The location is easy to find. My AirBnb was in this apartments. The apartment was nice. It also has a nice view outside.

Big, Spacious, Clean, Comfort, Good Location, Friendly Staff, Free Parking, Value for money.

Not old not new but a fair place with space and a good spot within Ipoh. Would recommend for budget style.

Nice hotel. Cheap. Walking distance to many famous food outlets.

The Ramadhan buffet is among the best I have tried so far and a super affordable price.

Not worth the cost. Very dated facilities, rooms, although mostly clean, have very old furniture and the rooms smell mouldy. Wide variety for breakfast, but almost everything is disgusting. You can use any card in the power slot, so you can keep the air moving when you leave the room to keep the smell down.

Nice place to visit… recommended to everyone. Just that have ti make booking in advanced the hotel occupied faster…

Service is okay but the food menu very bad. Cleaning so early and dessert so simple. Need to upgrade your service and menu. At least have a side dishes until the end of ceremony.

The place is getting dated and not maintained properly or at all. It's central location is the main attraction and parking area. Reception staff is attentive, helpful and efficient. Checking in and out was just quick and easy. Room was a disappointment. This is my third stay in 10 years and there does not seem to be any update. Towels looked like they have been the same all these years. Room was not properly cleaned. No shampoo but there was soap. Had to ask for a floor mat and no hand towels available. Otherwise the room is spacious. Airconditioning was effective other than the smell of cigarette smoke around midnight coming through the vent. Breakfast is included. Not the best but there was enough for a proper one with both western and Asian. Doubt I will return to the hotel in future although it can be considered value for money.

I felt cheated. Booked a deluxe king from agoda based on photos and 4star rating on top of high customer rating >7/10. End up getting smaller room with totally different design furnitures and size, old air conditioner without remote control, no toothbrush and paste. Had to call 10times to speak to counter to ask for extra towel. And ironing board is at the corridor. Oh and the breakfast is lousy. Edible but no choices, no top up.

Went here for conference/ training. The food was actually quite good. Building is dated, location is quite good walking distance to ipoh parade and many restaurants. Indoor parking available for RM3 per entry or RM6 per day with hotel validation, but a single floor has only space for 5-8 card I think. Hotel has 1 small swimming pool. Didn't check the rooftop lounge.

No dental kit provided even it is shown in the page. Bad amenity of the female toilet at the pool. Toilet got clogged with water with broken water hose. I wont suggest this hotel to my company and this is my last visit. Definitely.

I have a bad experience… stay here for an event, but the organizer didn't manage us very well. Breakfast is fine. But the bath room is wet, the water stay on the floor, too bad.

Old hotel. Lots of improvement need to be done. Even the TV view is not very clear due to broken cable.

V v good place to stay n eat. Good for families. The apartment are really worth it. Stayed here every time I am in Ipoh. Best place in Ipoh. Has breakfast fast included, hotel tariff is reasonable. Just opposite to this hotel is an Indian restaurant — must try if u are there.

Good price for 4 hotel. Not enough plug points for phone charging. Breakfast: food not tasty at all. Most of it I can't finish it. But maybe will come back if I can get the same room rate.

Rooms are spacious. Buffet spread is not bad.

Poorly maintained — the lobby is perhaps the best looking part of the hotel. From peeling wallpaper in the lifts to peeling paint in furniture in the room, to missing rubber seals on the glass door in the room — the whole place feels old and tired. Small annoying things built up — the bathroom drain was smelly, the room floor was dusty, there was no bathroom floor mat or hairdryer in the room, the TV kept cutting off (something wrong with the wiring), insufficient surfaces to place baggage, insufficient / badly placed power plug points. The bed was comfortable enough, though there were no extra pillows. The room was very spacious. Still, we will not be back.

Good 3 star hotel. I stayed in apartment for one night. Overall, facilities is good. Cleanliness of the room can be better. Breakfast could be better. Indoor parking is available. And short walking distance to city. Good enough for 3 star hotel.

The locks are broke and the breakfast is only the best thing in the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned so better don't come here.

Good hotel with breakfast. Except that rooms look bit plain everything is good here. Lifts up/down arrow buttons was not working in my floor needs some improvement here. Staffs are friendly they help to get taxi and they dont mind to give info on places around Ipoh so giving 5 stars.

Very environment-friendly hotel, please bring your own toothbrush towels and other toiletries, room type large and comfortable, but clean may not be enough, quilts and pillows have foreign bodies. In addition, the equipment provided is good, there are swimming pool and gym can be used, but also provide guests breakfast. Plug is an international universal socket, very convenient.

Old hotel but good location.

The rude staff especially from gymnasium makes me never ever come back to stay at this hotel again. The staff need to learn some basic manner.

Front desk staff are welcoming and efficient. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for the price (298myr).

Room totally outdated with very minimal interior design. Power point was not functioning. Overall, not worth for money and is a waste to spend a night here.

Avoid this hotel if possible 1. Poor noise isolation, noise easily heard at other levels and at corridor 2. Poor material use by hotel e. G. Furniture is cheap, bath shower water leak and poor water pressure, water, water Choke at shower 3. Poor breakfast by hotel 4. Poor Glass panels hardly able to lock.

My first time staying here. Overall the service is good, rooms are clean, presentable and decent. The add-on was the complimentary buffet breakfast, the hotel offered but sadly, the choices were limited. Room service may have been slow but their creme brule was just nice, not too sweet and not too dry.

Pool to small, room cheap got diskaun lagi. Breakfast. Kurang pilihan.
