Cannot contact the front desk. A phone number on the room key holder also nobody answered. Try to call the number on the blank paper prepared in the room also cannot get through.

There's a confinement center in the building. Please think before you accept as quarantine center! How can your management not think and aft wisely?! Do you want to take full responsibility for more infection or death?!

The air condition is not working well. Despite complaint to the management we will told that this is how air condition works in this hotel. The room feel so hot like a sauna and we will sweating. Review about this hotel? Highly not recommended.

It’s my first time staying at this hotel. It looks so luxury and I feel good in the room…

Hotel room complementary water bottle no clean, after drink feel uncomfortable.
P/S: Hotel provided RO water, my house currently using RO filtration system, should not personal compatible issue.

Good for a business hotel. Nor so good if here for visits unless you have transport. 24 hoyr gym for those gym junkie.

Have a beautiful front office staff who are super friendly. Atmosphere is really good. Would recommend to anyone in the region to stop by.

Front desk not prompt and not friendly. Should have complimentary parking for guests. However the room is clean and has enough amenities. Plus point is that usb ports are incorporated in the wall sockets.

The lift tooks so long … The room that was given to me had flushing problem… we had to refill the tank manually because it took so long for the tank to be full. And the shower area is nor covered enough… everytime someone took a showers, the area infront of the sink will be flooded. A shower curtain would fix this little problem.

This hotel is well-organized, clean and beautiful. I have stayed here for one night in Jun 2018 together with my kids. We are satisfied with the environment, the room, the lobby except swimming pool which currently under maintenance and parking spaces which were charged per-entry RM2 per day during weekend and roughly simiar rate per hours during weekdays. Other than that is fine.

Nice environment, good place to have a peaceful rest away from busy city for a short while, many new foods to explore.

Small hotel, I believed a 3 star hotel. Parking is shared with empire damansara. Got 7eleven and Starbuck down at the lobby.

Clean, modern and new! Love the bathrobes and slippers. The small details REALLY counts when it comes down to the wire. Only the breakfast needs much improvement.

This place is very convenient if you have meeting nearby. The staffs are very pleasant especially Angela at the reception and one indian man there. She is super kind. With good staffs you know the bosses are kind too. Good place to stay.

The toilet inside the room have some waist smell. Deluxe room 2311.

Disappointing stay, parking indication was bad, ended up not being able to get a rebate for parking for two whole nights, didnt even mention this during check in. Room abit run down, bad lightnings, looks like a rm100 boutique hotel. Toilet bowl flush keep running without stop the whole night which was very noisy. Not worth the money.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious. Shower is hot and powerful. Fridge in the room wasn't that cold. Location a little off the main but the shuttle and local MRT feeder bus make up for it.

Generally the hotel staff and environment are good. Overall, water pressure is great with plenty of electrical output socket. Disappointed are the choice of TV program, limited choice of breakfast and the parking level with the hassel to authenticate at lobby before we can exit.

This hotel is easy to locate with Google maps. Love is uniquely designed and spacious with a fan shape of long wooden structure seating bench. There are Starbuck a convenient store as well as a small cosy restaurant just next to the lobby. Amper parking space is available for Hotel guest within the empire parking lots. Lift are directly connected to the basement parking lots.

Quite troublesome to get my keys. Need to collect pass card from a mail box which it's hard to find, eventhough seeking help from security guard. Then need to get keys from a safe box at front door, yet keys were disappeared. Luckily there is a pair of extra key. Cleanliness is only 3 stars. Dusty on table, sofa bed and every corners. Location is not very convenient. Just for reference.

Hotel exhibition room was bright and clean. However parking was horrific. No proper signage to show exit, had to circle 3 times before finding the exit. Passages in the parking narrow with sharp turnings. All parking lots seemed to be reserved. Thus seem to have no public parking for customers. Question is hotel meant for staff and tenants?

A nice hotel, room are not too small. Goof location. But rather slow service.

Overall OK. Room is ok. Service is ok. Wish that the parking is not that hard to reacg. Need to go to B4 to get into the hotel parking area.

There s a restaurant called two hands in qliq hotel. Awesome food with relaxing ambience and warm welcoming.

Decent place for a short stay. Nearby to highway and MRT (Mutiara Damansara MRT). Less than 1km to The Curve shopping mall.

The Qliq hotel room has a bad sound proofing. Inside the room we could hear the lift's door opening eventhough we are at the far end of the corridor.

Great 4 star hotel, friendly staff, parking is hard.

This hotel is comfortable to stay, breakfast is good & shopping is convenient. Tesco, curve, Ikea & others located within 1.5 km. King Size rooms are full with all amenities. I love to visit again.

The directional signages must be prioritised to be improved. First time parking at the basement level was lost by confusing directional signages and exited the supposedly "hotel lift" at the seminar floors from close proximity to the "kitchen" area.

Construction noise till 10:30 pm, no respect for guests sleeping. Meeting room toilets does not have water hose.

Well decorated, nice and clean, service quite ok.

Pricey compared to residence nearby, but still okay.

This is just 3 star hotel based on my 2 nights stay here. The reason being from the lobby — reception — lift — room, the feel of the process is very average. I am expecting the reception desk to be better design and bigger. The check-in process is quite messy as the hotel staff are provided with such a small working desk and they are look in-organise in who to do which. There is 3 lift and why do you have LEVEL GROUND AND GROUND? This is very misleading for people and the lift is quite slow. The salt pool looks good at Ground Floor. The room is quite spacious and bed are comfortable but why do your places such a small flat screen TV inside the room? Other 3 star hotel have bigger TV screen then yours and they provide satellite tv. There is toiletries provided in the bathroom. Just Hair shampoo and body wash. Usually toiletries is a standards for 3 start hotel. Shaver comb ear buds etc. There is room safe inside the room. I requested them to do room cleaning on 2nd day but I was shocked that it was not done and I told the reception. They just gave the blur look. Overall the price you are paying don't reflect well for this hotel. But the location is very good which is close to many shopping centre and there is avenues food court beside it. I am expecting a certain standard for the price I pay.

Initially I was sceptical about them. The company operates an odd 'waiting list' style client onboard, which I though was a gimmick at first. After registering with them in late 2016 we commissioned them to setup a handful of digital campaigns, all of which generated some good results. We continue to work with them as our marketing supplier with positive output. Wait.

Just checked out this afternoon. Was there to celebrate New Year's Eve. Requested for a room on high level facing The Curve and got it. Superb view of the fireworks at midnight. My kids enjoyed the salt water swimming pool. Me too. Overall good ambience. We loved our stay here. High possibility of coming back. The hotel is just 5 minutes from my hse. Yet it made me feel like I was on a vacation far away from home. Value for money i'd say. Forgot to mention. The Wi-Fi was superfast all over the building. But slowed a bit after midnight. Dont know why.

The hotel with most courteous staff I have experienced, from front office staff to shuttle bus driver to door man to security staff and to room cleaning staff (especially by the name of Salim who cleans my room 1804). This is the hotel's most strong selling point! I like it very much!
I am looking forward to coming to stay in this hotel in two months time with my wife!

Checked in last wednesday and will be here till next week Friday. From last Wednesday till today had one incident of power failure, one incident where the lift couldn't work and to top it off since last Saturday the Wi-Fi is so slow! I don't think I am being ridiculous for wanting to watch Netflix or skype with business associate using a hotel Wi-Fi but this hotel managed to made me not do any of it! Deco of the room is nice and I like the swimming pool but I need I need you guys to focus on the basic which is the Wi-Fi! If the Wi-Fi situation continues I will check out earlier as this is ridiculous!

Friendly & helpful staffs, nice design, near to shopping mall.

Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. The hotel is only 3 months old. Standard room, but the staff are friendly and there's a shuttle to go to malls, even to Sunway Lagoon and also to certain business buildings. IKEA and the Curve is only 10 minutes walk, but shuttle for a return trip is available. There's a Starbucks next door too.

I trip to KL from Singapore regularly. New hotel, professionally managed, great location. Business center facilities are the best in town and room is spacious and modern. Highly recommendable.
