Had a chance to in one of the most romantic suite room in KL and they also do have some of the most amazing food at affordable price in KL.

First time at this hotel. Beautiful scenic view from my floor at 12th. Breakfast soso as it's crowded with Chinese tourist. Stayed for 3 night for my youngest daughter birthday party, Zaihan, from me as her father, I pray Allah will give us all for more better future then yesterday especially my families.

Nice large room with relatively comfy bed. Clean rooms with needed basic amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful at all times. However, the rooms facing main road with city view are quiet noisy for a good night rest.

The location is very good, there are well and there are gyms and swimming pools are beautiful room just glass against the bed just don't like it.

The hotel has a nice ambience. The rooms are relatively clean and I would call it sexy as there are mirror all over the room. There is free Wi-Fi. Also, the breakfast is ok. The staff and front desk are helpful and polite. The water heating system is not working properly as it is consistently "rosak" across the rooms. You would get inconsistent cold water then all of the sudden you will get warm and then extremely hot water. Probably, the hotel might want to get the maintenance to fix the problem.

One of the worst hotels in Downtown Kuala Lumpur Limited charging ports for your electronic devices, of those available, most of them support only single pin charging which is not ideal for Samsung & iPhone users along with Vivo or any other Chinese mobile company Found a Cockroach in my bathroom the very next day The food in the restaurant was bland & the mostly Malay & Chinese staff are dismissive of Indians Rooms are crampy without much space to move around No fans & the A/C is placed at a ridiculous angle Tl;Dr : Worst hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Good 4 star hotel but early check in and late check out is not permitted. Very good breakfast.

It was an overall oj experience. Breakfast was limited not much variety otherwise it's a good stay.

Attended a convention in Vivatel so stayed over for 2 days.
Customer service is ok, we didn't really communicate with the staff. The Chinese Male staff with spectacles at the front desk was really helpful, asked him for directions and also translation as I didn't understand what the grab driver was messaging.
The toilet at the convention hall is also clean. A4 paper, pencil, coffee, tea and bottled water is also constantly supplied during the event, staff stationed outside the hall is also friendly as I asked for directions.
The hotel room is overall quite clean until we dropped something under the bed and pushed our bed to the side, found a berry at the bottom of our bed. The hotel safe box's handle is also broken, however still usable.
Our room is right beside the main road and me as a light sleeper find it extremely difficult to fall asleep with all the sounds of vehicles.
It was good that the hotel provided 3 towels of different size, and also a sewing kit. Hotel room cards can only be accessible to respective level increasing the level of safety and security.
Vivatel is also near Vivamall which has everything we need, there are shops such as Starbucks, 7 eleven and super7. However I don't really like walking to the LRT station nearby as we had to walk through a run-down housing estate which looked dangerous, in the end we used grab to travel around KL.

Very nice environment. Located near metro maluri. Rooms are nice.

Convenient parking. Reasonable room rates.

Very noisy. Has weird smell. Interior decoration is very mediocre. Seems very cheaply and hastily built. Any other large chain hotel is preferable. Does not deserve four star. Air conditioning does not work. Workers will lie to you about the settings and try to deny you a room change. Bedsheets have holes in them. Water supply is not consistent. Showers will overflow.

Air conditioner not cool, ridiculous warm! Poor projector system, too dim and not focus! Food below average, portion too little and standard of food not presentable!

A new and "desinger-like" hotel that is connected to Viva Mall. The air conditioning is not cold. Breakfast is normal and decent but nothing special.

Room is clean and recently renovated. Facilities are well maintained. Hotel links directly to the Viva shopping mall. However, breakfast spread is very limited.

Spacious and clean room. I was on the 11th floor and the room was next to the main road so it was a tag noisy but otherwise all good. There was a pretty good selection of food at breakfast and counter staff were pleasant.

Big Red Flower Tea Expo with the hotel bright light leisurely space makes people feel comfortable in the second floor of the supermarket things super cheap.

Room is not small, good texture, breakfast also choose more, Chinese, Western, Indian, salad bread, are above the level.
KUALA Lumpur If you are already very familiar, simple business trip, do not want to go shopping, visit the night market, live here is very good.
About 10 dollars from the city (Arrow Street, Twin Towers) is a MYR (double in the evening). Last time please call the counter to KLIA Airport, driver charge 100, counter 50, (airport call car 80), for your reference.

A well organised convension centre centrally located. Easy access to shopping centres. Reserved parking for guest. Frindly and courtiours staff in attendace to assist all guest.

There's not much of crowd, easily accessible to Miharja LRT station and a Mamak restaurant adjacent to the lobby with great mee goreng.

Connected directly to the mall, hotel is clean, breakfast is good.

Had a room with rattling AC, leaking bidet and broken table. Didn't complain because it was a business trip and we didn't spent much time in the room anyway. Housekeeping was also silly. Thy requested for my old towels when I requested for an extra one. Duh. Cool bathroom thought, they have this sliding mirror, so you can see inside. Or outside if you wanna watch TV and all.

Went to Kechara Vegetarian Shop deco a Chinese Wedding Dinner. Looking for the place was easy. Not so cramp with customers. Can shop easily.

Nice place to stay. Only 10minutes drive to bukit bintang and klcc.

I really love to stay in vivatel hotel room was clean and tidy and staff all very friendly and helpful two times I stay I very satisfied. But food menu must change to different items. And I like to thanks to all vivatel staff.

My friends and I went for the hi-tea buffet on Sunday at Retro Cafe. We had a great time :) the food? delicious :) in my opinion, the Thai Salad was the star of the day. A great place for small/big gatherings. The staff was friendly & helpful. Thanks Vivatel! :D.

The environment of the hotel was normal. Viva Home Shopping Centre is just beside.

Comfortable, clean room. Got mini bar and hair dryer. Two shower heads with one detachable… made it easier to bathe my children. Connecting to a mall made it easier to get neccessities. TV channels are clear.

Brilliant place to stay! Very affordable, clean, and tidy. The amenities are great with pool and gym to compliment. Nice compact atmosphere. I would recommend this place for sure :).

We booked 2 nights at this hotel before heading to Sepang for the race weekend. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms as they had a feel of the more expensive hotels. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/toilet was top notch. The hotel is located beside a mall, but there isn't much to see nor do in there. Taxi fare to the next decent mall is around 16RM. The staff of the hotel is very friendly as well. They made it convenient for us to find a cab and places where we can visit. Overall, we recommend this hotel to those visiting KL. It's not the cheapest you can find but definitely worth every penny spent.
