We are a couple with a baby who booked a lot of hotel in all in.
Nevertheless, this hotel is far from worth its 4 stars and boasts of offering an all inclusive accordingly!
At the reception: The receptionists are polite, but do not give up a smile and they really give the minimum of information when the new arrival of a customer.
The rooms of the old side are not of the present time: modern, elegant and well-appointed.
Our (87) is dated. The fridge was not filled with drinks when we arrived. The kettle, coffee cups, spoons etc. Are placed in the cupboard (no tray to put them on).
The plugs are not European (provide an adapter), otherwise you will be asked to 3euro on the spot for an adapter.
The bathroom is poorly arranged: you can sit on the toilet and wash your face in the sink.
Even being very careful in getting showering, the bathroom will under water up to the room. The hair dryer is in the room, I tell you not the accumulation of hair on the floor.
The Safe deposit box (14euro) is much too small.
The +: They had planned a bar bed in the room.
The cleaning is done poorly, in the fast-moving, at any time of the day most often done in the late afternoon.
The hallways smell like the old carpet, are dark and smell like tobacco.
The dining room is crowded with people in the morning and evening. On the other hand, at midday was rather quiet which explains that they do not let their clients sit where they desire. Sometimes they put a sign to indicate the delimitation of the dining area. However what I find unacceptable is to get customers to lift their plates to change their place.
The buffet is always the same, very little choice. The salad and dessert buffet is similar every day.
When they put meat on the babecue, they wait for people to finish my meat to put it back. Pity that in the meantime the meat ended up dry…
Their snack bar during the day is basically made up of cakes, not even fruit!
On arrival, they put a wrist strap for the all-in, and I wonder what they serve? At any time we are asked the number of our room or otherwise to go to eat we must show the carton with the room number. I find it annoying because the purpose of an all-in is not to have to bring further business.
The Hotel +: they are Family friendly. They heat the baby's bottle or the meal.
