There are certainly not enough words to describe how wonderful this resort is. The staff, food, resort is all impeccable and I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Everything was amazing at this resort: The beautiful scenery of the island, the luxurious rooms (we had a Premier over-water villa), great food in the main buffet, as well as 2 great restaurants. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, snorkelling on the reef was awesome too, the resort pool was fun, and there were more than enough basic activities, with the all-inclusive package, for all to enjoy.

Family-friendly, helpful and service mind staffs beautiful and spacious room and amenities. Very recommended.

The island is amazing. The service we received during our stay there was awesome. The person that serviced our room Munna was. Excellent. Munna checked on us this morning to make sure that we did not need anything. Munna you made everyday special and my birthday was special also.

Amazing honeymoon destination! Recommend going all out with the pool villa over the water. Staff are all so friendly, and you’ll leave the island wishing you’d stayed longer.

Staying at the Centara Grand Resort was like a breath of fresh air! Service was at its best and cleanliness was to the speck. Not to mention the food was all delicious at the restaurants and buffets very tasty! The views of the sunsets from the Sunset overwater Villa were magical🌅🏝🫶🏼

Everything you see online, every promise about this place is true! The sea water is extraordinary, crystal clear and warm. The amenities are plenty and high quality. The number of activities to do here is incredible. We stayed 10 days and feel like we could have stayed more. And finally one special mention to the staff who is wonderfully friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home and made our stay unforgettable.

Worst resort in the country. They are currently hosting the Israeli PM, a man who has killed small babies just for being Muslims. Every Muslim must boycott this resort and all staff must resign.

I had great time at Centara Grand. From the hospitality to their fuonger licking food, everything is on point. Rooms are very spacious & everything is done so meticulously specially the Sunset ocean villas.

We had the most amazing honeymoon here in July 2016 it was the best hotel we've ever been to the staff are amazing and everything about the hotel is amazing we hope to go back January 2021

The room was very big and the view was wonderful. I’m impressed with every aspect of the place, definitely will go back in the future!

A perfect place to find peace — diving, snorkeling, feasting, good wines is at a very high level — the service is almost unbeatable.

Amazing experience. The beach front villa had a wonderful view and was perfect for the family. The staff were always friendly and happy to help us out. We had one issue underperforming Air-Conditioning unit in the main area of our villa which we didn't even report, just made a remark about it to one of the restaurant staff before going on a tour, and when we came back the had fixed it — fantastic service. The excursions offered by the resort were also fantastic, and they broke up the holiday perfectly. The restaurant offerings were also fantastic, with the Italian and Thai restaurants offering fantastic food with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The teppenyaki restaurant offered an exciting experience on top of the fantastic food. The only issue was the buffet restaurant became a bit repetitive about halfway through the holiday, however this wasn't a problem as we only went for breakfast and lunch most days. The included massage sessions were fantastic and relaxing and really added to the experience. Overall a fantastic and memorable experience — the holiday of a lifetime.

Luxury at it's best. This place is paradise, stunningly beautiful. The clubhouse has some awesome people. The stay, food and cocktails here are 7 star.

This is an outstanding tropical island resort of the highest calibre with all the amenities that set it apart. The island boasts an all inclusive package which is really that. It has three restaurants, Thai, Italian and specialty which you can easily rate as five star individually. The island offers many activities including all forms of diving and other water sports and excursions all included. A variety of rooms over the reefs or on the beach for couples or families. Very friendly and enjoyable. We had the best time ever, highly recommended.

Dream Hotel.
We had a water bungalow and it was absolutely amazing. We booked the club and it was so worth it. You can get everything all inclusive like drinks or food. You can eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food quality is very good, the drinks too but sometimes they had not the full taste but this wasn’t a problem.

Everything you grow up learning about heaven is in this little sacred place. We fell in love again and again. We were made to feel absolute bliss be from start to finish where every detail from accommodation to service was just gratifying. Life perfect for 6 days! I want to go back…

I looked at several properties in the Maldives for my honeymoon, and I truly don't know why you'd stay anywhere else. The value is incredible, as for a similar price to other resorts, you have so much more included! Not just all inclusive board, but excursions and daily spa treatments as well. All the staff was amazing, in particular, Pragya from The Club was always very attentive and friendly, asking after our plans and ensuring we had a great stay. Also, Ray from the Dive Center was fantastic in helping me on my first dive. She was very thorough in the explanation of the equipment and process, and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I definitely took advantage of the daily spa treatments, while my husband traded two of his treatments for two dives (only for already certified divers). The resort was almost at capacity while we were there, but the busiest it ever looked was just around dinner time. We only had a problem with availability for dinner at their Italian/Seafood restaurant, but we were able to go twice for lunch instead. Never had a problem securing other meal reservations or excursions. The only other advanced reservation recommendation would be for the spa, as the "couples" timeslots were sometimes a little harder to come by, but we made it work. Overall it was an amazing week, and we look forward to returning one day!

We stayed in a family beach villa with pool (7). The kids age 6 and 8 loved having their own pool and jumping between the pool and beach/sea. The food is very good for all inclusive, we especially enjoyed the Thai restaurant. Kids club great, staff are very nice and organised. The service is attentive just the right balance. We would thoroughly recommend the Centara for a all inclusive family holiday in the Maldives. Our kids and us have had the best holiday.

Irresponsible, why did your cousin die in your work, and you said that everything had been sent, but it was three weeks before you even paid his salary, and he did not answer the phone, and it was rotten.

Lack of hygiene, bugs in the room and leaky sewer pipe that stinks of canal has unfortunately reduced the rating.
The food in the clubhouse was excellent, the abundance of fish right on the reef was great. Unfortunately, massive traces of mass tourism are already visible and many corals are severely damaged. You should not let stupid tourists into the water without prior schooling, otherwise they still trample the last corals dead.

Excellent! We stayed here for our honeymoon, had the ocean villa initially but was offered upgrade to sunset pool villa. Everything was perfect from the room to the views to the service and the food! Couldn’t recommend it enough! Can’t wait to go back!

After Arrival Male Airport, we went to the Counter 12 of Centara. From this point on, everything runs like 5 Star, perfectly. The Staff did the Check-in for the domestic flight to Maamigili Villa Airport, they carry our luggage, and we must do nothing. After landing, bus transportation to the speedboat, 20 min ride and we arrive the Island. Check-in very friendly and smooth. We arrived little bit early, and room was not ready. They send use immediately to the Reef Restaurant, for Lunch. We had the Deluxe Family Water Villa. The size of the Villa super, separate rooms, specially build up for kids, PlayStation etc. Two Showers, two bathrooms, excellent. Now I will cut this feedback: Cleaning 5 Star, Staff 5 Star, Restaurants 5 Star, and we used all Restaurants (Italian, Thai and Reef), Food 5 Star, SPA 5 Star (every day 30min per Person incl. ). My daughter she said, please write also about Kids Club, 6 Stars. Finally, the whole Island, Organization is 5 Star. There was only a small issue, and I sent an email to the Reception. Couple of hours later, the Manager comes to my Villa and we talk about this on. Many thanks to Mr. Shekhar. This Ultimate All Inclusive, cover everything, and you need not any extra money. There are some extras, like food, Lobster, extra fish plates, extra massages or The Club, there are very expensive, and is not required. The All Inclusive give you a very good quality of food, vine, alcohol etc.

We almost had a chance to visit the heaven. It was very exciting trip to see the whale shark among the storm. I wondered why they did not stay in the safe place and waited until the sky was clearer before going back to the hotel. So scary.

We just returned home from our Honeymoon at Centara Grand. The experience FAR exceeded our expectations! We were hoping to get away for 2 weeks just to relax in a remote location and enjoy our time as newlyweds. What we got was an experience that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We traveled 39 hours door to door to get there and 32 hours home, and we would do it again tomorrow if we could. The accommodations were far beyond what we expected. Private with stunning views of the ocean and sunset (Villa 88). We were able to snorkel right off the back deck in the crystal clear ocean. On top of the accommodations, the food was spectacular. We were honestly not expecting a great deal from the food as we have stayed at all inclusives before and the food has been less than stellar. However, in each restaurant, not only was the food excellent, but the chefs made it a point to personally greet us and even offered us special samplings that they had been working on as well! The Reef restaurant gave us a true taste of different cuisines of the world as their menu was constantly changing. Above all else, the thing that truly stood out above everything was the staff. From top to bottom, the staff made our stay truly memorable and the people at Centara are what we will miss the most. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely tried their best to make our stay pleasurable.

Amazing place to be, truly a paradise. Service was top notch. We took the over water villa and did snorkelling by the villa everyday. The variety of species and colour of fishes by the villa was far better than the actual location of snorkelling excursion taken. All inclusive deal was worth it, spa was refreshing and soothing, my I could not really find anything negative. Centara is lucky to have good passionate staff. Highly recommended!

Service is impeccable and worry free. From the moment you land in the international airport, the local staff would greet you and handle your transfer to the resort via domestic flight tickets or seaplane transfer. Once on the island, all staff are eager to assist and ensure you're welcomed and are having a great time. The food is very good and did not disappoint. The views are absolutely stunning.

A holiday in this prestigious resort shall grant you the wish of having the best five star experience in Maldives! It has ultimately bagged the honour of being one of the best resorts in Maldives. In fact, it has made its way to the top ten Maldivian luxury resorts. A vast majority of its visitors define the place as a simple barefoot paradise. Even then, the unique walkways and the amazing buildings have made this island resort a jewel in the crest!

This is like heaven on earth. WE spent 7 nights here and stayed in a 2 bed family room unit 6 with a personal pool and then moved to an over water bungalow room 13. They were both absolutely AMAZING! My wife and I enjoyed a 30 minute spa treatment every day plus we had some extra services — the team were INCREDIBLE. The food was beautiful with plenty of choices! The staff went out of their way for you in every situation. WE celebrated our daughter's 7th birthday while we were there, they made her a cake and then also had their musician's come to the Italian restaurant and sing her Happy Birthday. This was the most amazing 7 night holiday we have ever had… Thank you.
