Booked from agoda Unit D2302. Rm400 a night. But I write on agoda the review didn't go through, they hide it! Not honest at all! Waited 30 mins for 2 lifts always full znd and no fan or ventilation or air con in the lift, lousy lift worst than a flat! The most funny is that you can see their management listed down all the owner name who ode them monthly fees at the lobby. What a joke! The most disaster building homestay holiday that I had! NOT Recammanded at all! The owner should have put out all the disaster rules for the pool at agoda etc, we received the whole pdf files of swimming pool rules, ridiculous rules ever, and pdf files of how to check in etc, end up by another pdf files of check out procedure which make our stay really frustrated! Upon arriving to read through all the pages of how to get your cards till reach your unit is like treasure hunt, waste alots of time to find and stupid lift doesn't have any ventilation, very long wait to take lift. I paid rm400 per night mostly for the kids pool with playground, end up the disaster rules of the swimming pool has really spoiled our mood, only hour we can enjoy the pool, need to booked in advance, seriously! And we are always in checked by security at the pool, keep coming and asking for our timing, what time we coming and keep whistle on guest for everything, every hour they on the siren to make you understand timing is of your pool booking is ended. Worst than prisoners!
Worst vacation ever at atlantis. First and last. -the real room condition totally different from the advertisement. -broken bed. -window n sliding door lock not functioning. Very dangerous to kids. -big broken wall inside the room, looks like someone kicking the wall. Its affect all room’s look. -very dirty window. Oily and cloudy window until u can make a drawing into it. -dirty toilet. Have black dirty inside toilet bowl. -very thin pillows and bad condition of mattress. Cannot sleep all the night. -clock and Wi-Fi not functioning. -worse management service. I’m complaining to the host about safety when the lock is not functioning, and i’m asking about changing another room and they refuse to give. I’m asking the staff and they said guest before us had some party in this room. And the management send the staf to see the problem, but not helping at all. Problems are not solved, even the dirty window also the staf just take a wet cloth and just try to wipe it once without any cleaning things. They just bring some rope to tie the sliding door. So how we want to use balcony then? waste time of waiting and had to pickup them from the lobby because host said they have no more access card. -and then for the window n sliding door problem, host asked us to wait again and to come down to lobby again for them to come and check. My kids crying of hungry, why we have to wait and wasting our holiday time? why u guys not check and fixed it before?

Please becareful when you park your car at visitor floor. My car’s skirt got stolen (Hyundai Starex). Security never round in parking floor. Only do check in main entrance and sleep. Scary.
