Its a budget accommodation. They have sea facing rooms as well as a small regular rooms in a building just off the shore. The staff barely speak English. Most of the times are rude and have very little customer service. If you are hungry and want food consider going next door to another restaurant. An average order takes one hour. The rooms are average, with a bed which will kill your back if you stay longer. The AC is fantastic. The fried rice with chicken is the best dish to order and if your looking for a budget optionn, then that's the place to be.

Very satisfied. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Sea view chalet was fine but aircond and toilet are a bit old. The new building were better with new facilities and good for those who do not like to stay in wooden place. The best for me was the services received from Samudra Beach Chalet. Thumbs up for all of them. Food and beverages price were reasonable with the quality and no regret of having meals here. Tq.

Very casual. Good food. Beach us moderate. Quite place. Snorkelling and diving trios available. Jungle is fun.

The hotel has very comfortable rooms and it's right next to the beach. The food their restaurant has is pretty tasty and cheap.

The place is beautiful but do not take the wooden cabins, you can enter all the fauna of the island. The first room we got had cockroaches, lots of cockroaches… big and small. The second, as of work, was fine. That's the right choice.
There is no hot water and the shower does not work very well. The Wi-Fi works frankly wrong and they speak little English.
The food is the cheapest on the beach and it's pretty good!

We had a good stay at Samudra where we booked a beach chalet with sea view. Was absolutely great opening the door and basically stepping out into the sea, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves! We also liked it because the beach was much quieter than others on the island which seemed a bit overrun by tourists on snorkelling trips. The chalet was clean and comfy and had A/C but don’t expect any luxury. It was perfect for us. Service in the restaurant was either super quick or very slow, food was quite good. Reception was helpful.

It is a quiet and cozy place facing the sea.

Rooms were neat and clean. We had a pleasant stay. The people working there could have been a little more polite. But overall it was okay.

Rested at the beginning of the season. There were very few holidaymakers. The room was overlooking the sea-perfect! The air conditioning is not regulated by the temperature, so it turns out that the street is very hot, and the room is very cold. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rest is happy!

Nice rooms with air conditioning, toilet with bathroom and shower, all very clean and very functional.
However, the staff had to change since the last reviews… Quite unpleasant, the receptionist barely speaks to us at our arrival or at our least questions… Could not find out about this hotel for excursions, taxi boat ect. We had to address the establishment next door, where the employees were much friendlier (and the breakfast better…)
The Wi-Fi doesn't work.
Anyway, I do not recommend this hotel.
