We got upgraded to family room. It is really spacious. Can accommodate 4 adults & 2 children comfortably. 2 king + 1 queen bed. Even bath tub included.

It’s a 4-star hotel but close to 5-star. I like the garden concept of the hotel including the view from balcony & corridor. The breakfast is tasty especially nasi lemak & bread pudding. The hotel just need to improve on the houskeeping. My room’s floor wasn’t mopped. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Kids love the pool they provide the towel and also there is baby float for rent rm5/hour… Staff all section from entrance, check in, out and even the housekeeping staff they are very friendly and helpfull room was nice, clean, good condition, the aircond and the water hitter good. Bed & pillow was so comfortable and inside the room got extra pillow and toto… I also can request the baby cot without any extra charges (depending on the availablity) it just that in the room no mineral water provide by the hotel and luckly I got bring from home. Breakfast nice and good variety

Upon arrival, lobby was so hot and humid. The Palm Garden cafe variety of food for the hi tea was limited and taste horrible. Food was on the cheap side and it's called hi tea. The only thing good about the cafe is the service of the crew. The servers were polite. It's a waste of money.

Good hotel. Although the room a bit old design, quality wise is excellent. The pool and breakfast variety are great.

Great location. Close to IOI Mall. Grab charged me RM5 from IOI Mall to the hotel lobby. Pool was large and spacious. Kids pool was OK with slides (old fashioned). Room was spacious and clean.

Reasonable price but facilities such as flooring, furniture and public facilities need to improve as some are broken and not in good conditions.

A lovely place even though it may have been a bit old. The room was spacious and comfortable. And most importantly privacy is well assured.

Berbuka puasa disini dan sangat berpuas hati dgn makanan dan service yang disediakan. Walaupun parking mcm limited tp yg paling best makanannye sangatlah sedap. Penyanyi pun sangat menghiburkan. Siap nyanyikan lagu birthday utk bos kami sbb kebetulan memang kami nk sambut birthday bos semasa berbuka puasa. Sangat berpuas hati.

I got a room at ground floor but unfortunately the sliding door not secure enough, it can be open easily from outside. Then, I ask for another room. Thanks to your staff. He gave me another room on 3rd floor… what is important, not just the cozy & comfortable stay but also the safety. Please upgrade the safety immediately… tq.

Spacious room, delicious breakfast, clean swimming pool. And thai restaurant, the tomyam is perfect! Stayed there few times. One of my favourite.

We booked a meeting here and I am heavily disappointed. They gave us a faulty smelly room and it was not properly prepared nor conducive. How in the world anybody can conduct a meeting here? I don't think this should be called meeting room at all. I know I ask for better offer but if I know this is the outcome we wouldn't even consider palm garden anymore. And guess what, afterward I ask for receipt and it takes 3 weeks to be received. Softcopied. Kudos. U guys surely can do better and u better be.

A great place for your weekends or even weekdays getaway. The staffs are nice and friendly to the visitors. One of my happy places to visit.

Stayed there with family few days ago. The lobby is a bit small but once we go inside, the hotel area is huge. Very nice scenery, very helpful staff, comfortable room with a very nice aroma. Kids love the swimming pool and a very tasteful breakfast. Will recommend the hotel to all.

Very nice setting, an escape to nature just off a bustling township. Rates are quite competitive. Food is Ok for the price. Good massage @ Tranquility Spa. FYI, don't expect fancy schmancy, this is a resort setting…

Average breakfast, but nice selection of hi-tea. Nice bed, thanks to extra comforter & pillow. Iron & sejadah ready to use in a closet, but need to upgrade your tv. Swimming pool is in good condition & very clean changing room. Gym also provided. Very near to IOI Mall Putrajaya and they provide shuttle service to go there. Guest can get 30% discount when you're dining at any restaurant inside.

I love the breakfast part! So yummmeh! The swimming pool is just nice, would be awesome if there is some slide/adventure activity for adults (sorry) but I have a good stay overall.

I see many children happy bath in the swimming pool. If your side can upgrade slightly to the swimming pool it will attract more customer to your hotel.

Shopping mall is at walking distance. Super fast if go by car. Rooms are great and at good price. Room is ready with prayer mat for Moslems. Improvements: water supply/pressure and TV channel should be clear.

Food Heaven. Huge nice an tidy room. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Iron an ironing board in every rooms. Friendly staffs.

Breakfast food is nice/. Delicious. Need improvement at outside cafe whereby when the customer having their breakfast outside view. Floor is need to clean (swept/mopping).

We having 5D4N company training at here and very unfortunately, on day 4, 12 out of 35 staff's money get stolen. Management dint not give proper explanation and only bring 3 duty staff follow us go to police station make report. There is no CCTV surrounded the hall.

It is ok for several nights to stay here. Breakfast is above average. My room at level 6 takes some time to cool up with aircond. Refrigerator semi functional. Service is friendly. The bathtub has no curtain which means when you bath in it the water could of spill. TV is not so HD. other than that it is good :)

This is the first time I stay this hotel. Because of business trip and I'm stated on my booking we need 2 single bed for room but hotel still arrange one king size bed for us. It was not so comfortable sleep with colleague. Please take note on this part.

Generally, everything was great. Some improvements needed especially on cleanliness, the pillow cover had a foul smell we think it was not changed before we checked in. More signage needed to show the way to the pool and spa. Love the pool for kids and the slide!

Very pleasant and amazing place for your accomodation, very spacious yet luxury rooms at affordable price and all facilities can be enjoyed through your stay. Very close to IOI city mall with free shuttle provided! If you're lucky enough, just wait for amazing offer provided by the travel booking websites to enjoy your marvellous stay!

Extra large size room complete with extra comforter. A good size for family with little kids to play around. Serene and peaceful surrounding and a good place to work and play.

Amenities are a little aged. There are ongoing renovations from 9am to 5pm daily so do expect some noises. But this'll mean possibly newer amenities in the near future. Price is cheap for the size of the room.

Nice adult and kids swimming pool. The adult pool is 25m in length with one side being deeper than the other. The kids pool has a big slide that goes to the pool. There are also a gym facility and some outdoor indoor games around the swimming pool e. G. Chess boards, charom, table tennis etc. Good place to hangout with family and friends.

Check in was smooth, room is clean and nice, breakfast should have more choice and check out was smooth and fast.

Although the rooms are twin sharing bed, but the bed are big and comfortable. The room price during promotion also affordable. Sure will stay there again!

This hotel has spacious rooms (big rooms! ) with all the standard facilities. Quiet surrounding with lovely greenery. They have scrumptious breakfast spread. I love their bread pudding. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

Service is pretty good, hotel is very beautiful (credit/debit is still new to people in Malaysia… Had a minor issue using credit). The room was nice, good Wi-Fi, the staff was very caring and is good with maintenance. Breakfast was OK (not fully catered for western audiences) There's a gym, playground for kids, 2 nice pools, 24 hour room service (didn't use) … The 24 hour cafe was handy our last night… Best part is probably the location next to IOI city mall and the fact that the pool was being used by almost no one… Very nice for us.

Disruption of water supply? Unservices air-conditioner? A big holy crap of kettle till black out? Unfunctional TV remote control? Deserve to get 1 star cause there still a place for me to sleep.

For me this hotel is great,, maybe the problem comes certainly. Just be use to it. But I give 4 star.

My room was dusty, the shower head was broken, the TV remote does not work, and the light in the room was out. Very limited TV channels. Since we checked in late and the kids were already sleepy, making a fuss and changing rooms will be the last thing I would ask for. Very run down place.

Good facility, but so far from any nearest shop or social life.

The food is extremely normal! And the price is extremely expensive! Just a waste of money. No quality food, not well designed at all. Not tasty.
