Best place to stay… Cleaned, riverside view n many great place nearby.

Spacious room and strategic location. Just few minutes walk to jonker street and harmony street. My room was directly facing a mosque. Need to improve alot on breakfast.

Value for money. Bilik luas. Lokasi strategik. Parking disediakan. Most rekemended.

Most staff unfriendly, lazy, and really unhelpful. Others don't seem to understand the regulations. Extremely poor cleaning standards! 'Clean' towels only every SECOND day. When room was infested by ants they told us they would spray, then move us into another room the next day. This was after explaining to them that we already used our own (less toxic) spray, and different ants continued to come. They told us they were fully booked (this was early evening) and they would move us in the morning. After explaining to them a number of times that we did not want to be bitten by red ants all night. There was magically two rooms on the 3Rd floor available. They moved us into a room with a raised bed. This room had cockroaches, ants, spiders and many mosquito's. Still no controls for the air-con. Only freezing or hot (a box on the wall with Start and Stop). We 'settled' as best we could when we received this fowl sewage smell. After self investigation (smelling the bathroom, windows and door) we realized it was coming from the air-conditioner. Strongly advised not to stay here! There will always be somewhere else, even on the same street or the one beside it, the same price or cheaper. NO Wi-Fi connection at suit room. At lobby also encounter the same.

A small boutique hotel located by the river and opposite a Mosque. Very comfortable room and value for money.

So near with malacca river and staff is really friendly. Thus environment is really peace and quietly.

We stayed there for three days and two nights. The parking area was so limited. The room was huge but with no wardrobe, beautiful view. The aircond remote was fixed in wall, so its hard for us to control the temperature whenever we need it so. Otherwise, this hotel was placed middle of all tourism place. Its a peaceful place to stay with family and friends.

Room is clean. Water shower very good. Air condition works well. Good riverside view at my room no. 219 but we can not connect to hotel Wi-Fi. So we give 4 star not 5

The decorations at lobby was so nice. Room so neat… I like hotel room with wooden floor.

Clean Common toilets. Rooms are clean and bright. I don't like hotels with gaudy interior design. This hotels not gaudy feeling.

Quite run down and not well taken care of, many things broken and never fixed, carpets stained, one of the lifts out of service, the cafe closed, mounds of bedclothes for laundry were left the whole day in the aisles, TV not working… but still my room was comfortable, with a view of the river. Air conditioning worked well. Room cleaning upon request. Common areas are acceptably clean. Cleaning staff are very kind and polite, as well as the evening shift receptionists.

No está mal para ir una noche, pero son muy pesadetes. En una mañana nos llamaron 3 veces por teléfono y nos despertaron solo para avisarnos que debíamos abonar las tasas de esa noche ya que habíamos alragado la estancia, pero lo peor es que no las dejamos pagadas porque la de recepción nos dijo 3 o 4 veces que mañana. En frente del hotel hay una mezquita. Y todas las mañanas a las 5 de la mañana un cantarín caballero se lía aviar para que vayan a rezar, a nostros nos pilló sábado y domingo, la mañana del sábado canto poquito, pero el domingo fueron unos largos 20 min. Que lo respeto pero no lo comparto y aviso para el que quiera dormir. El domingo por la mañana desayunamos en el hotel… Increíble desayuno a falta de todo. Lo único bueno las tostadas. Por lo demás todo normal. Habitación grande con aire acondicionado, limpia (aunque había algo de polvo y telarañas), televisión, el baño nuevo reformado (se notaba que hacía poco lo habían renovado), una terraza en la cafetería para desayunar con vistas al río. Y algún que otro pub por la parte del río bastante bueno para tomar algo y jugar a unos dardos y al billar, y si te animas un karaoke. (Si buscas hay alguna canción en inglés y español).

The room is large and very modern, the bathroom is very clean. The terrace is closed at night. It is right next to a mosque, asiqe you will wake up from a jump at 5 in the morning with the songs to pray (and several times in the afternoon). His management is rather awkward and unprofessional. Book One night and Acontinuacion, I went back to book another. They woke Me up calling Me by the room phone at 9 in the morning because they had not heard anything. (The night before I had informed them that I had booked one more night). I communicate the same as the night before, and at 10 in the morning I woke up again with another llamadita to the phone to go down to pay the bloody fees. As if they were to go to life for 12 Rigi, they could not wait for me to go down to the street and there please ask me. I have never ever stayed in a hotel where the front desk despirte you twice, I found it amazing.

Counter service staff (Chinese) attitude is not good, every corner of the room a lot of dust, hair. 3pm cannot check in. (The desk clerk says the Wifi is lousy because the room is not clean)

Not what I really wanted, there's a door that can't be open and makes me very uncomfortable because if the noise coming out from it and the rooms were not what as big as you might wanted it to be. Better than some other hotels I've seen but i expected so much more from this one.

BED BUGS! This place is full of bed bugs, and the worst part is the staff knows it. I awoke at midnight after being bitten to find three bedbugs all around me, and more when I began searching. I went to complain at the desk and the concierge was not surprised. He told me after I asked that this happens often. In the morning I asked for a partial refund since I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night and to a new room that did not have a view, which is what I paid for. I was informed that because I booked online I could not get a refund unless I stayed more than three nights. When I continued arguing my point that the concierge said, "Okay, thank you, good bye. " The staff is rude and they have zero care for their hotel's reputation or guest's satisfaction. Because this happens all the time it is a sure thing that another guest was placed in the same bed-bug infested room the next night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Dont go here. Bug nightmare. Suddenly wake 1 am in morning. I want to enjoy honeymoon and this what I get. Plus no breakfast. Not a real hotel. Bad service. Im not a kind of guys love comfort. This beyond suck. Honeymoon mood off!

Spacious room, clean bed and comfortable pillows. But odd ambience, ragged towels, and terrible breakfast buffet. Room Wi-Fi on the first floor was terribly slow. Location is good as it's close to Jonker Street and walking distance to night eateries.

Cosy and simple room. Inconvenience with bringing their towels up to the room and bacl down too.

Clean, comfortable and affordable. My room was facing the river, nice but a little noisy at night if one is a light sleeper. Hugh speakers with music (good music) by the river until 12 midnight. Polite staff. Close to Jonker street.

Reasonably priced hotel… Clean and spacious room… toilet clean with modern amenities… toiletries also provided… staff helpful… Free carpark behind hotel although slots limited on first come first serve basis.

Good location on riverside and close to Jonker walk. Friendly helpful receptionist. First room very basic. Small window to blank wall. Eventually upgraded to suite with extra cost — but worth it. It has balcony overlooking river. Huge space and with fridge. Other lesser rooms do not have bar fridges. In this climate, fridge is a necessity.! Furniture is basic. Certainly a good place to stay.

Pretty good for the price. Perfect location. Quiet surrounding and river view are the added points. Top floor is Level 3, comes with elevator. Kinda small room, spacious bathroom, air condition is strong, drinking water machine provided at corridor (hot & cold). Very basic breakfast provided. However, dusty at the corner and under the bed. Seems like they never clean the area under the bed.

Room is much bigger and cleaner than expected. But lift was not working.

Awful. Unhelpful and inattentive staff. No room service. Faulty lift all the time. Not worth the money.

The family room we stayed at was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms, a living area, hall and bathroom. Downsides would be the broken locks on the balcony and the lift not working during our stay which made it a bit difficult for my parents since they had to climb the stairs.

The room is clean, espc beds, towel and everything else. There's also a nearby restaurant at the corner of the building, and 7e is just walking distance. I find it very convenient staying there for a night. Some of the bulbs are out but that's not a big deal for me. Behind the hotel, there's a river if you feel like cooling off, breezy during the night. In conclusion, everything is reasonable with the room rates given.

Okay hotel. Ample parking. Beside hotel got a small mall for shopping or just to kill time. Quite far from attraction. But the room is nice and big.

Average hotel with good price. But need improvement on cleanliness. The towel has bad smell.

Value for money. Good breakfast and nice hospitality.

Good experience cruising the Malacca river.

Strategic location near Jonker Street (600m). The room is spacious but furnitures are simple. For its price, it's an ideal budget hotel.
