It took more than an hour to que to check in and it really full of hassles. Unfriendly. Dunno the people behind me queing. This happen on 27/3. Just dont come here on holidays. Waste of time. Go elsewhere. Hope this hotel go bankrupt or taken over by other management.

Very bad experience. For 2 nights. They decided to to repair works at at night till morning. Unable to sleep well. Option given is to switch room on second night since I never complain on first night. Called management team and complain about the noise issue. What they said is no one knows about this repair works until I wake up middle of the night to search for the source of the noise. In the end, we decided not to change room due to baby is sleeping. SUCH A 5 start hotel? Might as well put 3 star so that I won’t have so high expectations.

Room service call take forever, well, I am fine with it. But for the price that I paid, I got non cool aircond room (even after their technician did some repair). Other than that, my baby skin became red after she crawled n played on the bed (this is after few mins we got in the room). Then I did some inspection on the bed sheet/blanket, found out that the bed sheet wasnt clean. Dont think that it got replaced after the previous customer checkout. I saw stains on the bed sheet. Looks like they put some sort of perfume or lotion (maybe? idk) ) to that particular stain part to make it smell good (yes I did smell it to verify, and check other part of the bed, they dont have this smell. ) maybe to cover up. I made a call to get a replacement sheet. Anyhow, I do not recommend this hotel to everyone. Well for the price, I think you can easily get other hotel that offer better experience, it is not worth your money.

Staff member Lee welcomed us and showed is to our room stepping us through our booking and room. Always had time to speak with us during our stay on or off duty. Room was amazing with view of most amazing pool area. Very advantageous to be attached to a shopping centre. Motel well located

For a five star hotel it is not recommended … because the ac is not cold and the beds are hard … the beds are old model … too complicated because I have to give a deposit of 400 RM …

We were lucky enough to be staying on the 38th floor with an amazing view over KL Tower and Petronas Twin Tower. Great location and we loved the pool area for relaxing after exploring the city.

Was there last week with my family. Horrible experience. Our room was not cleaned and checked by the house keeping before we checked in. The bathtub and bathtub was faulty. Room was not cleaned, stained on the chair. We informed the operator, the maintenance guy came after 45mins, despite we called couple of time and informed that we need to bathe and go out. went to the reception and wanted an explanation from the manager, as we saw he was busy, left a note with the counter staff Mohamed Amar and he assured us he will get his manager to called us the next day at 9am. However, we did not get any reply or call from anyone. totally unacceptable service and non existence service recovery. Will not go back again and recommend anyone there.

Was a good stay with friendly staff and the breakfast spread is incredible! Was on top floor — excellent views. Pity I only met the helpful managers on my check out day. @Patricia and @Nixon thanks for all your efforts to make our stay a comfortable one.

We love this hotel, so central to everything but a quiet oasis to relax in as well. Rooms are well planned, we love the suite we are in, floor to ceiling windows with a fabulous view over the city.

Every thing the whole two weeks stay was just fantastic. Nick and his team were fabulous, the staff made are stay so beautiful it was best.

7 Floors of shopping from clothing to cosmetics to teenage entertainment to eating. I would recommend modest dress due to it being a Muslim country if you don’t want staff or locals being rude to you. SERVICE Haggling seems to be a habit for Asian locations. You just quietly walk around wanting peace & quiet, yet they try to get you into their store. STORES Cheap options Teen roller coaster with Laser tag Park area Cinema Cafes and restaurants OVERALL If you want brands this isn’t the place to be.

Was provided with a nice, comfortable room. Checking in took a little more time than expected and going from west to east building was quite time taking as well but the hotel and its location is pretty good to stay at. Didn't get time to check out many facilities of BHR but the mall and the hotel both were pretty well maintained and reasonable too.

The 5 Stars are for the staff of Berjaya. They made my stay worthwhile. Nothing too difficult for them and wonderfully cheerful. They are genuinely committed to you enjoying yourself. The Broadway cafe was terrific. The food, outstanding. My room in A tower was dated. The TV didn't work and there were minor issues. But it was clean and comfy and the view is sensational. BTW, I found the way to keep the curtaining open by tieing them off. This decor will now be known as the 'Buzz Window'. Thank you, Berjaya. See you again soon.

The location is very strategic, in the downtown, only 30min from twin tower, integrated with mall in lower floor. But when I just arrived in my room, suddenly the bell rang, I said wait, but the housekeeper force to open my door, even I lock it of course so he unable to open. Shock, I open the door and there, standing the housekeeper, without say sorry. They also not give toothbrush, so I call to ask for it. I was waiting long enough but still no one deliver, so I decided to got out. When I came back, I saw toothbrush on the desk. Really, they open my room without permission? I never see this before. So even the hotel is generally good, I won't stay there ever again.

Upon checking in, the front office staff was quick & efficient. The room was clean & satisfactory. As my stay came with a complimentary buffet breakfast & dinner set at the hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed food at Big Apple Restaurant (wide selection of Western & Local delights). Dinner at Samplings The Fourteenth was superb, your wait staff service was excellent. Chef Val's set dinner was well-presented, with good choices of healthy dishes to choose from. My son goes for the smoked duck while I opted for the fish. Great place to dine with an amazing night view of the city at night. On the other hand, on the day I was checking out of the hotel, the technicians seemed to be doing some repairs work & drilling work was in progress, it did cause some sort of disturbance just outside of my room. They were quite noisy but lucky us, we were just about to check out at 12 pm that day.

1. We had requested for a Deluxe Queen Room. We were instead given a Twin Room. When checked with you reception, we were told there was not room left for us. The question is, we booked online way earlier in February. Why would the hotel overlook our booking? 2. When we enter the room. There was a shit smell from the toilet. We thought it was the piping. However, to our ultimate shock. We saw SHIT in the toilet bowl when we lift up the cover. Is this the standard of your hous…e keeping? 3. When we were checking out, there was a long queue at the check in counter. Do take note, it was only 11am. We queued at the check out counter, with none of your reception attending to us. My friend queued at the check in counter and when we approach the counter, we were told that we must queue at the check out lane. However, the queue of check in grew longer. Guest who had arrived later and queued at the check in lane were attended. But we were left standing at the lane with no one attending to us. It took us 40 minutes to check out when it barely needed your counter 2 mins to check us out! This is horrendous! When we arrived on Friday, we were told that we cannot check in until 3pm. Yet, on Sunday when the guest arrived earlier, they are attended to for the check in while we seem totally not important at all.

Told us 3pm check in. But even at 4pm, we are still asked to wait for our room. Each wait is 5 to 15 minutes. But each time we join the queue is 30 minutes to be served. Extremely slow to serve guests and provide a solution. Tells us that there are no other available rooms to swap around but still have the audacity to try and up-sell a room upgrade. When asked to speak to a manager. The manager refuse to come out and speak to us. Extremely bad experience with the hotel and will never use their service again. Will definitely share with all my friends and relatives about such a poor experience.

The staff were extremely lovely from check in to check out in all departments. I cannot thank you all enough for making a solo traveller feel welcome.

Breakfast not Western, clean hotel, and especially in the mall. There deluxe room is great it is an apartment at this point. Pavilion and other shopping center are at 10 15 min walk But there is also the Metro which if makes directly and the oar arrives at Berjaya also it's the most.

I and my family really enjoy the stay at your hotel. Since 2014 this is the third time I am staying at your hotel. It is just like a second home for us. We just like your hotel and want to stay there. The ambiance, the food, the shopping mall etc, everything is excellent. To say in one word, it is like a world in itself. Hope to come again. If you can send the information of your hotel situated at other places i' ll be glad to know.

Good hotel, but already old, requires attention and repair. Quite compensated by the affordable price of accommodation. Very convenient location. Inside the building there is a huge shopping center of floors 10. Opposite through the most popular shopping center electronics. In the evening there is also a busy street and night market with all sorts of fruits and dishes for every taste.

I stayed at the hotel with my husband and 2 children ages 7 and 8 years. We all loved our stay! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional in the Club Lounge. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you!

Great location, very reasonable price, spacious room.

I was really impressed with the service of the staff from the concierge, to the check in staff and the cleaners! We were surprised to be able to check in early which was a massive relief after a 13 hour flight and we were upgraded too. The guy who checked us in was also really helpful in assisting us with restaurant recommendations and advising us on the best way to get around. The room was massive with a living room area, the bathroom was big too (I liked the fact that the toilet was separate to the bathroom). The attached shopping centre was really useful — we were quickly able to grab any essentials we needed without having to go too far (water, a local SIM card etc). We really enjoyed our stay here, it provided the perfect base to explore KL and celebrate my 30th birthday starting off with a big hearty breakfast. We didn’t use the recreational, pool and spa facilities so we cannot comment on that.

Lovely room, good breakfast, in business rate-included transfer to the airport, a good shopping center. In the big grocery store there was an action-small mango on 2, 99 ringit for Kg. Large-3, 99 ringite. There are no such prices in Thailand… Everything.

Well located handy to shopping centre and monorail. Excellent facilities in the hotel itself and reasonably priced. Check in check out was easy. Bag minding service was excellent. Clean and well decorated. Friendly, informative staff. Maybe just hotter showers.

2 bedroom suite was unavailable upon check in despite checking in after their stipulated check in time. Front desk staff overcharged the deposit by RM100+. AC compressor and fan for suite 25-18 required servicing and it took another 1hr to have cool rooms. … Overall suite condition was bad — stained walls & carpets, worn out furniture (sofa, chairs etc) Poor housekeeping & maintenance — internal leak in the fridge at the main Suite, 1 stained drinking glass, slimy bath tub with hair renains in the common room toilet, common room toilet bowl doesn't really flush. Lack of sympathy from hotel staff — We were unfortunately stuck at the hotel lobby for 3.5 hours due to driver being stuck in heavy traffic between Rawang-KL. Instead of approaching us politely and offering us to keep our belongings in the luggage room, we were first questioned if we were guests of the hotel and then told us off that we cannot keep our belongings where we sat. He then instructed his staff to keep our belongings away. Afterwhich, with the same rude attitude, he did the same to another couple at the neighbouring seats.

I had great time in KL including my stay at the Berjaya Times Square. I had a large room with a wonderful view (if I got bored I could watch the construction site below! ) which was comfortable and quiet although the bed was too hard for my liking. Everything else was great — I can't comment on the recreational facilities or dining because I was always out and about exploring the city. But the hotel's location — literally on top of a huge shopping centre — meant that everything you could possibly need was nearby. It was a great base from which to explore. I appreciated the English language newspaper and little evening snacks delivered to my door, thanks to all the staff responsible for those and for cleaning and stocking my room.

The whole building has shops on each floor, indoor and roller coaster, suitable for children to play. Less choice of goods, less international brands, excellent price, suitable for girls shopping.

Our stay was very satisfactory. They upgraded our room. The room was spacious and clean. The charm of the hotel is the hotel staff — polite, friendly and helpful. Upon checking in the room, the AC was not working, and it was taken care of in less than 30 minutes (followed by numerous follow up calls, three technicians, repairing it with monster trolley in no time) Location of the hotel is the best you can get. We did not avail any food services so cannot comment on that. WE would love returning here and would definitely recommend to our friends. Just one irritating thing — the exhaust in the washroom was pretty weak.

The mall is okay. Lots of shops and nine floors to get through plus an indoor theme park. My only issue is that as a foreigner the sales people don't speak to you and they follow you around really closely which is uncomfortable and makes you not want to buy anything…

It's a great hotel located in heart of Kuala Lumpur. Rooms are big and very convenient but maintenance should be improved. For example even though rooms have big windows with nice view, but windows are so dirty with lots of dust on! It's so annoying when you wanna enjoy kl view during your stay! In addition, it's stated in reviews that parking is free, while is not true! You have to pay a flat rate of RM10 for parking.

We are extremely happy with our stay. The hotel has been very well maintained. We find your staff (from front office, to bellboy to concierge) extremely courteous, helpful and professional in their service. My brother was the one who asked me to stay in your hotel. They make the hotel a home away from home, especially our first time ever, Chinese New Year away from home.

Location is perfect. But the hotel needs better maintenance. Rooms we got (2 bedroom deluxe) were spacious but old and dusty. There were cockroaches in the toilet. Carpet and curtains are very dusty and dirty. The floor of the kitchen/pantry was sticky. The remote controls for the televisions did not work. The air con took very long to cool the room.

Great hotel, our room was spacious and very clean. Convenient location. Included breakfast which had a good selection and extended hours. We had an upgrade to the Club Lounge which gave us many extras. Highly recommend this. The lounge was excellent for a mid afternoon hot drink and also early evening drinks and canapes. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Pool area clean and welcoming with lounges always available. Would happily stay here again.

Was on a business trip, the hotel is big. Pool, lots of different paid services. Good lunch and breakfast. The rooms are old-fashioned and shabby. Good location, the main sights of the city can be seen directly from the window. Shopping center right in the hotel, a hand to other shops and cafes.

We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, rooms were spacious and the location is great. Everything is within reach. My only disappointment is that the rooms were not kept up to date and not really clean as I found cockroaches in the sink of the master toilet. The staff were polite and helpful. Hopefully, the hotel can improve on the overall cleanliness.

Check-in was delayed from 3.00 pm till 4.30 pm. Air-con was malfunction in one of my guest room. Despite of hotel's good effort to replace a new room for resting that the offer was too late for the guest. Hence turned down the offer. Other than this, it was good experience as expected. The usual branding are, value for money and location is at the heart of the city!

This is not a 5-star hotel. Give one star rating because minimum is one. They deserve 0 star rating for the service. Nothing good memorable except the first and last hour spent there: Queued for 1 hour for check in on 9-Dec-17 5pm Queued for 30 min for check out on 10-Dec-17 12pm. Requested non-smoking room but given a room full of cigarette smell and ashtray. The furniture in the room is old and in bad condition. Curtain roller stuck. Toilet sink is dirty and moldy. Bath tub drainer is spoilt. Should avoid this hotel even though the location is good.

The service suites in good condition. Suitable for travel with family as they have dry kitchen with microwave. Big private room & shower room. Extra single bed available. Please prepare CASH if u not book via online service provider. Parking will be using auto pay machine per day about RM17. In KL we didnt drive. So we park for 2 days. Towel provided and FREE Wi-Fi. Yay!

Excellence service. Cleanliness is undoubtedly the best I have seen. All glasses come with plastic covers. Although building is not brand new, room is in a tip top condition. Room is spacious and breakfast selection is good. Will visit again.

We had a nice stay. The check-in was speedy, much faster than my previous stay. I booked 2 rooms (1 for my wife and me and the other for my parents who are 77+ years old and need assistance). Your receptionist was so kind to propose to us to stay in one bigger room so that we could keep an eye on the 2 old folks. But at the end, I turned it down as we wanted some privacy and she put us into 2 separate rooms but right opposite to each other door-to-door. The room condition has improved a lot, very clean and spacious, the fridge was cold enough. We had a good time chit-chatting in the living room area and we had a comfortable sleep in the bedroom without any noise heard from the corridor. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The check-out was also very speedy. Everything was closed to perfect. We would surely come back again and again.

Check in time indicated 2-3pm. Waited for our room till nearly 5pm. Got offered a complimentary fruit punch. Stayed in a twin suite. Room was clean and organised but sadly the windows are really really dirty and dusty, it spoils the whole 'city view' we were looking for. Toilet had no water hose and the showerhead was a complete joke. Why was it facing down towards the wall? Are we suppose to stick ourselves to the wall to bath? The check out was fast and simple though but I am dissapointed at the hotel's lack of maximum cleaniness, especially for the glass windows. Our room's aircon window was filled with loads of trash too. For a 5 star hotel, I am not amazed at all.

We had a lovely time at your hotel and would recommend your hotel to all our friends. The staff was very attentive but yet unobtrusive. The newspaper in the morning and the 'something sweet' late afternoon is a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, as I have quite severe stomach issues it was lovely to have such a big variety to chose from every morning. There was some very tasty food that I could eat without any negative effects. We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel, Thank You!

We appreciated that the hotel were able to accommodate an early checkin, however the room provided felt a little dated. The tap leaked in the bathroom, the lampshades were stained and considering we were meant to have received an upgrade via our travel company, we felt a little disappointed. The service from the staff however was fantastic. Very welcoming and polite. Issues with the room aside, the location was great and overall presentation of hotel was good. Just a shame the room didn't meet the standards expected.

Really nice hotel. Although a bit dated, needs better maintenance, few electrical faults in the rooms. The rooms are very big and are set out like apartments, they are fully furnished and have a kitchen 2 bathrooms and a main lounge area. Good views, really nice big swimming pool and very good facilities for children. Lots to do Spa, Massage and shopping facilities. Really cheap for what you get if you are coming from a western country. Id imagine as a local this would be quite costly. Ive stayed at other hotels in KL for similar money and they are more up to date.

Nowhere near a 4 or 5 star hotel, very dated, carpet is stained and wore, beds are not comfortable (like sleeping on a wood table — I can feel every spring in the mattress), TV selection has 2 English channels hope you like news or sports, air conditioning doesn't work where its 80+ degrees year round, towels are not stocked in the rooms, face towels are impossible to obtain, shall I continue? There is a working mini fridge and good city views… that's about it. Update: changed rooms at 2am after there was still no ac in original room, now the mini fridge doesn't work in the new room. I guess everything functioning in one room is too much to ask. I would not recommend this hotel for a stay.

2 family stays, very satisfied.

After travelling for 19 and a half hours we arrived at the hotel at 9.30 in the morning and we were informed we couldn't check in until 3pm. We were not offered anywhere to freshen up or allowed to use the amenities ie. The swimming pool. We were told we could wait in reception! I really do not think this is good enough and that the hotel have a poor attitude to their customers who have travelled so far to stay there. The rest of our stay was a pleasant one, all of the staff are very friendly.

Became my number one choice of hotels in KL for my price range. It's obvious that that customer service is the 1st priority at this establishment. Such a pleasure staying here. Can't wait to get back in March 2018.

Great location. The mall is relatively good but doesn't compare to other malls like Pavilion in terms of retailers numbers. As for the hotel, it's deemed old. Out dated lift, old looking and misfunction of key card at times. Rooms are big but equipped with very aged furniture and dated apartment design. Don't get me started on the bed sheets and pillows, doesn't feel clean enough.

Bad experience. Terrible service and room was just disgusting. Reached at 1430, check-in my room at 1500 and room was still not made. Requested for a change in room and was denied. Housekeeping was slow af, a lady single-handedly clean my room while busy chatting away on phone. My room was FINALLY ready at about 4:30pm. Room is big but very very old and dirty. & oh guess what, my room door can't be locked. Tho the room is only accessible through the main card, we still feel the need to lock the door for safety reasons (cuz 3 girls staying tgt). Overall, bloody horrible. Location was great btw, hence the one star. Very near to the train station and the mall was just down below. Mall had variety of food choices and shopping was not bad either.

It was really a nice and convenient place to stay (Accessible to most part of KL via monorail/taxi/buses/by foot). Most staff were really friendly but some could be more professional when handling patrons in lift (At least let the patrons in first or hold the door for patrons, not the other way round…). Breakfast at Big Apple was really good, at least for me! Nice view and all varieties of food/drinks were replenished very quickly, even when it was close to closing time. Room was spacious, really. But air conditioning in the room could be improved. Imagine this: Fanning yourself to sleep when you had set the thermostat to high fan, lowest temperature possible. A little advice: Water closet in toilet needed several flushes after someone pooped. Learnt that after one day stay. On the whole, a satisfactory stay for a family of four~

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Berjaya. The hotel rooms were very clean and proper. The staff was great and very cooperative. The people at the reception were very quick and professional and the breakfast staff was equally wonderful. The only suggestion I would like to give would be that there should be an escalator between the two towers as it is a very long walk and with a baby in hand it was quite tedious. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay at Berjaya and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Large centre with an amusement park inside!

Big mall for all your fashion needs. Prices are quite cheap if go higher up in level. Maybe too many shops offering the same stuff though. Also many shops don't let you try out the clothes, which resulted in a few wrong buys with us.

I got lost. Not many directories. Too big for a mall. Not all shops are open. Floors around the top are spooky and lonely.

No dislikes tbh its a perfect place to shop and has a HUGE variety of clothing departments with very cheap prices cinema is nice and there are alot of different restaurants I love this mall.

A shopping mall is quite big, that on the last floor there is a roller coaster sisu a roller coaster. Very nice the place.

Location was great but the service was horrendous. There was a blackout for my room on Christmas and I had go down to the reception THRICE to request for maintenance to help us. Unfortunately, till the end, no maintenance came and I had to look for the electrical fuse box and fix it myself. Checking in is always long and most of the time, the requests that you make will never happen in reality. I have stayed in this hotel often but the service is getting from bad to worse. Location might seem like a compensation for the service but when the service is as such, it's not worth anyone's money and time. There are better hotels around the area.

Its so amazing and fantastic hotel. We spend a nice time during the new year in kula. Its realy deserve to travel and staying there.

Roller coaster. The biggest one in malaysia. Awesome place to shopping. Cool stuff. Just bad in ladies toilet. They do not have any doooooorrrrr.

You will be stuck at car park and unable to access to the ground upon arrival via lift on mid night. Unable to communicate with security guard. Design like a maze. Big space narrow view. Mess.

This is a place where you see more people dating than shopping. The gsc cinema is good though.

Great place for a shopping spree, and under the roof of the shopping centre to be amusement park with rides, there's also a giddy American Hill, which makes two loops right over buyers from below:) There is the attraction of archery, bowling, a pile of children's entertainment. Good restaurants with traditional and national food, affordable prices on clothes and accessories, you can spend the whole day. Recommend to visit.

Huge shopping center. You can get lost for the day. Food courts, boutiques with any nonsense, amusement Park.

It is situated in very good location near to bukit bintang which is famous for its shopping center. It a huge complex where guests dont have to go out for shopping and entertaining. It offers various thing to do. But the hotel itself is not offering friendly impression to guest due to poor service.

Stay for 1 nite only. Did not use any hotel service at all. The carpark direction or signage are not helpful. Have to wait for long q for breakfast. Give up after 15 min. Coffee house belonged to ARABS. No idea. How the staff checked them who bring along so many people. The local were put aside as hotel greedy to gain profits for ARABS.

Places of entertainment, not for customers to buy insurance, the injured to pay a fee.

In this square there are many layers of shopping place and entertainment site, is a popular centre.

Five-star hotel, the facilities is dare not compliment, like the Chinese three-star hotel. Room small, bed small, the TV smaller, even satellite TV. Terrible! But it is not bad.
