Beautiful island great welcoming staff! can't wait to return!

This is without a doubt the most beautiful place We have ever been. The staff is amazing! We will defenitly be back. The resort is fullbooket, but we can not see or hear people, it is so peacfull and romantic. We where there for our honeymoon, and we could not be more pleased. The straff made sure our trip was unforgettable. We are there during rain-season, but we havent den a drop yet, luckely. Worth every penny! 👌🏻👏🏻

It’s our second time in ComoCocoa Island and In my humble opinion this is “THE” island in the Maldives! The right size, the perfect lagoon, a great house reef, the facilities are just great, food is amazing with the complement of the Como Shambhala option which is a plus. All staff are very nice in all departments of the resort, however talking about our personal experience we have to thank to our great room boy Nawall for his great work and attention to detail, PuTu at the SPA and his huge massage skills. Can’t thank enough to Jacob at the SPA for the stretching sessions and to have ended with my muscles stiffness, this man do knows a lot about physiotherapy, he’s a master, Finally if we put a soul in this island that’d have to be Binoy! What a great ambassador to the COMO brand, nothing is to much trouble and all requests run smooth with him. Can’t imagine returning to ComoCocoa without Binoy. Vincent the resort manager is a very present person interacting with his guests and the right leader for this wonderful team, and lucky to have them of courseDefinitely a resort to repeat every time it’s possible.

Very comfortable and the service is the best. You can decide to be very active, or just relax.

Thank you Vincent for a wonderful three week stay! You run a terrific hotel with very special staff. I came for a week and ended up staying for three weeks — it was so hard to leave. It’s position on a pristine coral reef, a 40 minute boat ride from the airport, means the holiday starts as soon as you collect your luggage. Special thanks to Jacob with whom I worked out everyday. A mixture of Pilates, passive stretching and massages got me moving again and put a skip in my step. Anithulla keep my room sparkling clean throughout my stay and Chandra and April make a great team in the spa. Thank you Fanny and Bhum in the restaurant who were always so gracious and thank you Mika and Maia who reminded me of my love of diving and made a special night snorkel happen. And thank you to the turtles, sharks, rays and dolphins who swam with me and showed me the beauty of their home.

We are three girl friends on holidays. It took us a lot of research until we found paradise! Beautiful, well kept Island 🏝, the staff is amazing, the food is delicious, many entertaining water activities. The design of the hotel is truly unique. Chefs are just out of this world, and they can make anything you want… I read lots of comments, and seen people coming back over 25-30 times… all say this is the best of Maldives… that says it all. Cocoa Island is part of lasIslas Maldives and without a doubt it is one of the paradises to visit at least once in life. Crystal clear waters, White sands, incredible underwater fauna… Everything will make your stay in one of the most paradisiacal islands in the world the most unforgettable trip of your life.

Small and beautiful vacation island, decoration into nature, there is no transition of artificial landscape, room is big and comfortable, although the water ramps no swimming pool, but still worth living, tenants will not be too much, do not worry about noisy or everywhere are people.

This place is absolutely stunning. 45 min speedboat from the airport. One of the smallest island resorts, gatorade blue, transparent water with small reef sharks, sting rays and manta rays right by the beach! What a sight! Spent 4 days, was just perfect. It only has 33 rooms. Villas only in fact, so not crowded even at peak season I suppose. Snorkel and swim right in the 'backyard' of your villa, affordable snorkeling trips about 15 mins out by boat where you can see turtles and others, or complimentary guided snorkeling just in the house reef. Free use of kayak, stand up paddle and snorkeling gear. Just one bar and restaurant with great cocktails, food, wide choice of wine. No fuss or pretention. Prices are okay. Not cheap but not over the top. USD 15++ cocktails, 35 and above++ mains. Free morning and afternoon yoga sessions. And several other complimentary activities. Staff was very attentive and nice. 630pm check out without us having to ask… Maybe this is typical Maldives given the odd flight times but was a very pleasant convenience. Speedboat transfers to and from the airport are arranged without having to ask. A very relaxing and beautiful holiday!

Just had an amazing reunion with family in como cocoa island. 5 stars aren't enough for this place. We stayed at the sunset villa which is way beyond our expectation. Every single staff is nice but shout-out to our butler — Binoy, who was definitely one of the highlight during our stay, and Jen-jen at the sports center who's super caring and professional, we were extremely lucky to have her going to the turtle snorkeling trip. I'll be back!

Real relaxation, rest from the hustle and bustle, you can not meet a single person all day.

Paradise on earth: tiny private island surrounded by pristine sand, with endless breathtaking Indian Ocean and long sand bank — one side deep, dark blue, the other, shallow turquoise. 33 rooms only — in shape of Maldivian boats, on stilts, in water… divine food… impeccable, tasteful, simple, luxurious décor; amazing spa treatments, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi pool, infinity pool… Staff absolutely lovely. Surreal.

The most amazing experience you could ask for. Travelled here for 5 days of rest and relaxation with 2 kids (aged 7 and 9). A new adventure every day! And we really took advantage of every opportunity. We managed to see spinner dolphins at sunset, snorkel with manta rays, swim with turtles, line fish for red snapper (making a delish lunch the next day! ), and then plant our own coral reef frame in the waters of the resort. Downtime would include playing chess and monopoly with stunning views of the beach and a cool ocean breeze. Or jumping off our own deck into the clear waters. I even spent a good chunk of time chilling with a green turtle on the house reef! I love this resort because there are only 33 rooms on the whole property, so even when at capacity, it never ever felt that way. The food was as healthy (green goddess soup, steamed fresh fish) or as decadent (cheesy pizzas, luxe curries and al dente pastas) as we wanted. All of the team on the resort from the servers in the restaurant and bar to the water sports centre staff were friendly, helpful and just simply the most personable people you will ever meet! They really went out of their way to connect with the guests and especially the kids. The GM Benjamin is one of the best. I work with tons of hotels in my business but he stands out as one that genuinely cares for his staff as much as his guests. You really can feel the dedication.

No words can describe this place and people that work there. You have to see it too believe it.

Pictures are probably the best way to convey the beauty of Cocoa Island. But beauty is something that you get in the Maldives anyway — what sets this island resort apart is the service. This was exceptional from the moment we landed in Male until they dropped us off at the airport. Every moment in between made us feel spoilt — the attention to detail is commendable. The accommodation itself is stunning and since there's only 36 of them, you never feel crowded in. Every single one has private access to the reef (hint — always have sunscreen on, even when sitting undercover. The sun reflects off the water). The food was amazing. Don't let the fact that there's only one restaurant here put you off — while there's no buffet, there's no shortage of culinary options. The Shambhala Spa menu offers some very healthy alternatives for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

From the early morning to sleep at night, every minute has a different scenery, really is casually patted all beautiful like postcards, good holiday resort!
I also saw the sea turtle floating on the boardwalk, super excited!

Idyllic. Amazing. Everything you would expect. Spent 5 days here and loved every moment — the food was spectacular, the activities amazing, the resort gorgeous. After 5 days we were ready to explore elsewhere but if you're the sort who likes to sit at resorts and relax forever, you'd like staying here longer. Absolutely worth the time it takes to get here.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels but Cocoa Island has been by far THE BEST 5 STAR! The customer service here is immaculate. We hired an amazing photographer from Male. He's name is Asad and he's very well known for his amazing talents on Facebook; Asad's Photography. We informed the front desk and they arranged to contact him directly and to make plans for him to arrive at certain time by speed boat. It was perfect! The one and only restaurant along with room service is only open from 7am to 11pm (order your alcohol ahead of time so you don't run out during off hours, you have a fridge to place the drinks in). Due to the jet lag when we first arrived my husband and I woke up early. We called the front desk to asked the hours of their services. Shortly after the restaurant called us at 5:30am to let us know they will open at 6:30am for us. It was amazing. Also, the restaurant employees will remember what you like. My new addiction was the Maldivian pepper in which they call it the Maldivian Chili. They warned me it was very spicy. It was absolutely delicious. The naan bread, Maldivian chili and the Persian feta has been my new ultimate favorite trio. This place only has 33 suites. It is very small. So small to the point, when you go to the beach during the day, you barely see anyone. During many days of our stay here, my husband and I had the beach to ourselves. It was amazing.

As close to perfect as you will get in this life. Views are wonderful, beaches pristine, diving and snorkelling out of this world, staff attentive and food divine. It's not cheap, but quality costs.
