Its a nice 3 star hotel in town, staffs was friendly and helpfull, the rooms are big enough and the hotel interior looks great and comfortable, the add point is, hotel room very clean and tidy.

Amazing Marvellous near to Stadium Perak.

First time went there, booking for 1 large bed for 2 nights and when arrived it says ohh no room and I am fine. Today second time it happens the same thing to me again? Very poor service should at least inform that no large beds available but no last minute when checking bad experience and never coming back again!

Recently stayed at this hotel for 4D3N and it was a comfortable stayed for me. Upon arrival, I have been accorded an early checked-in which is totally amazing. The front desk welcoming me back and re-called all my informations such as car plate number as well my personal stay preferences which is an added awesome. My room was clean and comfortable. The only failure for this stayed are the tissue roll steels holder, tissue box and the amenities holder required a thorough cleaning and sterilising as it creates unwanted smell as well it could be seen white dotted at that area. Tissue inside the tissue box are smell like an unattended waste alcohol due to wet an dry in it without any replacement. Overall, my stayed was comfortable and it is still my first choice of hotel whenever I returned back to Ipoh. I will return back to this hotel again. Thank you to the front desk and housekeeping teams for making my stayed comfortable.

Hotel and room are very nice, comfortable, warm. The receptionists are also very responsive and friendly. Their names of the name tag are awesome and special. Overall it was a very nice hotel to stay in either on business or with family.

Went to the restaurant The Morning After. Check out my review of the restaurant on its page. As far as the hotel is concerned — many nice corners for photo ops, lovely lobby and easily accessible. Great place to catch up with friends.

Family stayed in 2 bedroom studio and a deluxe king room. Place is new and clean, studio has nice layout & decor, staff friendly and helpful. The only negative is the breakfast. Considering this is in Ipoh where it's well known for good food, they really need to improve on their breakfast in both outlets — OldTown and Morning After.

Came into the hotel and was impressive by the decor. Got my keys and head up to the room. Beautiful room, nice bathroom and the decor was really lovely. The only thing I had a bad expereince was the morning buffet. Tables were dirty with left over plates, refills were slow and the place was very messy. Everything was good except the buffet it was a letdown.

If only they could clean the rooms properly. Ours was not vacuumed. When entering there is a musty smell from toilet but goes off the moment air-conditioner is on. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is good.

Did not actually stay in this hotel but I did check out their coffee shop. Service was a bit slow, however the coffee made up for it. Good, strong and freshly brewed. Cakes and pastries were delicious.

Relatively new hotel near the stadium and surrounded by residential area. Not too congested and a short drive to both Ipoh new and old town. Room is definitely up to expectation, price is decent. Bathroom is clean and well designed, equipped with a rainshower experience.

. Yaa guy's this is going to be our next accmodation port in ipoh. Our recent trip dated 16th Jul was a nightmare rm81 x3 nights stayed paid resv (resv unreal info give when booking) at this one. So we feeling cheated at this uncomfortable & almost damaged facilities which come on even mosquito long occupied inside the room. Spoiled it all for us total damaged makes. hell one junkie old hotel called Fair Park Hotel. damnit hustle damaged the rest wonderful day supposed to mend.

Love the modern and chic feel of the hotel. The decoration and the ambience makes the whole place cozy and comfortable overall. We stayed in a superior room with a queen bed and we looked forward to going back to our room every night. The hotel was generous in giving us 6 pillows in total for the bed and provided a 1.5 litre water bottle in addition to the 2 small water bottles the top up everyday. Toiletries were also provided. The room however had a peculiar design, where the top half of the toilet is made of glass and you can see through it. Might be awkward for non-couples staying together. May be good to check before checking in. There are two different eating place downstairs, one is the Old Town Coffee and the other a bar. You can grab breakfast from either in the morning, the former a buffet and the latter ala carte order. There is a gym and a pool advertised on the website, but they're still being constructed when we checked with them. Parking space is also limited as you can only park outside the hotel. No multi storey or underground parking available. Would have given the hotel a 5 star rating if not for the pool and parking space. The place is really well worth the price in general, it gives off a very posh vibe despite the cheaper price, and it's definitely worth a stay.

Very decent place to stay. The rooms are clean and tidy. Some rooms have balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The decoration in the lobby area is superb. There's a swimming pool and gym on the top floor. But maybe it's still new, the gym facilities is always unavailable. The location is great with a lot parking. But we still find it a bit difficult to get parking during the evening mainly because there's the Old Town restaurant in the hotel which seems to be always packed. Breakfast is great. You have the option to either choose Old Town buffet breakfast or Western breakfast in The Morning After restaurant.

Superb! I am still staying here for the 2nd night, tonight. We are staying in 3-bedroom suite with total 6 adults and 3 children. Super comfy. Love the interior. 2nd room as big as the main room — just without toilet. Suprisingly got total 3 TVs. Living room + main room + 2nd room. Just one thing that I hope hotel management could improve is on the buffet breakfast. Please add on more menu and choices. Overall, I am a satisfied customer and would like to recommend others to stay here! Good job M Roof Hotel & Residences!

Nice room, nice sofa and nice suprise deco being done by the staff during my birthday. The washroom is clean and spacious enough to enjoy own sweet time. They also provide big mineral water and nice mugs which give us conveniency to have our drinks. However, the deco pillow is smelly, smells like someone's sweat. The buffet breakfast provided isn't satisfying as the food choices is limited and not even refilled once the food is finished. Overall is quite good and worth for stay.

I loved my stay at the 2-bedroom unit room number 622 and I would have given a 5-star rating but there were some issues I would like to highlight here: 1. Place more rubbish bins and mirrors in the bedrooms instead of the single bin and mirror in the toilet. There was another mirror in the foyer but with a 4 pax occupancy in the 2-bedroom suite, I find it difficult not to have a mirror in the bedroom while getting ready in the morning making others hog the available mirrors. 2. Provide clothes hangers in the closets. I had to hang my clothes on the kitchen chairs 3. Put curtain in the bedroom adjoined with the living room for privacy should there be someone who wants to watch the TV in the living room. 4. Improve local TV channel reception. There were several interruptions while watching the TV. 5. Provide more staff during weekend breakfasts. I saw that the 3 staff cannot handle cleaning tables, replenishing food and the cash register during high occupancy on weekends. On the plus side, I love the modern apartment concept of the 2-bedroom unit and the promotion price I paid (RM300/night) which includes breakfast for 4 was more than reasonable. With 3 TVs in the unit, there was more than enough entertainment for 4 people. The free breakfast was good with a choice of 2 restaurants to choose from. The 2-bedroom unit I stayed in was clean with ample amenities, the bed was very comfortable and the toilet is large and very clean.

Stayed during hari raya 2017. Love the hotel. Awesome staffs, location, deco, room, parking, ambience. Though we opt for no breakfast cos the good food are just around the corner. Setback, gym and swimming pool are not readily available.
