Everything about this place is nice. Even the staff. If you driving to here, please buy the parking coupon at 7-11 and put it front of your car.

Room was very clean, a/c worked well, and the balcony was nice (though the light didn't work). Unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. All in all, a decent place, but overpriced (32 €) for what's on offer. If you get a cheaper rate, go for it.

Clean rooms and best beds so far in our trip (still hard). Its realy central, you can get to the most intresting points by walking. In the lobby is a vegetarian Restaurant, which is realy good.

The room rates are very reasonable, and is located where many of the Penang street arts are located. It is a traditional shop house, hence its not really sound proof and there's no lift. Wi-Fi is decent. Many "must visit" cafes (black kettle, yin's Sourdough, China House, book cafe etc) are nearby. Penang heritage trail is also nearby. Chulia St hawker is 10 mins away. In summary, its location is its strength. It's not a 5 star hotel, you get what you pay for.

Beside the delicious homemade bread panini, Armenian House has new delucious breakfast menu.

Very nice place, good view, easy access. Cleanliness is priority, but little bit hard to find halal foods.

Quite convenience for traveler who do not have transport. As Saturday there will have noon market in front. Traveler can rent bike for cycling tour around Georgetown.

Friendly owner, clean n neat room, comfortable bed and bathroom. Value for money and recommended stay.

Clean and friendly staff. Some parts of the room was not properly insulated though, they use just the curtain to sealed over the louvers but overall still a nice budget getaway in the middle of Georgetown's heritage and art scene.

Super sweet hotel. In the perfect street with the most famous streetart mural. I loved the staff. Felt like a family business. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. I'd come again.

Located at the Near to the Junction which is opposite of 70s Ice Ball. Good and easy to pin ooint type of location!

As the hotel is located in the middle of the heritage site, you're never far away from food, shopping, gorgeous architecture and all the charming murals dotted all over the area. This hotel incidentally is a mere stone's throw away from Ernest Zacharevic's children on bicycle. The room was clean and there's a marketplace that springs to life right outside the hotel in the late evening on public holidays and weekends. I would like to make a quick shoutout to Mr Ooi who manned the counter for assisting me to recover a certain item I left in the room. He managed to locate it for me and I picked it up 1/2 hour before I'm due to be at the airport. Thanks so much, Mr Ooi! :-)

The room for me is beautiful. Using wooden door for the both room and toilet door. The toilet door is a two piece door kind of authentic. Overall is authentic look. Really nice. Really nice. The hotel is just simple from the outside. Once you get to the room it is real nice. Not big but cosy.

From previous reviews, I was expecting the cube capsule room-cum-box but wasn't expecting to be led to another random building. However, I was the only guest in that building so that was a pleasant surprise. They need stronger or better made keys for the capsules and perhaps install some hooks on the walls. It's nice to put hangers inside the capsules but there's nowhere to hang then up apart from the air con ledge.

We stayed here for 4 nights and totally loved the place! The host Ms. Khim is very kind and helpful, we will definitely comeback.

The milk-based coffee prepared by a lady there was very good. If they could use some better beans, it would be even better.

Love this place so much! Simple wood concept with heritage style. Room is very clean and wide. The quadruple room I stayed is located on the top floor of the place which has very comfy outdoor environment there.

Place is well hidden of public view despite being in the most photoshot and photo-opped part of Lebuh Armenian. Rooms are well appointed and staff are helpful as well. Pricing is decent for where the place is located. Great place for a honeymoon on a budget! Best leave your car parked permanently somewhere with a day long parking coupon and go around the area either on foot, bicycle, trishaw or chartered taxi.

Quaint little boutique hotel nestled along the street art that made Penang famous. Parking can be a hassle unless you're willing to walk as theres ample of public parking spots at Lebuh Ah Quee. Rooms are small but clean, and the toilets are disportionately large. Perfect for boutique hotel lovers.

On first look, the hotel has a very nice outlook. It costed pretty reasonable at 130MYR for their standard superior room. It is hailed as one of the best heritage hotel. But I have my doubts on that claim. Counter receptionist is very friendly. He was very specific on the aircon and how it works, he was also very careful in explaining on how to open the main gate and door if we come back after their operating hours. He is very good, sincere, honest and kind. When I entered …the room, I was greeted by a very nice bed. And since Penang is so hot, I switched on the aircon. But to my horror, the aircon isn't cold. It takes along while to cold the whole room down. I've fiddled with aircon controller but to no avail. It's something I cannot look away given the humid weather. I gave it a about 2 hours but it was still really warm inside the room. Alright alright, enough about ranting about the aircon. We wanted to watch some videos over Wi-Fi. Tried connecting to it with the given password. But again to no avail. I was a little pissed. I went down and speak to the receptionist. He wasn't able to give me a solution. He insisted and I showed him how the password was wrong. He insisted it was right. I showed him once more. But clearly he have no knowledge on how to rectify the problem except to tell us he will feedback to the owners the next day. We opt to stay for one night and will decide to commit the remainding days of our trips if it turns out well.
