Nice ambience, spacious rooms, with all amenities, nice service, made my stay n trip to Malaysia really special.

My 3 weeks stay at Fraser Place KL was not pleasant especially with staff and elevator problem. I was staying for 3 weeks but housekeeping did not make up our room everyday and no shampoo issue to the room. Lift service is really poor. Staff from housekeeping is very rude. This will not consider to come back.

Love it. Planning to visit again. Like home so comfortable place to stay, the staff are so respectable and kind. Only one note I didn't like and annoyed me is that for me as a Muslim really annoyed me fine the bar infront of the entrance, I wish for more given care from your side to find a solution for this problem, also I would like to fine the pray direction for Qiblah. Thanks and Regards.

Everything is just perfect about this place. The pool areas overlooks the KLCC towers, PETRONAS are just 10 min walk away. The service apartment are very spacious and interiors are very well done. Morning breakfast buffet has many varieties to cater to every taste buds. Spa area is well maintained! Overall wonderful stay experience.

I have booked 2 studio deluxe rooms for 2 nights and I was grateful that my rooms were upgraded to 1 bedroom executive for free. It was a very spacious room, with great amenities. Beautiful pool view of the kl tower, great location especially near to kl tower and many restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. Surely wil come to stay in this apartment again.

I really liked the hotel. We stayed at the studio apartment. Very nice view. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, Excellent pool and great breakfast. Highly recommended with good location.

The main course was just so so. However, the mushroom soup really got me glued to this place. The soup tasted excellent. The cream was just nice with mushrooms chunks really hitting the right spot. Not forgetting, the desert also deserves an apllaud. They were fresh and delicious although not limited in choices.

Great service and breakfast… very comfortable bed but sorft furnishings in rooms a bit tired.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. Beds were great. 1 drawback was a low floor room that we had, were you hear the A/C units from neighbouring building. We enjoyed, will return!

At one time it was my favorite in Kuala Lumpur for quality, location and price. Unfortunately the maintenance is poor and now both the rooms and some of the shared parts are dirty or ruined. Reluctantly I will never go back. I had noticed these problems already a few years ago but the situation has not improved, in fact, has deteriorated.

I had a really bad experience with this hotel. Poor customer service and the Management will takes ages to action certain complaints. I've stayed there last January and asking for refund on my deposit and until now I haven't get the refund. It's been like almost 4 months now. So I will never recommend this hotel to you fellow travelers! Very upset and unsatisfied with the service.

Comfortable hotel located in the heart of KL. Spacious suite with kitchen, lounge and bedroom. Good breakfast, efficient staff who were very helpful.

One of my favorite place to stay over the weekend. Walking distance to KLCC. Great breakfast spread offered. Equipped with sauna, steam room, cold as well as hot tub.

Great central location, very comfortable bed in lovely large apartment with kitchen and 2 televisions. A 7eleven across from the hotel. Pool on the 18th fl is nice but small. Only one bathrobe, no slippers and no refill of bathroom amenities, thus only 4 stars.

Great experience overall. Called for service a couple of times and response was quite slow but overall can't fault it. Location was great. Stunning pool and views. Room very well equipped.

Great Hotel excellent breakfast clean and quiet rooms very nice al18 floor but a bit noisy between the technical premises of a building in front and the work of some buildings in the area.

Good size room, great location, friendly staff. Could do better with cleanliness at floor level. Stunning cocktail bar (Beta) downstairs which I don't believe belongs to the hotel.

Nice place to stay with a nice view. Just a walking distance from Petronas towers. And you can take sky train just a block away. Serves good breakfast. Ambience is good.

This is not s 4 star. They have beautiful Jacuzzi sauna steam room AC and other accommodations that doesn't work. Staff is very nice. But don't have information and knowledge about area to help visitors. No concierge.

Awesome location. Right next to the corner you can find a bar street. 7 minutes walking from Twin Petronas towers and KLCC mall! Suit is great. Kitchen, ironing facilities. Comfy bed (as for couple ;) ) Good cosmetics (a lot of things). Friendly staff.

Location is great. Right smack in the middle of variety of shopping. Rooms are spacious and well furnished as per the brand standard. But this is not the first time they messed up my booking.

Pros: good location. Apartments are clean and well equipped, not much to complain about. Cons: tiny pool and gym so don't choose this place if those are important to you.

Fantastic location only short walk from the Petronas towers. Impressive swimming pool view. I had a studio with twin beds and it was very spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely excellent value for money.

Nice place, some restaurants & minimarket can be reached by walking also only few mins walk to Suria KLCC. Easy to get taxi. Room & the swimming pool are very nice too. Unfortunately the reception aren't friendly.

Big rooms equipped with every comfort, good breakfast although room is a little chaotic, pleasant the Spa divided by sexes, fantastic the pool suspended on the skyline of K. L.

The bed had a strange smell. The bath robe was provided without belt… Complaining to them did not work. Located in a very convenient place, the hotel should be nice, but it was unfortunate that the low service quality of their house keeping kept me from having a good impression to them.

Very well located Hotel, very close to the Petronas Towers and the most level area of Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are spacious, we took a studio, fully equipped. On the 18th floor you have the pool and it is very nice to take a bath overlooking the TV tower. As you hit the breakfast, pretty bad, regular fruit, bad juices from boat and the staff is correct but unkind. In global, it is a good choice to visit this city.

Security Stick! Comfort, not to mention! Convenient location, near Pavillion, KLCC, May live once, June not hesitate to choose this hotel to live the second time! Super Convenient! The opposite is 7-11, and the night downstairs is a bar with all kinds of food. Super Recommended!

You go here for the location, not to stay indoors. As any KL location, the service is super-friendly but sometimes not what's expected. All in all, hard to beat at the price I got.

Well located, near by most of all city monuments and attractions. The outdoor pool (at 18th floor) is just amazing. Rooms are clean, food is nice.

Luxury Hotel in the city center. Very large and modern rooms, courteous and helpful staff, international breakfast but feature.

Hotel room was spacious, clean and tidy. All the staff were very helpful, we are happy to when you need help.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms and good facilities. The only thing I have to give a minus for is the breakfast. It is very basic and not as good as you would assume when you look at the rooms.

Comfortable, spacious studio with all the stuff that you need. Air conditioning and fan are working fine. No street noise in our room. Great gym, spa, and laundrette as well.
