I'll never forget my experience with this hotel. My hubby and I was attracted with the location of its Ocean's Glow Banquet Hall as our garden wedding reception. We received lots of complaints from our guests especially their food. All food were served cold and the food were totally out of standard. Most of our guests feedback to us the food were truly not tastety at all. Some guests from local even feedback to us the food totally out and taste worse if compared to local "warung". My gosh! Hotel rate price food not comparable to "warung" food?! I think the chef of the hotel really needed to be reviewed. And for the hotel rooms, the furnitures and facilities were old and some even not function well. There's another negative feedbacks from our guests! The only things that satisfied our guests were the sea view and sea wind of the day! Even though our wedding was held on last year end, whenever meeting up some friends and relatives the bad experience with the food served still vivid in their memory!
Good as a its rate… friendly n tolerance… recommended…
