Good memories. Nice environment. Comfortable and clean room.

Nice room and staff. However, bad noise insulation from outside and some of the stall and restaurants below plays music loudly. Thus, making it worse.

I've stayed here before in December 2017. The hotel is very nice and the food is okey. However recently I stayed, it is not how it used to be. As of July 2018, I heard the management of the hotel just changed. I thought the breakfast would be buffet style like previously I stayed here. Turns out we had to order our breakfast whether it is Malaysian style or American style. It is quite disappointing as the food is not reasonable with the price. I do not know if this only happened during the day that I stayed in, but if you include breakfast with the hotel fees I do hope the food is better since I paid extra money. The rest is fine since the room is clean and the hotel is very near with the beach.

Good places to stay with family. Nice sunset. Nearest to town n beach. Breakfast choice. And selection menu's very good, Staff very friendly. Recommend for all to stay here.

Nice for picnic. A lot of trees thus kinda shaded along the beach. Street food also available. Public toilet at few spot. Mosque just nearby.

Friendly staffs, reasonable rate and strategic location with the beach just across the road from the hotel. Lots of good places to eat out, nearby and within 3km radius.

So beautiful sunset. The beach is almost clean. They have small horse service which is amazing for a ride across the beach.

Dekat dengan pantai. Ade kolam mandi. Makanan pun best. Cuma kene upgrade certain pekara.

Clean and smells nice. Problem is slow Wi-Fi and location is quite hidden.

Very comfortable room. Spacious and clean. Pool is ok. View is good. Can see the beach. Near to the pantai puteri walk 1 minute. Price is affordable. Overall awesome.

Strategic place. Good beach view window. Good for family outing or escape during weekend. Only the laundry is a little bit slow.

Beautiful beach scenery. A lots of activities with family can be done there. Riding the horse was the amazing experience for my children.

Very clean, the facilities are in good condition, the staff were very helpful and responsible though u called at 12 midnight. The location also is superb. As the place is very windy (opposite the sea), you gonna enjoy staying there! The only thing which I hope they can upgrade a bit is the swimming pool. Probably not for adult. Quite small and u can't dive in.

Non pleasing… although the FO service was great but overall was not up to par … cleanliness was lack everywhere pool was not well maintained poor lighting at walkway poor parking food was good but table cleanliness very poor.

Relatively clean beach around the Tanjong Kling area in Melaka. Area is filled with casuarina trees that provide shade and ambiance. A good place to come with the family for a picnic or outing. Ample parking by the road side.

Check in but aircond wasn't function at all It was humid! Upon check in at 330pm until 530pm the management still figuring on the aircond. We have requested to change room. But it takes more than 1 hour for them to decide. Bear in mind we have baby and kids in the room. Room504 was dirty on the floor, we have called the housekeeping team to take a look. However they seems reluctant to check on it. The floor near the lift was dirty which is 5th and 6th floor. The person in charge at the reception area is so quiet. I would say they need to have an improvement in communication skills and knowledgeable with customer's queries. Location of this hotel is strategic that is near to the beach and foods/ restaurants are available along the road. Very convenient. TV not user friendly. Remote somehow "kaput". TV Channels are so sad!. Pantai Puteri Hotel, please buck up your service. Thanks.

Very tasty room service food. Room well kept. Toilet acceptable. Everything looks brand new except for the carpet. Friendly staff.

Overall experience — very disappointing. Room was dusty, toilet was in a mess that I can even see hair on the water trap, carpet was as if it has not been vacuumed for ages. Please buck up, being a wakaf hotel does not mean that you have to give poor service to customer.
