When I asked to cancel my reservation, the Hotel representative informed that this is possible and will be done very soon. I was informed to wait. Instead charged the full amount and not answering to me or Booking. Com. Sad place.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, be very careful. We booked via booking com 2 months ago for the 13th to 18th of August. In fact, we prepaid for the room. Half an hour before our flight to Malta we were informed by booking. Com that the Blanc Boutique had canceled our reservation. Because of this we boarded our flight without having anywhere to stay, and due to the peak season all the hotels were full. After a lot of effort we booked a room in a 4 star hotel paying 1000 euros as it was a last minute booking. Blanc Boutique Guest House has hidden behind the booking. Com platform, it did not apologize, nor have they returned the money we gave for the reservation. Unacceptable, definitely think twice before booking here.

Has happily taken our money for our reservation in May 2020.
Has not responded to any of my emails, calls and attempts to communicate with the property — including our cancellation due to COVID — 19. (First contact I made was March 2020) They have not showed any initiative to contact us, even an email to acknowledge our cancelled reservation. When we are able to travel to Malta I will not be staying here — and I won’t be recommending. Unprofessional.
