Very poor service and poor facilities. I first checked into a 3 person. The room smelt of cigarette smoke. When contacted the reception they gave me an air freshener to spray. And that too they have to take it back after I sprayed. Then the air-cond isn’t cold at all. So after their technician came and checked and confirmed the air-cond was faulty we were transferred to another room. We were upgraded to a 4 persons room. We decided to extend our stay and they initially told us it will be a higher rate and wanted us to move to another room but to move again was a great inconvenience and after all we didn’t select this room. So at least we were allowed to remain in this room. But for such a room it has no mineral water, no hairdryer, no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Not one single pen.
I was locked out of my room after I came back from breakfast only to be told that I have not paid for my second day stay. It frustrates me because I was told I must make payment latest but 8pm. To locked your guest out of their room with their belongings inside based on the reasons given is truly unacceptable.
I have stayed in 3-star hotels with much much better facilities and service. This is a disappointment. Regretfully I don’t think I would choose this hotel as my preferred venue in future. You ought to upgrade your service and facilities.
➜ I am a person who often goes out on business and stays in hotels everywhere, in a simple sentence: to meet the requirements in my mind, although it is not the best, it is already much better than many hotels of the same level.
Maybe I'm not as demanding as those who give bad reviews, I stay in a hotel, just ask for comfort and cleanliness.
