cabo.

I took a tour of this resort while staying at another resort in Cabo. I would stay at this resort anytime. Prime location on Medano beach and amazing views if land's end. We ended up eating at 12 Tribes. I have been coming to Cabo nearly every year since 2004. I have eaten so many good places here. But none compare to this restaurant. Even if you are not staying at Casa Dorada, I strongly suggest you have a meal here. Best langostino I have ever eaten and phenomenal service. Complimentary watermelon drink as well. Great experience and flavors.

First time visiting Cabo as a family. Which included our 3 young kids. The resort is breathtaking. Front desk check in was fast. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean. Resort staff was very attentive. I must point out the excellent service provided to us at the private beach. Luis, the resorts lifeguard went above and beyond with his services. Luis made sure my kids were safe at all times. His interaction with my family was well appreciated. Luis needs to be recognized as a valuable employee for his services. We will be returning, due to the wonderful service, Luis and staff extended to us. Happy we stayed here.

Delicious food, very beautiful facilities, good attention. The place is very nice with excellent sea view and the end. From there we go on a boat to love beach and pelicans. Beautiful everything.

Service is everywhere! The staff is so accommodating if you look at staff member they will come over and ask if you need anything. Every room has a great view. The pool was nice day or night. Room service was fast and not a rip off like most hotels. Going to go back in December. Can't wait.

My family and I go to cabo san lucas every June for the past 10 years. We usually stay at other resorts and always walk past casa dorado resort. I loved how beautiful it looked, and had always dreamed about being able to stay there. My husband and I love cabo so much that we decided to get married there 3 years ago. When we looked online to book our room this year we were surprised to find a room available at casa dorado, and I asked my husband if we could finally stay there. EVERY SINGLE picture looked just as beautiful as I remembered, and so we booked the room. After we booked it, our confirmation email said casa dorado resort (me hotel). So my husband called to confirm that were were not going to be staying at the me hotel since I had dreamed of staying at casa dorado. We were assured by gaby garcia that we would be staying at casa dorado. 1 week before our trip I had a bad feeling that something wasnt going to go right and asked my husband to call again to confirm. Sure enough my dreams of staying at casa dorado were crushed. They put us at their "sister resort" the me hotel (which is a well known resort for their nightlife and younger crowd). Gaby garcia (our service rep) said there is nothing she could do about it, but that fact that every single picture on the listing was casa dorada, and we called 6 months prior to confirm and were reassured otherwise is absolutely disgusting. We would of canceled our room months ago if we knew of the scam they were pulling.

Really cool place and beautiful view. The only issue was the internet, even though we paid for it It would only work for one device at a time and was very spotty.

Casa Dorada is located on Medano Beach Cabo San Lucas. With an amazing view of the beach you can reax by the pool or head over to the Salt Water Spa for a little pampering. Just a short walk from the Marina, Casa Dorada is a great hotel to visit!

I visited it for a presentation as I stay at a sister hotel. It is a very good vacation option in Los Cabos.

Still a favorite. Another great visit. I did complain to management about the heavy drug pushing on Medando beach. The guys selling cigars are really pushing hard drugs. They hit you up about every 20 yards and openly show. One even asked if we want some for our kids. This is not Casa Dorada's fault but a problem for All Resorts along Medando beach.

It is in a fantastic location right in the center of Medano Beach. Wonderful view to the entire Bay of Cabo San Lucas. We took the Bruch on Sunday and it was excellent the variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

A very beautiful place I recommend downtown and the service of 10 Wonderful resort all persons love it.

Staff was incredible. Long walk from our room to get anywhere and the route to get to the beach through the pool area feels like you are on a tour every single time, but the area is nice and the staff really make up for any inconveniences. I really hate being solicited the entire day on the beach which is why I removed a star. It is nice that you can go in the ocean on this beach, but the vendors will wear you out all day, every day.

The resort is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was as described. However they should not overwhelm guests with soliciting for excursions and extra activities. It's off-putting. Be prepared to replace your key a lot. They demagnetize very easily. It would be a good idea if the improved the system they use.

It is located on the beach, with a great view of Dune Beach and the arch, close to the main tourist attractions and the shopping center, excellent staff service.

This hotel is in the mere Mata of Cabo San Lucas a beautiful hotel and with a special attention aside that the beach has a very quiet swell apart that has super close all kinds of adventures from boat rides with glass, jet skis and many more things.

That's a lot of negative words but I do really want to emphasize that overall, it was a really excellent place! The food was good. The pools were amazing. There's even a bar in one of the pools. Highly recommended, just be prepared for the sales pitch if they offer it to you.

Service was perfect, very accommodating staff. Rooms were comfortable, clean and easy to access. Beach was top notch. All restaurants on the property were very accommodating to vegans and vegetarians.

Only a fleeting visit but this place was beautiful, gorgeous beach, stunning day beds around pool, staff extremely efficient and with amazing senses of Humour. Treated like VIPs from the moment we arrived. I have stayed in some amazing hotels all over the world (ex air hostess) and don't very often get impressed by hotel rooms, but, have to say room 221 was by far one of the best I've seen in many years!.

Amazing resort with great amenities and location. The staff was helpful, well-spoken and very kind. The lifeguard Luis is amazing, he watched our for our kids and performed his duties as well as any lifeguard, I've come across in the world. The only down fall is, if you are a first time visitor you will be asked to attend a seminar regarding their "travel club". This can be time consuming and annoying if you decline their offers. Other than that, the resort is clean, the rooms are large and scene is beautiful.

The location is perfect and it's a beautiful, well maintained resort. What makes it the best is the service. The staff goes above and beyond for the clients. I'm so glad we are members. We are a family of four and hope to upgrade soon.

Com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… The rooms are gorgeous and spacious with everything you might need, hair dryer, iron, plenty of closet space and very clean. The staff is incredible nice and go out of their way to help as much as possible. It took some time to figure out the layout of the resort but once I did it was very easy.

We were waiting for a presentation guide for a while and ended up waiting for nothing because of a lack of presenters. We were compensated for our time being wasted with a day pass, which was good. The resort has a private beach which was nice. Their pools were fairly limited in number but they had lots of other entertainment available by the pool.

We have been coming to Casa Dorada since it opened. We come back every year because of the fantastic employees who work here. From the room cleaning staff, pool staff, wait staff to the staff who greet you at the front door. We call this place our second home because we all feel like family when we are here. We have spent time at other 5 star resorts and the level of service and the quality of product Casa Dorada provides is second to none.

This is a great hotel and you need to factor in the location a LOT. It's recently been renovated / updated in 2015 and the rooms look great, the grounds are good — two pools and the beach — well, you are on Medano beach, main drag where everything is happening. You are in a short walk to downtown, the marina and mall — all the bars and restaurants. Why three stars? Timeshare hell, really, really hard sell. Also, the staff, managers for the most part are cocky. That has been consistent for me over the past two years. The pool is very kid-friendly (go see Rosa to paint some pottery poolside, tip her and she'll fix all the lines/detail) and many staff around the pool are great. Really there to please you and help you relax and enjoy the trip. Just the front desk staff and management and the TIMESHARE people, those make this a 3 star.

Casa Dorada is an affordable, top notch resort. The entire staff were accommodating and friendly. My husband and I had our wedding here and it truley was an amazing experience. We were treated like family. The resort is clean and beautiful! The food was outstanding. I miss it and can't wait to go back.

This time share lies. THhy sold asa dorada and golf spa resort unit claiming this is only beach one can swim in, for rest of Cabos has undertow. Now they tell me this is the on e who has under toe, and rest of Cabos is safe to swim Also, they sold unit so I can have VIP membership to exchange with their other locations. I paid membership, but the failed to send me the bills, so now they claim I can't renew the VIP membership, so now I can stops me form going to their various locations. They never sent me bills so I renew that membership, only the annual bill, so they failed to warn me I was losing my VIP status. They never sent request receipt to prove they warned, me, not even a few notifications so it wouldn't lapse. Now they want me to purchase another membership.!

I had the worst experience here. I was talked down to by the staff, they we're so rude and mean to me and my fiends staying at the resort. I have never been treated nor disrespected like that in my entire life. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
