Having an extremely bad experience at this hotel! The malay lady receptionist doesn’t even bother about our existence. Keep on enjoying her own sweet time by having phone call before we enter the hotel. The receptionist also having rude tone when talking to us. Please concern about this issue as its very important! Rating 1/10
True to its claim of being affordable. Place is clean and tidy. Neighboring rooms are noisy as hell though.

Emergency checked in here. They gave terrible room. No water in next morning. The mattress, u can feel the spring while you sleep, bedsheet not well cleaned (can see the stains), no toilet roll. We complained about no water, they opened a new room (just for us to shower) & the other room is much better than what they gave to us. Perhaps we are unfortunate to experienced their bad services.
