Beautiful hotel environment, nice room and staffs. But need to restore and make it more beautiful and fresh. Overall, good stay here, room clean and will stay here again on my next visit.

The breakfast was awesome. Room is in good condition. I love the toilet. Stayed in deluxe king room.

Hotel corridor carpet was so dusty like nobody vacuum for a week I guest. My room was very dusty, room carpet not vacuum, no towel in the bathroom, no laundry bag etc. Very poor service. We was given and old towel. We will not recommend this hotel and not coming back again. Tq I hope ur management will improve ur service and hospitality.

Customer service is very good. Breakfast was delicious with variety of foods. The room was spacious. The toilet also spacious with bath tub. My kids really enjoy the bath time. Will definitely come again in future.

Very close to 5 stars. Nice big rooms. Love the architecture and design philosophy. Combination of Malacca heritage and modern tech. Big screen TV with average channels. Breakfast was ok, especially if you're too lazy to explore and experience famous local food outside. I've tried the food, nothing to shout about. I would rather take the varieties Malacca has to offer outside.

Spacious, bathtub and many room amenities. The facilities are also new and good. There is a big ship that is waiting to become a restaurant. We will definitely be back for that especially. Plz don't miss this chance to experience Malay heritage. Its totally worthwhile.

Its not very popular and crowded. Its located at an area where you can shop, eat and spend your whole day doing nothing. However the good part about this hotel is even on normal days their breakfast is good. Full stomach surely. Usually hotels would prepare their best cuisines on weekendz but not Mudzaffar. Value for money, even the room is big.

The material quality of this hotel maybe not that good especially the wood and the door, it looks cheap. However the room was suprisingly really nice, big and with a really big bath room too, completed with bath tub, and 2 kind of showers. I love it! And they even gave you a plate of fruits as welcome "drink" and your name written on the television. Such a warm gesture. When I arrived last Friday at around 8 pm, they had this religious gathering near the lobby, and it blended in harmony with the interior and ambience of the hotel which kinda reminded me of a grand mosque. Hahaha. Worth to try! PS : You have to try the omelette. It's really nice :)

Big and cozy hotel room. Big and spacious. Lousy room service. Checkin to a room with no towel. Have to call 3 time before they came with the towel. TV are very bad. TV3 pun buffering. Breakfast buffet are good. Got huge variety of food to choose from.

Oh our room was a presidential suite number 622. Awesome room with beautiful furniture, decorated in Malay and Peranakan design. It felt like living in the yesteryears. It has 3 bedrooms overlooking swimming pool. Big dinning room and of course huge living room. Breakfast was good with many choices to choose from. The property is centrally located. Near to Planetrium museum and eateries. We had a great time here. And wished to come back soon.

Stayed on 16/10/17 for a short stay during my outstation trip. My room was the Premier King facing the pool. The room is big, has a balcony, very clean. Comfortable pillow and bed, clean bed sheets and comforter. Has tea and coffee making facilities. Complete luxury toiletries. Bath tub comes with hot water. But the separate shower doesnt have the hot water, but it has attached tap for ablution. The room is complete with hair dryer, torch light, iron and iron board, safe deposit box, laundry basket, and prayer mat. The Tv channel has options for normal channels and net channels. Breakfast included, many choice offered. Overall it was a great stay. Will come again.

Despite poor interior finishing, it's definitely recommended for those looking for rooms with low rate plus breakfast with 5 star facilities e. G. 2 LCD tvs, 2 toilets one complete with bath tub. And with ample parking space. I'm lovin it.
