Had an amazing week! Room was tidy hotel was very tidy. Lovely garden and pools! I can’t wait to book for next year.

The dolman hotel is a lovely clean place to stay and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good they work Very hard making there food look delicious and it is. The maid service are excellent it’s nice to get back to your room and it’s Lovely and clean and everything in its place. Good pool area and the seafront area through the tunnel is brilliant.

One of the best hotel. You are going to see us soon again. Amazing service, clearness and much more 10/10.

Views are absolutely unbelievable. Rooms are fantastic. Breakfast choice amazing. Loads of sun beds. Showers in the room tremendous. Room has a fridge. All round fantastic hotel.

Spent 5 days last week and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Facilities, rooms and food were amazing. Also a shout out to the staff (especially Isabeau and Sam who went above and beyond for us) who are helpful, professional and all round amazing, there was nothing they couldn't sort out.

The rooms are fantastic and extremely clean, the view from our room was breathtaking and the breakfast is mouthwatering as good as a 5* hotel! Highly recommend.

Excellent service, food & cleanliness. After checking out from the hotel they told us that we can still use the facilities while other hotels I had asked them to pay half day next to the pool after check out and kept insisting that I cant, while this hotel did not ask for and they still told me that I can use the facilities and for free. 5 out of 5!

Loved it and looking forward to coming back in October. Charlie the chef went above and beyond to make the most amazing vegan meals for me. The facilities are awesome. The hotel is immaculate. Can’t wait to return again 💞

Just returned back from this hotel, most of the staff in this hotel are very ignorant they have no time for all inclusive, food is good very little choice towards other all inclusive hotels I’ve been in. Do not cater for kids either entertainment or food. Didn’t think this hotel was worth the money that my family have paid.

Not a fault can be said about this hotel. Our room is beautiful with amazing views of the sea.
We have done the all inclusive and it works out to be a great with wonderful choices for food and drink. Plus you can also use a restaurant with a good range of choices of the menu.
The spa and facilities are great. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Plus it has a beach bar.
Would highly recommend this place especially with the all inclusive offer as it works out to be much cheaper.

Very nice hotel. Very close to the beach and the many facilities and amenities in the area. Staff very friendly and helpful especially our room service lady, Marina. Greeted us with a friendly smile everyday and went the extra mile to assist. It made our stay all the more welcoming. Would stay at the Dolmen again.

Generic 4 star hotel with all amenities one should expect. Well suited for families with kids (from the menu, to the services, to the kids club and kids program nights). Nice swimming pools with variety from shallow to deep, sweet to daily water, inside and outside. The apartments (6th floor) lack the luster of the double rooms (5th floor). Even if they are very large, they have the feel of a 3 Star, unmaintained cheep hotel. The bathrooms smell, the furniture is old and cheep and somehow dirty. The food if great in variety and taste. Services are good with personnel always paying attention to your best. The posting is well and cheep. Rooms need some attention while the hotel is good overall.

We stayed here during our dive holiday over a long weekend. The staff was horrible and uninformed. You have to ask for everything and they are uninformed about their own services. The rooms are very dark and dingy and the beds do not connect and drift apart in the night which is very unromantic. The food is either under or over cooked including meat and pasteries. When we complained the manager informed us that they give different guests different services and said that bat we did not need to know about all the services, including those we had already paid for. I have never felt like I spent so much money to be treated so poorly.

Lovely hotel, great staff, food is pretty good but not great. Good location and clean. Feel reasonably safe though you have to watch out for thieving Eastern European pickpockets as usual. Travel is a problem. Parking is a problem and can be expensive. They drive like absolute idiots as well. Take care in the towns as the locals have no respect for pedestrians and won't stop even in crossings. Might stay again in the future.

Very nice hotel and it’s the easiest way to see some very old ruins in Malta. The Dolmen is in the courtyard of the hotel, you are allowed to walk around the stones. Just ask at reception for directions. The important carvings have been moved to Valletta for safe keeping.

Nice views on one side, less nice views on the other side of the hotel. Was a bit disappointed with the buffet's choice at the main restaurant. Although the food was good, I couldn't say that I had much choice. (Example: one type of vegetables for main course, one type of potato for main course, just two dishes of meat to choose from and more similar examples…)

This is a 4 star hotel very well located the rooms are beautiful the staff is welcoming and professional.

Beautiful and large hotel with all the facilities expected of a 4 star. Spacious rooms, we had a suite on the 6th and last floor, overlooking the sea, with a large terrace. We took advantage of the indoor pool and the spa. The breakfast and meals taken at the hotel were excellent. Rich and varied. Only downside, the noise in the dining room.

Tried the restaurant, great dishes and plentiful, fair price. Good pizza dough.

The central location with respect to the island is strategic because it allows you to follow a different itinerary every day and in the evening always return to the same hotel. It seems to be in a 3 star hotel there is no luxury but at least you feel comfortable. It is a really great hotel and the rooms with the best view are to recommend those that give on the pools and the sea. I have been there at Easter and I am convinced that in summer the outside must be a splendor. I was very impressed to see an archeological area between the pools. Room clean bathroom very large. Breakfast lunch and dinner very abundant Self Service. Every day different dishes and for all tastes. If we really want to find a flaw I was sorry not to find the egg whites at breakfast even though I tried to ask them. While if you want the fries at breakfast you will find them. Very little choice of the. In the clothing stores within the hotel very competitive prices. No adapters are needed as the rooms are equipped with universal power sockets. If you want to move by public transport 3 minutes on foot there is the area where buses depart.

We stayed for a week in half board everything is perfect cleanliness, service, home, breakfast buffet very garni we have moderately enjoyed the dinners we only did 2 and have preferred to dine in other Restaurants outside the evening buffets although very stocked remains too uncommon and too ordinary we recommend this property for its location and comfort.

I loved everything about this place. The location was great, the spa and pool were fantastic, a short walk from the sea. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved it.

Hotel for 2 maximum 3 stars. Usually the number is given at least an hour earlier than announced. We waited to the limit. At the same time all the other arrivals after us have passed earlier. The room was very clean. The spa does not know how to turn on the air supply and so the Jacuzzi is not a Jacuzzi and a bath for children.

Hotel in principle with the 4 stars, something to improve I point out on the tablecloths in the bathroom two are few, also the shampoo and bath foam goes put new everyday.

Amazing place 10/10 We previously booked a 4* hotel no where nice as this place. Staff very nice, helpful and present to talk too. I'm now going to relax and enjoy our family holiday. Thanks for making me and my family feel better.

The infrastructure with their pools depending on the time of year are very good. The flexibility of having a couple of restaurants included in the property of the hotel is very good, mainly when the weather is not ideal and there are not many options in the public transportation. The Internet connection is very good, stable and with free options for multiple devices. The size of the room was good and the size of the bathroom very spacious. With regard to staff was normal in some little collaborative interactions. We reported some defects in the room that were never solved. The breakfast disastrous, hundreds of people on the premises, the product did not show very good quality and the truth is that the very dubious cleanliness the seating seemed to be exceeded all the time. The beds normal and trendy not to be so comfortable and cared for, the rooms and their maintenance in a lot of doubt, for us it was not good experience. The proposed cable system is very limited.

Four-star bunker with all the trimmings. Staff very friendly. Right by the sea. Hardly any sandy beach. Over 1000 beds. Everything there hardly wishes open.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Several pools usable and very spacious. Ideal to have fun with family… The breakfast buffet we found to be of average quality although well abundant, because when we were there were many people in the restaurant and as I could not even walk with the food, being that it is a large restaurant. As well, the rest as I commented before is perfect… many places to eat and buy… even clothes, hats and flip-flops… Recommended 100%.

But I want to talk about the kitchens, they are inhabited by dirty people and unwashed food (the HACCP is not like the Italian one) but I must say that by not complying with the HACCP to have cooks urinating on the stairs and cooks and attendants who do not clean and smoke in the place where you change The jump is really huge.
So my advice and not to eat there if you keep to your health.
(I have this information because I worked there for a period of internship by a Ligurian school)

For me the ideal hotel as a starting point for my hikes etc. (bus main stops degrees times 150 m) :) My double room, for me alone, just awesome! Room service was great (it should be said that I am a smoker, I have always had a bad conscience towards the "Putzperle" because of my tobacco crumbs), although I had no towels on the last day * g * I felt all the staff: reception, breakfast, bar Very accommodating, always friendly and helpful (could greatly improve my English:) ). It is clear, of course, that not every employee makes us 100% satisfied, yet in our own fatherland is not so! Nor can I understand that here in many (especially the Germans) the television program in the room has been criticized * ROFL * and therefore a star was given less. I myself have 1-2 times, in 10Tagen, in the evening time watching TV, for years once again a crime scene on ARD (as well as the signed fees * g *). Achsooo before I forget… to the breakfast is to say: I love English breakfast, but I was (and this is my only drawback, yet not a star deduction) disappointed with the scrambled eggs: (… on my next visit in the fall, I will give the cook a lesson;D) … Dear Greetings To the Dolmen resort team, you guys are great! Cu, in autumn:)

A great hotel with very friendly, always enough staff. We had a spacious room overlooking the sea. The breakfast is very extensive and there is something for everyone. Room service was perfect.

Amazing hotel. Clean, bright and spacious. We had room 5133, sea view and balcony. Room was spotless, beds clean and fresh, bathroom clean. Rainfall shower was hot and strong. Food was amazing, huge choice of meals every evening. Staff were polite and helpful Will definately return.

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly. We were cold. We changed rooms without hesitation with the same sea view. The buses nearby to visit.

Hotel quite noisy, poorly soundproofed at the level of walls, doors and chassis almost without insulation gasket, so you hear everything that happens as well dehor as in the neighbour next or above. The doors have a 1cm space about each side, so we see and hear everything, especially as the guests of this hotel are often devoid of respect to other customers. They shout in the hallways, run, slam the doors several times in a row, move armchair, chair and other furniture by dragging them on the floor. We fell at the same time as a European billiards tournament, it was horrible. The housekeepers also pass very early and vacuum in front of your room, so for the sleepy morning it's not top. Breakfast Buffet is not very interesting, the lunch and dinner is better, but the kitchen is often tasteless and greasy. The cocktails at the bar are very good and well served. There is the café Delos, we eat well, we serve everything, it goes from wraps to pizzas by way of salads, pasta, burgers and lots of other things. There is a nice indoor pool but without a cloakroom, so either you arrive already in a swimsuit or you change DS a toilet. The same for the SPA that does not have a cloakroom, when I came back DS the WC, a woman aged septentaine was completely naked changing, as well as I were very uncomfortable. When we arrived DS the SPA, this one consisted of Jakusi and a sauna… cold can hold Max 3 pers while the hotel can accommodate 446 rooms.

For two years running we have had an enjoyable New Year's Eve dancing, drinking, watching sport and eating at the bar on ground floor. There is live music and animation for adults as well as children in a comfortable and plush surrounding with tourists as well as locals who were all very well dressed.

Nice modern and comfortable hotel. Only little complaint of information not to say no information given in French, only one receptionist in 10 days who speak French. So complicated to have the useful info even with Google translation. Disappointed with the restaurant which is a self and very noisy. Varied dishes.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch. The food is delicious good variety especially the desert table yummy. A big thanks goes to the chef Ivan Bonnet for taking good care to provide gluten free food for my daughter. Highly recommended.

Day 1 the door surround fell off the inside of the door, day two no coffee, tea or milk left in the room had an absolute fight to get basic room refreshments, day 3 no water left in the room as per the room standard wanted €5 to bring some to the room, needed toothpaste the reception advised us to go to a local shop when there was a shop in the hotel we later found. The cleaning on the first day was really good however over the week reduced considerably to come in to the beds just being pulled over and looking like you’d asked your teenager child to make their bed. Would absolutely not recommend, the hotel is nowhere near superior bar the entrance and image. Never have I stayed in a hotel where they won’t even provide you with tea and coffee to make in the room, my husband had to go down and was given milk in a cup from a bar and a cup of coffee granules to bring back to the room because housekeeping had the sachets?!

Everything was just great. The hotel has all you might need, including electric reduction which they charge for. Breakfast is rich to choose from, there's plenty of fruits included, too. Spa is quite convenient with sauna and small pool. Parking was considerably easy in the street nearby. Bed is comfortable and view from the hotel to the pool and sea was splendid. Highly satisfied.

Very nice facility. We had an apartment, pictured. Saw into a room and it looked small but nicely furnished. Resort facilities are top notch, and very convenient to public transportation.

We love this hotel and never had to complain, we come for a weekend break almost every year (6th time) around Christmas for a family reunion, a very quiet clean atmosphere, food is very good and excellent price for value. And now they just refurbishment to more modern contemporary look. Good job ppl.

Big, chic, modern, rather dull breakfast, kitchen little variable. Location is in the middle of the Holidayviertel, so everything is reachable! If you book cheap it's okay.

Nice hotel, very clean and the staff professional and attentive. Wish they would cover the salad bar to stop the customer from sneezing and coughing over it. The buffet was good but to eat there every night got a little boring. That however was the fault of the “senior discovery tour “ who booked us that way “. Can not recommend this tour company. I for one will never travel with them again. Our guide told us not to drink the tap water but the hotel didn’t provide any drinking water except for 2 bottles on the first day. The bar on the main floor had a great lunch menu quite reasonable and the lady serving us was very pleasant and accommodating. We ate there several times and enjoyed it.

— — — — — — — — — — PLEASE READ — — — — — — — — — YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID We arrived around 1:30 AM the first night and didn't get in bed until 4:00 AM… 1. First — we were placed in a smoking room. Our reservation was for a NON SMOKING room, so we asked to be placed in the room we had reserved. After sorting out the mess and finding a room, we decided to take a shower. 2. The water was ICE cold and miserable. No joke… not a hint of warmness. 3. Finally through all that mess, when we thought we'd lay down and get some rest. We opened our sheets to find hairs all over the beds. We called the front office to have them bring us new sheets so we could get some rest. 4. The man who brought sheets knocked on the door and quite literally threw the sheets on the bed and walked out. When we started putting the sheets on the bed, we found he had not included a full set. We had to call back and get pillow cases, and sheets to cover with. 5. Once we made the beds by ourselves and got under the (FINALLY) suitable bed. The TV did not work, and there was no remote. 6. We were awoken around 7:00 to the sound of construction RIGHT OUTSIDE our window. (This continued throughout the trip. ) Considering we were only allowed about 3 hours of sleep thanks to the "resort", I was pretty upset. Our first morning (after being awoken by the workers outside), we discussed all these issues with management and received nothing more than a hesitant and insincere apology.

Excellent location also compared to public transport. Air conditioning exaggerated.

During our stay they had a fire in the hotel and I must say that the response of the staff was one of confusion and a lack of any emergency response! We had to tell the receptionist that no one was advising guests not to use the lifts or not to return to their room! The hotel is very nice but no heated pool outside and it's too cold for children however the small indoor is warm but children are not allowed in at certain times so it's disappointing one is not heated outside. Breakfast is good but don't wait in line for food as no other guests will! Rooms are nice but floors are extremely slippy when wet and the air-conditioning is pre set and can't be adjusted! Some staff are helpful but others are not and not all speak English. The day we checked out they could not get us out the room quickly enough and we have a baby! Reception staff are diabolical but some very nice cantering staff at breakfast. Another disappointment is the pool side bar only keeps beer chilled and not soft drinks for some bizarre reason? Overall it is a nice place to stay but if those things were better it would be amazing.

We're going to finish our first day. Everything is perfect for now… Only if you like to have a mother view, not forget to ask, because we have a not great view on other buildings.
Otherwise the food is varied and the staff is exceptionally nice.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi and very nice pools. There is also a casino and several shops within the resort.

Beautiful hotel, staff working in breakfast hall and maids are very friendly and polite. Great choice for breakfast. Amazonia is very well looked after so relaxing. The food in Cafe Delos is beautiful along with the view looking out to sea. The only problem during the stay was an issue with the room booked during check in, but that was resolved pretty quickly by Jonathan. I'd definitely recommend this resort and would return (if I was guaranteed the same room as I got).

Building wonderful and rooms well designed and decorated. But there was no movie channel. We had to channel surf mostly foreign channels. Luckily we have a tablet to watch Netflix. No conditioner or hand cream. The little things that make the stay special were missing sadly as there was so much potential.

An excellent resort with everything my gamily could ask for. Just been refurbished in 2016 so everything is still bring new. Very well situated too.

I'm sitting here in the hotel lobby awaiting my transfer back to the airport and I'm not happy about this. I came to the Dolmen to relax and unwind and that is exactly what happened. The facilities were what I expected and much more. The sunset views from my balcony were majestic. The hotel is immaculately clean. The Animation team done a great job of keeping people entertained by the pool and a big shoutout to Martina who remembered my name from day 1 and made sure to include me in the activities (even if I somewhat resisted haha). From the initial friendly greeting upon my arrival at reception to my final farewell drink at the bar served with the glowing smile from Noemi (not sure of correct spelling), all of the staff are a credit to your resort. I will recommend this place to others. Goodbye for now.

Spacious rooms with sea views, with Gozo in the distance. Nocturnal activities around the pool not inconvenient for sleep. Efficient air conditioning. Mini Bar. Italian shower. Towels in quantity (if required do not pose a problem), extra bedding. … On the other hand no TV channel in French… But there's the sea or the pools! A downside: We go past the reception to get in the rooms: we meet holidaymakers in swimsuit… Not classy (there is a lift in the back lobby to avoid this… It should be indicated to all)
I would definitely recommend this hotel and this destination!

Half way through holiday and loving it, 4 pools including an infinity pool by the sea. 4 bars for all inclusive and cafè Delos by top pool as well as buffet to use. Used to British cuisine which isn't the best but food here is very tasty and equivalent to restaurant material back home. Trips out and about to book within the hotel which is more cheaper and safer. Hotel also getting bigger and better even though it seems the biggest one within eye sight along the bay. Work has been no problems at all as it is out of the way. Only tips I could pass on is make use of the 'Delos' which is really nice for extra hot food as buffets being buffet heat is the only problem but the taste is there. Staff very friendly Maltese and Serbian all very polite. Alcohol all branded and no local. Definitely would recommend all inclusive as you would end up paying a lot food and drinks. Drinks do stop at 11 which isn't great but you can get drinks after that for a price but could always get a bottle from the local shops which is the same price back in England. Shops very similar price to England for snacks and drinks and sometimes even cheaper. Would definitely recommend, family member booking up for next year!

Today we received a superb 5* viewing of the hotel for our wedding. They offered us so many wonderful options and provided a bespoke menu for our lactose free requirements. The food tasted wonderful and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the staff of the Dolmen.

Great location. Room is clean and decent looking. Basic but decent continental breakfast. Great view from the room. For that price, can't beat it. Definitely will try to come back. Thumbs up:)

Hotel under construction, dirty, unqualified staff (reception) need to ask everything.

Very well equipped with facilities. Wide selection at buffets and tasty food. Drinks not against extra fee, including wine and beer. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Would not add anything special for our honeymoon also being Valentine's Day. Food awful. Boasted 5 pools but only one open. Cold jackuzzi.

I recommend the dolmen resort to any, Qawra. The hotel is great, staff is very friendly and professional, and the price is very reasonable. The only downside is that the food in the restaurant is a little high hotels and the beach nearby is not the greatest. But apart from that there are to visit many things in the area, and Malta is generally very easy to bypass.
