Nice food well recomended for iftar and other occasion. Keep a good culinary service.

After few years bac here check in again still the same feeling tis hotel is luxury make u like stay at home instead of hotel, all crew are friendly n polite, room is neat n tidy, restaurant quite ok d, parking no problem.
overall is ok, value for money, wat u pay wat u get.

Symphony Suites Hotel is very comfortable & a good place to stay. With the affordable price that they have. Good facilities. And also a friendly customer service from the staff. Love it so much. Very recommended. Definitely will stay here again if i'm in ipoh.

A good hotel to stay for exploring Ipoh. The room is clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is simple but good and the staff is very helpful. Parking is plenty and there are nearby shops if you need anything.

Went there for Ramadan buffet. The food was lovely accompanied by friendly staffs.

I just went for its buffet. Its quite comfortable and the food is great. But some of the soup is quite bland in taste. Keep it up.

Room has good space and design, clean bed confort pillows nothing to complain bathroom also big and clean, provide tooth brush and paste. Shower water pressure is good provide body/hair wash. Big and clean towel too.

Good place to stay. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast at the cafe is simple but the taste is good and acceptable. Free indoor / outdoor parking. Easy access to Ipoh town area and heritage area. I would recommend this hotel if you are having overnight short trip in Ipoh. Book directly in order to get a fair price.

This hotel is good and cheap. Not so crowded. The breakfast is good. They family suits also.

Secluded. Not much interesting place nearby. Need a car to get around. Otherwise. The hotel was nice and cozy. Careful with the multistorey parking though.

Stayed in the Deluxe single suite on the 5th floor. It says non smoking floor but the corridor reeks of cigarette smell. Hotel is by the roadside, but no soundproofing. So at night it gets noisy from the late traffic below. Room is big which is great. But the carpet could use some cleaning, and so does the toilet. The shower area is very dirty, a lot of black grime on the walls and at the corners. Gross… The towels could use a good bleach soaking too. Only 3 hangers are provided in the closet. A bit of a cheapskate there. We checked in late; 11.30pm and when I inquired about the extra towel I requested for my baby (which was a request I already put in when I booked the room), the receptionist just said she doesn't know about it cause she just clocked in and housekeeping is only til 11pm so no extra towel. I guess the hotel has trust issues with their own staff so much so until they won't leave a key for the midnight shift.

Very clean and well maintained hotel that is family orientated. Plenty of shops very nearby and easy access from the NKVE.

Hidden gem hotel in Ipoh. Very clean and nice location if you drive. Just on the outskirt from the city area. Easy to drive to. Does not look impressive on the outside but the room is surprising very clean even the toilet. Toilet is huge with huge bathtub. We got a room facing the hill so very nice view.

It's nice coz bed comfy good forr it wanna rest air conditioner good but the shower is very loud.

I booked a Deluxe Suite King room n the room is large, spacious n very clean. Comes a long with a living area with modern sofa n built in TV. Even the room has another built-in TV. Shower is separated with a glass n the wash basin is next to it. There are 2 toilets but only 1 with a shower. Worth the money.

Clean & new hotel. Everything was ok. It would better if we can check-in at 2pm rather than 3pm.

The food was quite alright and the accomodations are commendable. There are some restaurants nearby at a walking distance, and 2 ringgit shop is also there. If you need, some fast food restaurants are nearby too. The parking spaces are not ample enough to accommodate a lot of cars but should be enough for each room guests.

A 4 year old modern apartment building with very little hotel management. We checked in late and receptionist refused to provide blankets as housekeeping had closed. So our boy had to sleep under a towel. Very rude staff with absolutely no hospitality.

Great place for having meeting, seminar or discusion here. Very delicious food here. Also the view is so nice.

Horrible experience. Rude and unfriendly staff. Not enough electrical sockets to charge a few phones. I will never recommend this place to anyone else. Would rate it 0 stars if I could.

Room is equally big and clean. Comes wf a small living hall, a work desk, 2 toilets and a pantry. Very suitable room for young family. A small gym at top floor. Parking both indoor and outdoor. For food you need to drive out to town around 5-10 mins depending on hours.

Pls improve your surau. It's very sad as you hv Muslim staff to advise. Little things make a big impact such as:-
1. Slippers in d bathroom
2. Proper water point for ablution Tq.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was nice, I had 1 bedroom suite. Bed was good. Room was clean. Aircond good too. Room seemed new. I only give 3 stars based on my stay because the water hose of the main bathroom was broken, the shower gel case was broken, the tiles in front of the sink was slippery when wet (i guess there was cleaning product residue there) and TV screen was grainy. Overall: I would stay again because of the comfort of the bed, good aircond and strong shower. I hope they do better maintenance and fix the problems. Room 602.

Upscale hotel. Greeted with a nice smile. However check in was a little but slow. Given a large room. View was facing main road and a little bit of greenery. Breakfast choice was not great but not that bad either. Sadly no egg station. Could be improved better.

Love the space. Suitable for family travelling with kids. Comes with small dry kitchen.

The place is comfort and have beautiful view around. The staffs are all so friendly and helpful. They make sure we are satisfied and well taken care off. If have seminars. They organise quite well n make sure everything is in order till end. I personally recommend this place or gathering up n events. Thank you to All the teams workers.

Large room but got smoke smell.
