Location of the hotel is quite an distance away from kidzana for families with young kids. As such it's not recommended if you are looking for kidzana trip. staffs were friendly and easy. Cafe staff were swift in action in replacing items which run out. although we have 3 adults n 2 kids (7 & 2 years old), we took 2 rooms, but sad to say my youngest kiddo is not entitle to breakfast as it was communicated per room entitle 2 breakfast. after a discussion with the cafe supervisor, he then agreed to offer breakfast to us at last. As it's quite common that all hotel is not charging any charges to a kiddo whom is just 2 years old. I believe the hotel should be flexible on this. overall the air con is good, room is clean. Suit for families with young kids. do note that the hotel has No MiNi fridge if you are going to stay there. As I haVe problem in storing my fresh milk n yakults for my kiddo however they allowed us to kept in their kitchen refrigerator. keep up the good service whiCh you have bought to us over our 3 nights stay.

Feeling good for 1person stay as the room quite small (no window), for 2person will be a bit pack. The front desk receiptionist was very helpful and friendly. Room is clean. But do improve y…our housekeeping to check the complementary item as I found 1bottle of mineral water was open and half, they may be someone left behind after leaving the room. Bathroom is clean. But also improve your staff when in answering the call from room. 2nd day morning I just want to check again the exact time for the breakfast. When I made a call from room and haven't said anything, the gal who pick up and direct answer : Maam, the ironing board is at the corner of the room (she speak very fast and cannot hear clearly). So I answer : Sorry, pardon? She answer me back : Maam! The ironing board is at the corner of the room!. That's not feeling good. Are they should pick up the call and say : Good morning, anything can assist you? I believe you all can do better as 1st day the receiptionist girl give me a very best impression, so, just train all your staff well.

Small rooms, great staff and location.

-No free parking… hv to park your car nearby with rate daily about rm14. -Breakfast provide ala carte… so so -Room quite big & nice (deluxe) … big mirrors on the wall like love hotel in Japan. Haha.

Room is what you'd expect, clean and tidy although lacking a windows. However I strongly recommend doing everything in the bathroom you need to prior to showering as it floods the room. I honestly have no idea who thought that this design would be good.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and the cleanliness in all aspects are commendable. The strategic location of the hotel is superb, nearness to the Curve, IKEA, 1 Utama and the Mutiara Damansara MRT station.

A Clean budget hotel. Signboard from basement car park to hotel lobby is not prominently placed.

The room is very small. The cleanliness of the room and toilet is totally out. The toilet is slippery and its like long time not cleaned up. Not come again.

1st time here… I tot it was a nice looking place. Comfy… UNFORTUNATELY, what mattered most screwed up. The staff. 1st, many were loitering outside smoking and horsing around. Then 2 of them started dusting the overhead lamps with a feather duster. Over food and drinks that were being served below. (I wonder how much dust ended up in my Hot Chocolate, ) My advising them not to dust with a feather duster went unheeded. I told them that if they HAD to do that now, at least us a wet cloth. Again ignored! Until I had to raise my voice… only then was my objections heeded. And it was only then I realized that these guys were Filipinos… the arrogant kind. The kind that gave a bad name to other Filipinos. The kind that cause in Bangsar to lose its customers. And the Manager was on leave! What? No Supervisor? Come on! Manhattan Business Hotel! You have a wonderful place with a great location. please train your staff.

Quite good. Friendly staff and we wanted to be near the Ikea in town.

Rooms are ok but on the smaller side. No complimentary carpark. Complimentary breakfast is not worth it, can only get 1 plate, a small portion of bread + eggs which is not even enough for a breakfast meal. For the same price can get buffet breakfast.

No hotel parkings but parking rate rm8.50 for whole day. update 2th nov… parking rate from 5pm till 9.30am next day rm16

I'm staying for 3 nights. Hotel staffs all very friendly. Room cleanliness good.

The charges are well explained. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast provided lacked variety and quantity. Sunny side up was not up to expectation. Late check-out was allowed.

A very nice hotel. Suitable for business trip like the name but you have to pay for the parking and breakfast start at 7:30am.

Affordable hotel rooms. Fast and friendly service. The rooms are a bit small but I am satisfied with the price since it is in the middle of Damansara where you would have to pay a lot to get a very very high end hotel. The price was affordable and worth it. Really fast Wi-Fi. Really enjoyed our stay.

First of all, this hotel ain't a business hotel. It's a small hotel converted from a shoplot. Check in was smooth and fast. Room is very small. Pros — room price is not high. — near to shopping area ie: the curve, Tesco extra & etc. — there is free Wi-Fi in room. — hair dryer is available. — there is a convenient shop nearby. Cons — No free Parking, and available parking bays are far from hotel. — no fridge in room. — no toiletries available. — room is not sound prove — Breakfast is below expectations.

It's impeccably clean and descent, with modern interior to boot. Definitely value for money.

Location: domino pizza beside hotel and 5 mins away from shoppin centre the curve and 1 utama. Starbucks 2 mins walks at qila hotel. Small room but very good beds and TV and shower room.

I would like to express my gratitude to the honest team at the cafeteria of the hotel, I dropped my phone this afternoon whilst having coffee at the hotel cafe, and the cafe team was so honest to pass my phone to the front desk so I could retrieve it when I came back for it. Thank you so much for your kind gesture. Not only did the cafe serve very decent Americanos, they were blessed by having very honest and friendly staff. Thank you once again.

As its name suggests, Manhattan Business Hotel applies New York’s Manhattan themes in its concept. From the outside, it looks like apartments in Manhattan with Broadway-style font. Going in, the concept is applied in its deco and the many posters hanged on the wall of the hotel. I jokingly told my wife: “Tak dapat pergi Manhattan betul-betul, duduk sini pun jadilah! (Since we can’t visit the real Manhattan yet, staying overnight here is still considered as staying in Manhattan! ) ”. She smiled. I interpreted the smile as “but I still want to go to the real Manhattan! ” CHECKING IN Upon entering its wide doors, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who gave me the key to my room and explained to me that free breakfast will be provided the next morning at the attached café. Yes, the hotel has its own café called as the Ninth Espresso Café. Free breakfast has limited menu but since it is a full fledge café, guests can also buy the many food and beverage items available there. CONCEPT The hotel has six floors and all the floors are styled as the famous parts in Manhattan – Madison Square Garden for Level 1 (where I was staying), Central Park for Level 2, Wall Street for Level 3, 5th Avenue for Level 5 and Broadway for Level 6. There is no Level 4 and I believe that this is due to the fact that the Chinese despise No. 4 as bringing bad luck. ROOM As I entered the room, I was shocked to see the size of the room.

Good place for business travelers. Helpful staff. The rooms are clean. Offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Good restaurants and mall at walking distance.

Small hotel, small rooms. Reasonably clean, staff friendly enough. Better hotels in area. Location good for PJ trade centre and menara obyu.
