To the GM of Mimosa Hotel I checked into room 413 on 13/12/19 and checked out on 14/12/19 via Agoda. At 11.30 am today, reception called to say check-out time is noon. This is not my first stay at Mimosa Hotel. I have never received reminder calls during previous visits. The call today was insulting and rude. It made me very upset. As if I am so dumb to not know when the check-out time is. I will avoid your hotel and also tell my friends and family the same. Another issue I have is that there is no rubbish bins at the lobby. Is it very difficult to put a few at at front desk and sitting area?
Value for money… nearby to tourist attraction by walking distance… easy access with ample parking space. The toilet n room are clean…
