Good environment, easy to get food…

The room was clean and nice… the pillow and matress very confortable. Very recommended… and many shop nearby… and the place not far from town… suitable for family…

The bed is comfy and wide. The only downside is we got a smoking room although we have requested otherwise.

The room price is really affordable but it is quite small. Preferably you have your own transport as food stalls and convenience store are not in walking distance.

Super saving and good facilities.

The sound-proofing needs improvement. You can hear the noises of the rooms beside. Other than that, it's fairly good.

So nice and spacious room. Rate also affordable. Great choice for boutique hotel.

Except for very low water pressure in bathroom, the rest is perfect for this value for money accomodation.

The room that I booked was not well maintained. Hygiene wise it was ok, but it can definitely be better. Wi-Fi coverage was bad in the room, I couldn't get a stable signal. Also, the TV remote control is not working properly as I needed to press the button several times to get it to work. Despite the circumstances, the bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. It is a good place for business travellers who are on the move and needed a place to sleep, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation as it lacks amenities like breakfast and swimming pool.

Affordable budget hotel with adequate facilities. Travelling with children. Rooms were clean. We were provided the usual condiments with cookies, coffee, tea and mineral water. Only grouse was the bathroom. Hot water was not hot enough. And the toilet bowl has not been washed well. The bathroom wall is frosted glass. And the sink is outside the bathroom. Location was satisfactory. Close to restaurants and historical sites but need a vehicle. Beneath the hotel was a kopitiam. Parking ample. Recommended for budget travellers with family.

If u come for rush business and need a night for bed then it okay. But if u need good sleep better think twice… noisy came from the pub next door. At least till 0200hrs.

Staff are friendly. Room is nice and comfortable. Suitable with the price. Would like to recommend this hotel as a best budget hotel. My siblings are happy with the room and the price.

Might have been a great place 10 years ago but like everything malaysian has gone down the drain due laziness and lack of any improvements. Bad internet connection, poor cleanliness and blocked up parking area during the evenings.

Absolutely dissapointing. Checked into a room greeted by a wet towel in the sink. I called to ask for new towels and to have it removed. The guy calmly adked me to just leave the damp towel at the side and left. Then the shower drainage gets flooded. And so did the toilet bowl. Seriously, fix the rooms first before allowing guests in.

This is my first stay @Jalan Kuala Muda. Prior this stay, it was in Mergong. Initially, they assigned me room 108. The room, however very dirty despite the exterior look. If one to disregard each aspect of the room, they shall miss the subtle details. The lavatory was dirty with stains on the bathroom floor. The wall behind the toilet seat is covered with mould. When I informed the the ill room, they upgraded me with new Deluxe room. Again, I made a thorough inspection and I am satisfied. Thanks those two professional men with quick wit. They know how to care the guests. The location however is for those who has a transport for mobility. There are no visible local eateries and convenience store within walking distance.

The hotel is nice, unfornutaley. No elevetor.

Interesting layout of the room. Quiet small but still comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.
