Had a blast here with my son and extended family. Comfy units. Peaceful place and caught lots of little fishes.

Short visit, but still an amazing experience to see Ourang Utan into the wild. Support its cause.

We go there for teambuilding of our company… I thinks the facilities is good. But not so for the activities.

Rase tempat ni perlukan iklan dan promosi yg lebih. Tak ramai keluarga dan org persorangan dtg ke sini. Yg bnyk company buat team building je.

It's a very good environment facing one of the oldest lake in Malaysia. But the so called resort design not really blending with the environment. Local will come here for Holiday's and temple building activities. The hotel room's big but outdated. Price reasonable. Cleanliness good Landscape need take care.

Overall the whole resort needs a lot of improvement on maintenance — very very run down not worth visiting. Food from buffet is cold & unappetizing. No choice as they have only one restaurant.

Perfect loation for family trip, team building, water activity, high rope activity, jungle trekking, orang utan Island.

The all in lake town resort which combined the recreation and sight seeing activities including Orang Utan Island, mini zoo and also water park. Very beautiful scene good for photo shoot. Unfortunately the theme park a bit too old and some of the area were closed either for maintenance or unsafe to use. Other area however still operate as usual.

Satisfied n will come back hopefully cost of food n recreational activities reduced/lowered. Tq.

RUIN OUR HOLIDAY! We have the most bad experience in here. We came around last month on January. 4 slide are close. And they just only tell us that only 1 are close before we purchase the tickets. Staff are lazy and rude. The announcement of park closing time was to short and only about 2 or 3 times. We was told the park close at 6. Around 5.00 we went to the toilet to shower and everything. The staff call us from outside the shower to be fast when I was inside the toilet. Then she came again and say, (saya bagi awak 5 minit je lagi) how dare.? I just started to shower actually. Im quickly go outside and check what time and and its only 5.15 like that I was shock and think maybe they close 5.30. We quickly get ready and go out from the toilet area and notice there no more staff outside? this is a waterpark and no more staff except us inside the park. Imagine those with small children. We walk outside till the ticketing counter and found out there also no staff there. Its really scary. I have to call the hotel to ask for an explanation. They just say sorry. Im dont recommend this place to others. Maybe wait until they change management or something. Its NOT SAFE AND STAFF ARE RUDE! not all but I can count only 1 or 2 was good enough. The rest RIP. The park more like a ghost park. I hope the management will take not and do something. This place is beautiful and can attract more tourist but to bad the service is sucks!

Nice place for family vacation bukit merah good and cheap and enjoys.

The place had been in better condition than before. The place is aging and the entertainment provided is the same as 5 year ago. Nothing has been added or improved. Really need to fix alot of things to attract more visitors. At night, this place can provide an awesome tourist attraction with more added lights and events. But the place is simply dead at night.

Think tang group. Have to buildup more ideas for most welcome visitors… even in Malaysian culture. Religious. Economical vacation. Etc. Tq.

It should have better Transport to go to Ecopark and it should less the price for rent, but overall it good.

Old and need major renovation. The attraction also out of date. — cannot wear any shirt with zip even though you are wearing swim suit — bad customer service.

Try flying fox for the first time here. I love the experience but too much people smoking although it is a public place. Flying fox is 4* but the crowd's attitude+lack of no smoking enforcement is — 4

Terrible place stayed here. Avoid to come there. Small room, dirty, staff not friendly, (a lot of negative feedback from me) Do not ruin your holiday there.

A great water theme park and ecopark.

Ecopark was great. The water park wasnt worth it.

A great water theme park. The tickets are sold in two ways. One is inclusive of both eco Park and water park and one more is only for water park so choose wisely. Lots of activities and fun for the children and also adults during the weekends.

This place is good for those who wants to spend holiday with loved ones. Also can make the wedding reception here.

Coming on low season with just 2 rooms we literaly had the whole place to ourself yet, ther are not much to do as they were on renovation week. Thus, all park were closed. Only thing to do was going to the orang utan island.

Ok ok… Not much water games nd also less birds nd animals in eco park.

Worst watter park I have been in my life Before 2 years I was there And now 2016 I was here and still same everythink is under maintenance Realy waisted my time and money only I wont ever recomend this watter park ever in my life better go to tambung ipoh cheaper and wery god maintenance and clean.

The facility is old and some are rusty. Most of the water slide is closed because of under maintenance and that is why the entering fees is cheaper than usual. Maybe everything will be fine once the maintenance is done.

Never stay at Suria Service Apartment, its dirty, rundown and not maintained.

Bad service and hotel room is not good as I expected. The Please improve and upgrade.

Liked the 'Orang Utan Island'. Can be upgraded. Used to visit with the europian tourist. The roof at the entrance to the Orang Utan Island is cracked and I noticed that when there is strong wind blows the cracked roof broken to pieces and falling to the floor. May hurt or kill anyone who walk pass through the entrance. Please look in to the matter immediately. Tq. Nava kuala lumpur.

Very nice place to visit with family.

We stayed at apartment block and it is the worst hotel/apartment that i've stayed Bad service, old blocks, room unclean.

Unclean room and toilets. Air conditioner was not working but management fixed it. I find it very expensive for the service or stay at this hotel.

Good, I like the orang utan island.

Took the family on a holiday to Penang and stopped here for 2 nights. We stayed at the apartment block. The apartment is rather tired and the furnishings need some sprucing up. The pool water is so dirty. Murky with dirt and debris uncleaned from the floor of the pool. Overall for the price of the apartment which we paid, it is not really value for money.
