Firstly I was wondering… am I in a wrong place… there are no people… usually in lounge there is people… no matter what the lounge is, but after what I experienced… no wonder. Departure is late, I went in to experience some dining… and how wrong I was… this is like a lounge from 1976. Old furnitures and all, resembles more of a fast dining from all those american movies. First af all I warn you all, make sure that all vaccinations are in place when you enter here. -toilet in hideous, not clean -don't know if their fridge malfunctioned but beer was at room temperature -and the food is something that I would not feed to my dog… even. I ordered something chicken with fries… chicken was dead grey and looked like a month old… that was re-heated in a microwave. Fries as cold as room temperature… peas and a few corn also cold… sauce also cold… then it hit me. I could get ill from this place! Eat at your own risk!

This the only lounge in all my travels, where the free food is not worth entering for. The real food you have to pay for. So if you're paying to go in, don't!, save your money and eat over the way. Better food, better value.

The lounge is dimly lit, and not in a good way! drinks selection is very limited (no bottled water! ) and the a la carte option is not great either. The Nasi Lemak was ok, but Salad buffet is just a few pathetic prepacked bowl of wilted vegetables. If access came with the flight tix, then it's still ok, can't imagine anyone wanting to pay close to RM 170 for a couple of hours. Kitchen staffs were really friendly though.

Great Plaza Premium Lounge. Much better then KL. Wonderful Nasi Lemak and big choice of food.

I'd say that this is one of the better Plaza Premium lounges worldwide. Why so? Well, it's spacious, cost, perfect lighting and offers a great variety of good food on its menu! Would have been better if there's more variety of alcohol on offer apart from just beer though. This place serves up a great variety of food! Better than most paid lounges in the region and Europe. I can say that this is by far better than its sister outlets globally except for London and Phnom Penh in terms of food selection.

International lounge. Pp card available. The food we could order was divided into breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a place where you can enjoy simple drinks and light meals.

Try the fish ball noodles and fish & chip. Food is good and friendly staff. Nice and clean environment. One of the best airport in Malaysia.

Ok lounge. Simple breakfast & ok lattes. 2 locations. In the domestic lounge today, the coffee was awful & the latte machine was not turned on. Fortunately, there is a Starbucks in the domestic terminal (unlike the poorly outfitted international terminal… Weird)

Very very slow internet download speed. Wish this could be improved for a premium lounge service. In addition, F&B could be further improved to provide a better F&B experience.

Spacious lounge. There are like only 2-3 other ppl around so its very quiet and peaceful. Food quite a variety. Will come here again if I ever visit Penang.

Food is poor quality. Buffet area does not feel inviting. Lounge area is nice.

After 3times using this lounge. Mayby its time to change the menu frequently. So guest like me doesn't get bored to try your dishes.

Ok lounge. Simple breakfast & ok lattes.

It's a new-ish cozy and comfortable lounge. Smells a lot better compared to the one at KLIA. Arrived here after 10pm, so there was no food or hot drink service; only canned drinks from the fridge. The selection of food, drinks and reading material is quite limited compared to what they have at KLIA. You would be lucky to hit 2Mbps on the complementary Wi-Fi even when you're alone in the lounge!

Very small lounge that is cosy but with rather limited F&B offerings. It's fine you are using it as part of your business class or frequent traveller benefits but certainly not worth paying for. Alcohol is limited to beer and food looks rather sad.

Small lounge with limited snacks and drinks. It is sharing with many airlines so it can be very pack sometimes.

Good environment for a quick rest.
