Great residence in the middle of the city. Make it easier for “pusing-pusing” as it has a lot of choices to many places.

Here have 2 type to stay in. First type is direct to Hotel and 2nd type is subhome.
Direct to Hotel is good and nice everything. But íf booked by Subhome, the facilities is still same, the only room service is rating 4.

It was a great and fun moments for us having an opportunity to host our daughter’s Birthday Party @ the Cafe on the Fifth. Good and warms hospitality. Thumbs up to the team!

I wouldn’t recommend it for food in fact I think their food is terrible. But To stay is. Just don’t ask the front desk for recommendations.

The room is great, no doubt. But the service from the reception is terribly horribly bad. Please hire someone who can act professional and speak proper English. A smile and a ‘thank you’ is the least I expect from the receptionist, but he does nothing. Unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist. The next time people mention Fraser Residence, all I can remember is bad service.

What is wrong with your housekeeping department. I left the hotel today at 9.30 am and return at 2.30pm and the room is not cleaned. Why is the poor level of service. My room 2504. We pay to stay in this place. Could this hotel has the decency to provide the service. I am totally disgusted by the poor level of service by the housekeeping. Could the General Manager please reply to my question.

Pros: Rooms are very nice and upscale Cons: — Location is a bit secluded. Might be hard to hail a ride — Internet is super slow. Better luck using your mobile data.

Convenient location — close walk to the LRT station and 10 minutes walk to KLCC. Check in was breezy. Parking is free and well guarded. Very good choice of breakfast spread, you will be full to the brim. Tried their deluxe room and 1 room apartment. Loved both but prefer the 1 room apartment. The design of their rooms are up to date-modern and sleek. However I noticed that the 1 bedroom seems cleaner than the deluxe room. Plus point — cooking amenities in the room is useful. My only comment is that deluxe room should also have a small side table for dining. Difficult to eat. Overall, highly recommended place to stay in KL. I've stayed here more than 3 times already!

Location: surprisingly convenient. Within a few minute walk to two stations. Room: compared you nearby hotel, you're getting a huge bargain in terms of space. We got a very spacious (~900 sq ft) 1 BR / 1.5 bath for $80/night including breakfast. The construction is far from perfect, but they make up for it in value and decor. Hall ways are not air_conditioned. Service: the staff so far has been wonderful! Breakfast buffet isn't bad. I traveled with my vegetarian partner. He was able to find several dishes every morning.

Very spacious and high end service apartment in the heart of town. Highly recommend for single or family stay. Swimming pool and gym are very new and well maintained. Only problem is getting transportation to shopping district and there is a lack of restaurants nearby.

Awesome place with great TV channel to choose and watch … But the walking distance to bb or the heart of kl is a good walking distance away. For those who want to be extremely pampered, you need to take a grab. Expect to walk like 15 minutes to pavilion. We had a driver driving us around so it was not a problem. Breakfast was good only problem was their rates is inconsistent with their website rates and you cannot extend with the current staying rate charged instead need to book again on their website to extend if you want to retain the website rate. Sounds stupid if you have stayed for a good amount of days and it's a booking made directly from their website not from any third party online travel agency.

We stayed at Fraser Residence for 2 nights in September and were very satisfied. Our room was very large. Had a proper kitchen with washing machine and in the bathroom a tub and shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very rich and delicious.
The location of the hotel we thought is good, the Twin Towers are within walking distance and nearby is an S-Bahn station.
We liked the pool between the two towers and the gym on the top floor particularly well!

I believe the place I visited is called "The Face Suites Hotel". Very nice & cozy. Its like a mini apartment hotel renovated very nicely. In each room they have microwave, 2 in 1 washer & dryer, and you can also cook there. No smoking allowed though!

Breakfast very very poorly organized… All on each other to wait for 30 minutes to have pastries for example… However the hotel is very beautiful, well located, nice pool and spacious rooms with for some a nice view of the Petronas tower ✌

The room area is very big, the house price is also reasonable, but enters the room to be dumbfounded, the rug has many stains, the wooden floor is dirty all scratches, on the table many does not go the stain. From the beginning of the reception desk staff are not smiling, only check out of the service lady very friendly and smiling, breakfast restaurant service staff are all good food fresh delicious.

The rooms is beautiful, gym has an awesome view. Staff not smiling and lousy. No communication between the staff what so ever. The so called manager is a joke that have no answer to anything. Promised to make up for not cleaning the rooms but they forgot to clean again, and again. Room 2803 has a steamboat sound and vibration in the AC so forget sleeping in that room. They changed our room to 1804, I think. One of the bathrooms was leaking water on the floor. We told the staff about the issue, they gave a smile and waved away the problem. Anyway, the gym on top floor was the best part. Breakfast was nice but the same treatment from staff. Throwing the chairs around while people is still eating, removing people's plates while they was still eating.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, nice view from the window. But! Direct in this moment I'm lying in the room 2707 with the flu and the high temperature and I can’t go to breakfast. Today my husband wanted to take something for me from breakfast, but the staff did not allow. My husband explained that I’m sick and could not get out of bed, but the staff refused to help. I do not understand the logic at all, because we have paid breakfast for two people! So, if you will get sick in this hotel don’t wait help and understanding from staff : — ( ( (

Fantastic studio apartment number 16.05 with great city views. Cleaned every day to a high standard. Supermarket and food places next door with all the staples. Only concern was sick which was spasmodic.

The hotel is decent. It's for that money. Breakfasts want to be better. Not far from the Petronas towers. And the Pavilion shopping centre.

We booked 3 deluxe room and spent 4 nites in this hotel, and really have a nice experienced. Will comeback for sure with my family. Plus point: 1. The receptionist (Regina) is very helpful and nice. 2. Room type deluxe is very spacious, Clean and very comfortable. It feels like you stay in a brand new and nice luxurious apartment. Not like ordinary 5 star hotel for me. 3. Swimming pool is nice, water little bit cold for kids 4. Bed very comfortable and bathroom is clean 5. Etc, etc and many more Minus: 1. The Wi-Fi is slow 2. Breakfast menu is very limited for 5 stars hotel and need to improve Conclusion : Worth value of money and very recommended for 5 stars hotel.

Had a room booked for 4 nights. Staff were ok. Room was spacious and well equiped. We found blood stains on alot of the furnitures in the room, like the sofa, chair, curtains and even on one of the new towels that were put in place for us to use. Location wise, it was convinient. It was my 3rd time in kl so we walked most of the time.

Great location in terms of distance to KLCC, and a generally clean and luxurious room experience. Be aware of rooms that smell like smoke — we had to switch rooms even though it was listed as non smoking. Smelled really badly of cigarettes. Otherwise, really happy!

Am not sure if the hotel is 5 star, frankly speaking it doesn't look like a 5 star. I will tell you what I experienced: — — The lady who's in room service doesn't know how to deal with the guest, she's not professional. — I put the sign for room cleaning at 4 afternoon till 11 night no one came to clean, no apologies from room service side. — For breakfast, it looks like a 3-4 star breakfast of the limited varieties (less for international & more for local variety). — they are not concerned about the hygiene, I founded small flies on the salads. — The one who's making the omelette outside she burned the omelette which I ordered and the strange thing she served it for me which is too bad and no apologies from her side for what she did! — The servants were too busy doing their work and not giving attention to the guests if they needed something, unless you call them. The good thing about the hotel: — — it is close to attraction places. — the rooms are big & bed is comfy. — view is nice, facing the twin towers.

Location of hotel is slightly inconvenient as it's located on a road which required multiple u-turns to reach. The detours required to arrive at the hotel makes it a slight hassle to travel to and fro however the rooms makes up for any shortfalls. The rooms are spacious and are well equipped with variety of utensils. Views out of room is reasonable and the service level of the staffs are impeccable. Would love to return for future business trips!

It’s a nice place to stay with family. Close to the KLCC. Two things I didn’t like in this otherwise excellent place. 1. Boring monotonous breakfast 2. High charges for extra bed.

Absolutely fantastic. Booked here by chance, didn't actually realise I was getting an apartment. Loved it. Staff amazing, and everywhere spotless. Stayed for about 2 weeks in the end :)

It's value for money. The one bedroom we occupied was really big, very clean and very homey. The members of the staff are very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. The place is a few minutes walk from the Bukit Nanas station, so moving around KL was no problem. The pool on the 5th floor is great and so is the gym on the top floor with its panoramic view of the city. The breakfast offers a lot of choices and tastes good. I just have to queue for my eggs! The whole experience is good and would recommend the place to anyone. Hoping to visit KL again and of course, staying at Fraser Residence.

This is my second time in Fraser. What I can say from my experience this time is that their standard has fallen. Service we got from the front desk is zero. When we went to check in around 2 they said your room is not ready come back after an hour. They did the registration and told us it is from tower 2. We came back after 3 hours. Still the room is not ready. Don't know what was taking that long for them to prepare the room. The lady at the reception gave us the room from tower 1 which was the graveyard view. We told her that we already got registered to tower 2. She told me if we want from that tower we have to wait. What kind of an attitude is this? We are paying for the room and the whole day we have to stay outside because the room was not clean. Breakfast spread was so bad. Only good thing is rooms are. Big and spacious. They don't clean the rooms everyday even. This is an overprice hotel with bad services. Not coming back to this hotel. Don't recommend anyone. Previous review; Quite and Relaxing atmosphere with friendly services. Most rooms have a view of famous twin tower. Food serve here is good.

Huge room for a good price. Great furniture and very clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty meh. The lobby can get pretty busy.

The best thing is the roof and its infinity pool.

Incredibly good value for money in central Kuala Lumpur, we had huge amounts of space in our apartment room, with a walk in wardrobe / dressing room that led to a very spacious bathroom. The apartment was very well equipped, modern, clean, airy and light throughout. The pool facilities were nice, with comfortable loungers and large parasols. The concierge was very helpful as we had arrived early and needed to temporarily store our luggage. We had a very early departure after our night's stay which the front desk were only too happy to accommodate, they even prepared an early departure breakfast for us.

I reached around 12 so I was told to wait as check-in time is 2. But, even after 2 I was made to wait. Finally at 2:30 I was given the room. Everything else after that was pretty good. Rooms are very good. Breakfast is good not extra ordinary. Pool on 5th floor is the best thing.

Seems very good value for money. We arrived really early and our room was not yet ready. We were given a private Resting room and could also use spa and swimming pool. Very good service and room (appartement) super spacious and clean.

Excellent new property by Fraser in Kuala Lumpur. They have two towers in the property with fantastic rooms. Breakfast is in a huge hall downstairs. A little difficult to find as it is located off the main road.
