Absolutely ridiculous unprofessional behaviour of the hote management. Staff is more like thugs. Worst place to stay in langkawi.

Whats not to like! I mean the bathroom, beds, safe locker, breakfast, pool, Air con and staff. All was perfect and ideal! I even checked out before one day of my booking and a day after I came back asking to check in with my remaining days in my prevoius booking, they immediatly agreed and gave us back our old room but cleaner! I recommend it 100% and there is a girl called hana, she has a small office near the entrence that gives the tour packages with excelent prices comparing to the market or street! And the room view was stunning! Omg dont let start with the view! Peacefull and calm please to sattle in. Totally worth the visit and difinitly will book there again once I revisit langkawi.

Friendly staff overall gud to stay, gud parking area, close to canang main market, rooms r neat but bit small, room service nt available aftr 10. Its my 3rd stay in ths hotel it need some changes nw.

Small room & far away from cenang beach, the most important is the staff not friendly at all. Not recommend. Bad service.

Nice place to stay, friendly staff but a bit far from Chenang and you must have your own transportation or just call grab car.

Nice and clean hotel with prompt service and a good swimming pool. Rooms are a bit small, but worth the money.

Awesome experience… very cooperative and helpful staff, would suggest for being extra vigilant towards safety and health care, as was asking for first aid, could not get much support at night. Else, everything is so organised and the ambience too…

Air conditioning is not cool even spent 2 hours wait for the cooling, it is lack of maintenance, spend long time to wait for room change, my family are in hot and unpleasant experience. After changed to another room, the curtain almost falling. Gosh! Highly not recommended to this hotel, rethink if you wanna go for this hotel!

During check-in, they didn’t have any more rooms in the size booked. Instead offered to place two single beds together; which wasn’t what was initially ordered. They mentioned that was the best they can do; however, after speaking to the Manager, she was able to upgrade to the next upgraded room available. Fortunately, the room had a decent view facing a small farm with cattle. Unfortunately, the shower area was infested with mold. One of the elevators was down the entire visit. Didn’t decide to eat their breakfast; as the options were both below-par and were unpleasing to the eye. Instead ventured off to the city area for breakfast. Good to note: Walls lean on the very thin and hallow-side. You can hear your adjoining rooms conversations, baby cries and much more. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, based on all mentioned and more. *Wi-Fi — Hit or Miss, Depending on where you are within the Hotel.

Hotel is not as good as described. No basic facilities in room, even comb is chargeable. Tea n coffee sachet are provided but milk powder or creamer is chargeable. Hotel says only black tea can be made, we give only sugar n black tea… Seriously! Even 1* hotel gives creamer… Disgusting… Rude receptionist. Not friendly staff… N No early check-in facilities. The only plus point is beach is nearby… Not worth money.

Great place with incredible staff and it has given us many beautiful memories.

I informed the hotel management about my room Air Con to not work properly but they dint do anything about it. Secondly the breakfast items needs to be improved and lastly much more mature staff and professionals in the breakfast area as the waiters are not professionals.

Very nice hotel. Would give 5 star if the price is included breakfast as no fridge. No free shuttle to cenang beach. Some problem with the hot water. The other service are great.

Room rate expensive as there is no iron and hair dryer provided in the room. Therefore it is not convenience for guest to iron clothes at the lobby area of the lift. Hotel staffs are not friendly and professional. We stayed there for four days. Had regular breakfast every morning, the only greeting we received from them is good morning and thank you! No greetings such as how are you this morning? Do you have a pleasant stay? Is everything ok? Upon checking out at 1200 noon. We received a phone call from the front desk to remind us of the check out time. NO Greetings. Just plain. Check out time is 12 noon. Cant they be polite by saying. Good day, I am … name… from the front office/ desk. Would like to remind you of the check out time… but if you wist to extend your stay,,, we can assist you … etc… TO BE COMPETETIVE. The hotel management need to improve staffs attitude and professionalism…

Really enjoyed the Stay at this Hotel. Clean Maintenance. Amazing View of green pastures at the back of the Hotel. Huge Swimming Pool with access to Bar. Friendly Staff. Near to Beach and Hotels. Plenty of Parking Space. Excellent Break Fast. What else will be required for a stay of 2-3 days.

Nice basic hotel strategic to Pantai Cenang. The only thing I didn't like was my room was right on top of the cafe and I could hear sounds and talking from downstairs. Prefer room facing the padi field or the front road. Other than that, it was good for a casual stay. Light in my room couldn't switched off at night. Staff was helpful.

9 of us were staying in the hotel. It was a good experience even it was the peak season of CNY. Location was pretty good, it is located just nearby the mall, beach, local stores and restaurants while staying a good distance that avoided the noise and traffic. Took us 10mins to walk from our hotel to the Cenang Mall. The hotel seems small but compact with all the utilities, amber of parking spaces, convenient store, spa, bar counter, and swimming facilities. Quite well-trained and friendly staffs, superfast check-in and check-out. Recommended their hill-view rooms to avoid traffic noises. The lost star would be the hygiene of the room, they are ants army in the cookies given by the hotel and stains found on the blanket.

Just to sleep a very basic hotel in the category of a ibis in Europe see less average bedding, Wi fi casi non existent except at the level of the lobby very average breakfast and reception staff antipathic good location near Cenang beach and Teng Ah, a nice pool at the hotel level as well as a boutique room service is done in a daily way but not really done properly.

Love this hotel. Great location — just minutes away from a good variety of food and more importantly, the beach.

Luggage carrying service is 9 to 5. So we have to carry all the luggage to our room. Staff is good. House keeping must be improved.

The rooms where not clean as per regular standard. Also there is huge scope for improvement in the service. Food is good.

My stay was for 4 nights and it was very comfortable. Though check in time is 2pm, still the staff was kind enough to have me over room at 12:45pm and I'm really thankful to for this as I was dead tired after long journey.
Strategic location, friendly staff, pocket friendly rates, beautiful green view on back side. And pool side breakfast… all will be unforgettable!
Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, just 5 minutes from the beach.

The Fave hotel was great for the low price. This was mainly because the staff were so welcoming! Firstly, we arrived much earlier than the official check in time. At Around 9.30am, the staff looked after our luggage and offered us a drink whilst we were waiting and by 10.30am our room was ready for us, which was so needed after a long journey by overnight bus and ferry. The room was great, modern spacious and clean! The double bed was huge and the view simply breathtaking. It was but a 10 minute walk to all the amenities that Cenang beach had to offer, and the same to Tenang beach. It was perfectly in the middle of the two beaches. The hotel breakfast was good, considering it was included in the price I found it to be above standard. It was buffet style, with an egg station cooking up your choice of egg, fried, scrambled, omelet. The pool was good, clean and the right length, not too shallow!

Newly built hotel. Big and clean rooms. Bathrooms are also big. They have buffet breakfast also which is also good with lot's of variety.

Walkable distance to Cenang beach. First thing I noticed was the rooms were smaller than what I saw in pictures. Doesn't feel spacious. It should work for travelers who want to spend most of the time outside as langkawi is a busy beach destination. Dont expect anything fancy. The check in time is 2 pm and not 12 and therefore had to wait a bit to get a room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is nice which overlooks greenery.

We didn't stay here so this review is not based on the rooms however they offer buffet breakfast and access to the pool for 30 ringgit per person which was a great option to have instead of going to the beach. The breakfast was varied and included a wide style of options of both Asian and western as well as a cooked to order egg station.

Nice staff, nice view of the courtyard. Breakfast was good. Spacious room. Only 2 towels, more-you need to ask, shower gel and shampoo to take your own.

Stayed here a couple of times. Room was quite small & check in time was delayed from 2pm to 3pm. Everything else was ok. its a few mins walk to pantai tengah and a bit more to pantai cenang.

A mid size hotel that was perfect for the price. 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants close by. Small pool in the back with views of the grassy meadows and hills. Might even see a buffalo from time to time. Cleaning service was top notch and the hotel even let us stay for an extra hour on the last day due to us having a late flight. The only downside was the extremely slow and unreliable Wi-Fi. Will definitely stay again.

Near to Cenang beach, good costumer service.

The fave hotel was awesome. Everything was pretty good but reception staff was not so good. We stay there for 3 nights (8 jan 15 to 10 jan 15) we are 2 families 4 adult and 4 children. We booked 3 rooms in which 2 rooms with extra bed and extra bed was not provided in one room and there were no king size bed. Only 2 single beds. It was very difficult for us to manage. Although one of your staff member Mr. Ismile was very nice person.

Already, here for a day. I am happy that my entire vacation will ensure me I will sleep well. Really a peaceful location, from a busy ciry life. You must definitely choose this hotel. The pool is really good with a mountain scenery on the back. They hav a good tour service. They help a lot. Not costly. It is for budget travelers. Only costly thing I noticed is the food at the restaurant. The breakfast is good and included with room price I will definitely checkin again if I land here.

Stated here a few years ago, didn't review it then so I'm doing it now. We were only booked in for 2 day but ended up staying for 10 that sums up the place to me. The staff were amazing and waved bye to us when we left, such a great finishing touch. The hotel was amazing and it was so nice to site by the pool. On the first day looking out the window over the pool to the forest in the background we knew we'd picked the right place. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, service was amazing, services was amazing would strongly recommend. It's location is great too a few mins from the beach and a nice little walk into the town.

Simply Superb.! Other a single thing I don't see any disadvantage if somebody is choosing Fave hotel to stay while on a holiday. Nice room, great room service, nice stuffs and yes the pool they offer in such a reasonable stay was absolutely a surprise to me. Break fast they provide is also commendable. At least 25 items they have as a complementary breakfast and they serve drinks as well while you are relaxing in pool. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody who want to visit langkawi. You can book tour for Iland hopping from ground floor of the Hotel in very reason able price as well. Only one point want to share that's pentai chenang beach is a 12 min walking distance and walking 12 mins in Langkawi weather (I went there @ April 1st week when it was very hot and humid) was a bit hectic. Other than this I had a very comfortable stay of 3 nights.
