Excellent location next to aeon taman maluri … it is the rakyat's mall.

Very comfortable room and clean. Near shop and stall for breakfast and late dinner. Very suitable for family and the most impprtant has a pol for kid.

I used their open house package last saturday (outside) and couldn’t say more. I was totally satisfied with their hospitality, performances and services. Mr. Ariff the F&B manager and his 3 staff (Mr Kimi, Mr Boy, n Mr Black, sorry didnt got their real name anyway) with excellent service, being polite towards my guests, friendly and helpful. Totally recommend them and definitely hotel maluri wins my heart ❤️☺️

For the past years we enjoyed staying here cause the room is spacious. But when it reopened after renovation, the toilet is a complete failure. No place to hang my towel or other things. So I end up putting the towel on the sink counter. Then, there was the drain blockage. It happened twice on two separate stays. So we couldn’t shower. First stay exchanged room. Second stay, we were too tired to exchange room so we waited till morning. We arrived around midnight. But that’s n…ot the point. When we reported the matter, the look on the staff’s face was like “not a big deal”. Second stay, the staff merely smiled upon hearing my complaint. The room renovated but the room is still hot as the air conditioning unit is not at its best. Do something please. Then the Raintree Restaurant is another issue. A guest ordered scrambled egg. But the order was wrongly prepared (I was there making my selection of dishes as those familiar would know the layout of the restaurant) Instead of keeping quiet, the staff was complaining to his/her colleague about that guest’s order in front of me, loudly. Little did they know that that guest was my husband! I smiled at them, and they smiled in return. When I went to the table, oh boy! I smiled more at them cause I know they know that I had just told my husband about their “words” about him. We didn’t lodge a complaint though. The hotel is basically OK.

Great hotel, really lovely room and bathroom. The breakfast spread was incredible and the kitchen made such good food. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, and recommend places near to eat and shop. Would have loved to stay longer if I could.

Nice and quiet coffee house for business discussion not to expensive cossie environment and rooms.

Strategically located, room is huge. Newly renovated bathroom looks modern & sexy. Gym is a bit small and lack of equipment. I wish it could be bigger and have full set of equipment. Food was amazing, reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Parking spaces were ample but there were few potholes. Hopefully during my next stay, they will be covered.

Nice hotel — rooms were well sized and clean. Toilet and amenities were sufficient. Reception was rather helpful and staff were polite and also conversant in English. FnB outlets were good also and Hotel lounge area was nice. Location of the hotel was also very near to many food outlets and Hawkers for delicious local delicacies. It was fun to browse around to look for a nice meal. Transportation was easily available (taxi) and it was not costly. It was a comfortable stay in Cheras and the hotel was convenient location in town.

Poor Management service Requested connection room via email and call. Was confirm that reserve. Once arrival, was told no more connecting room then what's the point I call and send email to reserve it!? After I show black and white of that special request. Sudden connection room turn up How can this happen? Poor management? Better double check before providing answer to customer.

Got small pool inside hotel with live band s great idea.

Room does not have towels when checked in, phone not function, have to walk down to lobby to inform no towels, phone spoilt. They don't have record for incoming guests of the day, took a while for the staffs to retrieve our bookings.

Good food. Not expensive, worth with the price.

The hotel provides wonderful service to its customers. Welcome drinks, fruits, fresh flowers in the bathroom, and the waiters were helpful and attentive. I would go there again.

This hotel offers room that meets my needs. My family and I comprise of 2 adults and 3 young children. So, we need a room with 2 queen sized beds. This hotel has the kind of room that we need. The room is equipped with aircond, TV, telephone, kettle, coffee and tea, iron, soap and shampoo, towels. Plus points : concierge service, restaurant, and in KL. Near to IKEA Cheras, Sunway Velocity.

I feel safe to walk around here at night. Don't scare people lah. Last time got two cafes (old town and …) near it. Now closed. Because you people scare away lah. Now got amaya condo opposite. I give five star if building orange color. Gray color so drab.

Location was good as it is nearby to my relatives house. Room is big and spacious. Unfortunately the aircon not so cold and Wi-Fi connection is very bad in the room.

One of the worst hotel you can ever stay in.

Nice environment, abit old, but near train station n aeon. Shopping n resting. Nice place to stay.
