Fast check in/check out. Great room tidy, clean and super comfy, ample parking spot and its free, convenience store just at the ground floor, food truck spot for food hunter, nice pool just at the date of my stay one of the main lift to the check in counter/ check in lobby is out of order. Overall it was a great experience to me.
Parking is a huge issue when its actually shared with Hilton & Elements Mall visitors. So its really taking our time for searching a spot. In the room itself (sorry if I the only one who couldn't find the info) they should provide info for pool & gym facility as we used to have no attire rules. So we end up enjoying the view instead of get into the pool The Hatten Hotel are way better than Hatten Place. You should keep up!
