Conveniently located Hotel, 10 minutes from water front. Clean and amble staff. He needs to go renovating furniture.

As a local, I don't really stay at hotels but had the opportunity to stay at le Saint Georges for business purposes. There you will find mostly business people but it is also good for tourists, who would like to explore port louis. It is located walking distance from many landmarks of port louis. The hotel itself is very accommodating, clean, and has friendly staff. Hotel provides breakfast, which is a great plus before a walk in port louis. They have a parking for your rented car, adjacent to the hotel, which you can park during the day, but at night it is advisable to park it right in front of the hotel. Mind you, it is a hotel to explore the city center, it is not located near seaside.

Very centrally located. Good Business hotel. Lights are very dim in the rooms. Management need to change it with 12 voltage LED bulbs,

Reasonable place to stay in city center for work or business.

We only come here for breakfast meetings. Non residents pay €4 (MUR 150) per head. There is NOWHERE in Mauritius that provides this value for money. Love coming here. The staff are always helpful and friendly like all Mauritians. I see other ratings here where people complain, it is budget hotel and one can not expect a 5 star service without paying for it.

Rooms are not good… you cannot walk on main road after dark. Rooms are very badly lit.

Expensive for what it was, the St Georges wasn't completely charmless but all in all wasn't a very comfortable nor at all elegant experience. Our conclusion: if you're travelling in Mauritius, you are not a traveller like us — i. E. Mid-range options are nearly non-existent. The most disturbing thing for this traveller: the carpets in the rooms ever so slightly sticky under foot. Never nice!

Rude and racist staff in the restaurant, they claim to offer buffer breakfast and restricting the guest not to have the second omlette … you request them to switch on the AC or atleast the fan as the room temp is very hot, they will nod their head and after 10 minutes when you request them once again, after showing faces, they will switch on the fan and keep it running at the lowest possible speed to discourage you to stay any further. I have been staying here since the 16th and will be checking out on the 20th,. Room split airconditioner is pathetic, requested for a wake up call by 7 am and by 8.20 I get up on my own and asked the reception why was I not woken up, the answer comes from the hotel male receptionist that… I WAS BUSY"SO FORGOT… does not even feel sorry for his mistake nor do they value others time. Just thought of sharing my experiences for others to decide when they choose this hotel for a business stay. Thank goodness I did not come and stay at this hotel with my family for holiday.

I have had the unfortunate occasion in accepting business meetings there. The toilets are filthy. The rest you can work out.

Hotel is disappointing, the staff are liars, I had booked a taxi for the airport, I had to wait 45 minutes, and I had to call the hotel from the airport, the staff at the reception is to be in cahoots with the taxi driver, they arnaquent the tourists, twice the price, think carefully before choosing the hotel, taking the lead with a woman of service and responsible to customers. Hair in the meal. Breakfast free, yes, but absolutely no choice, the fruit juice brick… frankly, to think well, because there are better, and much better. The hotel is far from everything, no service nearby, in the evening it is dead, and I'm still nice with my criticism.

Is located in the centre of Port-Louis
not far from the Champ de Mars. Convenient for business trips for himself that does nothing extraodinaire. Service and food not great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the hotel was very nice. Although there is a safe in general, the budget option is to be stolen.

Exremely badly maintained hotel verybad Wi-Fi Breakfast choice is limited for vegetarian or vegans and the staff out there is extremely rude in the restaurant.
