The hotel is aesthetically pleasing, modern, tidy. The location is good if you are interested in the shopping area, being also very close to the monorail. But the cleanliness and comfort of the room leave a lot to be desired. Sheets and pillows dirty, with a lot of smell. The design of the room is impractical, with a large bath but it gets wet full when bathing, leaving the basin area by the bed for no reason whatsoever. And with a wasted area of income. Breakfast is good.

Super awesome ambience but the food however does not meet up to the expectation of the ambience. Disappointed that the layering of flavours are under whelming but have to applaud the carrier used are innovative and very instagrammable. Tried all the recommended items from the lunch menu and blogged nori taco and chicken ribs, flavours were ordinary; including the signature g&t however could only taste gin but not the peppercorn and other ingredients.

One of the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. We were 2 colleagues in business trip and the problems started at the check in when they were able to find only one of our reservations. We managed to have 2 rooms for the first night but it soon turned into a nightmare: I'm allergic to the dust and I spent a terrible night with great difficulties to breath. On top of the cleanness the layout of the room was weird and the walls paper thin: I was able to hear my neighbor turning off the light! The breakfast and the relative venue are very basic and pretty hot (AC working bad) The only good thing of the hotel is the location. We will sure never be back.

Great location — opposite Lot 10 and a few doors down from the Pavilion. Minimalistic/simple design and comfortable. Had a room with a view of Lot 10 and the Monorail station. Initial room was on level 13 beneath the bar on the top floor. Workers at the bar, which does not belong to the hotel, were drilling, moving and dropping heavy items throughout the night. When at 3am I still wasn’t able to sleep I asked reception to put us in another room. Level 8 was much quieter and I could finally rest. If you stay here I would recommend to stay at least 2 floors down from the bar.

Very spacious family room with two king size beds! There's seating area with three seated sofa. A big table and a big standing lamp. Seperated bathroom for taking a bath and closet. The price's good. Not too expensive. The location's exellent. Easy to find food. It's near from alor street.

The location is also good, right next to the commercial area of the house, a few large shopping malls within 5 minutes away. No, the Twin towers are within 15 minutes. Adjacent map mouth, convenient transportation. The hotel room is not big, but there is a certain sense of design. Worth staying.

Room service staff is not friendly and impolite. Elevator is too small. Decoration in the aisle to the room is nice but seems too dark. But the room is cozy enough.

I feel it’s comfortable place to put yourself up for a short trip. Don’t expect high end furnishes but as a traveller this is good enough for majority. I would come back if they continue to maintain their room properly. The room size is definitely unexpected for me. Love the artwork at their reception but I can see it’s been neglected. Best to come as a couple else the person sleeping inside has to climb over your pal.

Unique interior design. All black and white. The rooms are simple yet very comfortable. Very suitable for weekend getaway and shopping trip. Just 5 minutes walk to Pavilion Mall the biggest mall in Bukit Bintang street. The staffs are friendly. Recommended.

I was here for 2 days. I like the minimalistic design, neat clean room. Plus plus for location… Everythings at stone throw. Right next to MRT station. Quick check in and check out. Hassle free. I would recommend the hotel for solo travelers or couples. It will get a bit cramped if Ur sharing with your kids. Will come here again!

Back again, 4 to 7 Jan 18! Train entrance right at the doorstep of Wolo. Stayed from 9 to 11 Jan 15 and loved it!

Great location underconstruction on many floors. Rooms are becoming a bit worn and could do with renovation. Breakfast is totally terrible. Disappointed.

A boutique hotel with Japanese style rooms (beds on floors, a standard room isn't more than 50sq meters). Location is great if you're looking to be close to malls, the city center, Changkat area, etc, however I wouldn't recommend it for families / kids. PS — drinks at the restaurant upstairs (Mr. Chew) are tasty, but food is egregiously overrated and not worth your time.

"Should"is the club tuning hostel

For example, the small and dark Elevator, the corridors, the pattern of the weird room, sink in bedroom, Toilet too small, shower too large.

The fourteenth floor is a nightclub, live the thirteenth floor of the tenants, in the middle of the night will hear the high heels walking up and down the sound of footsteps.

The only benefits, the highest in the downtown, the price is cheap.

Screaming brats everywhere! Beware that this is not a hip boutique hotel or a romantic place for couples — it's crawling with brats. Large families all squat in one room or take over whole floors. The floors and walls are made of plywood so you can hear them using the toilet, jumping on the floor above you and banging things around at all hours. Customer service does absolutely nothing when you complain. As if that weren't enough: The Internet doesn't work, the AC doesn't work, the lights don't work. Breakfast is gross: hotdogs and runny eggs Don't ruin your impression of KL by staying here.

Location is awesome since the monorail and the mrt at their doorstep. They are under renovation when I was here so the entrance was quite uncomfortable. Staffs were just ok. Breakfast was very standard. Room ameniites were very good. They even have iron which is awesome for a 3 star hotel. Bathroom cleanliness should be improved.

Great location, but the door of our room and latch were not working properly. Breakfast plates were dirty. Renovation work going on and hopefully they'll be better next time we stay.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to there is a gym on the second floor and the staff are very friendly. I think that the rating of the hotel should be 4 stars but thats just my opinion.

Atmosphere is good and feels trendy. However lighting is slightly too dark. Also the lifts are slow.

The location of this nice hotel is so strategic while the room rate is so very affordable.

Good location but bad service. The room not clean even after 3pm. Three elevators with one down and takes long time to wait.

Good location. Surrounded by popular malls. Easily accessible to everywhere around KL as it was next to the MRT/LRT Bukit Bintang. Got a bad experience with the reception counter. Reached the hotel around 11plus morning and was promise the room by 130pm. I gave them time and return back to the hotel by 3pm (actual time to check-in) and was told the room was not ready. In the end got the room by 5pm. The waiting game got me frustrated and as im waiting there is a few couple who are also checking in came after me and got a room first. What a life. The room temperature can't be control and got me shivering at night. Luckily the view from the room was great.

Modern Hotel near the Pavillon. 10 minute walk from Petronas. The staff was very helpful.

Good location. Love that there's a bakery on ground floor. Get a room with a window if you feel boxed in.

Good location, not very large but functional and comfortable rooms. Breakfast Overall still advisable.

We were given room at floor 13. What a nightmare, we can hear the all the noises from lvl 14. People walking, their music, all can be heard very clearly. Can't bare with the noise, so we requested to change room. Front desk personnel don't seems to be sorry for causing us inconvenience, but he gave us the impression that we are "difficult guest". New room is at level 5. Air con don't seems to work (not cold at all) and there's no toothbrush and toothpaste too. Wi-Fi password doesn't work also, we have to call to the desk to get another one.

Good location for shopping with nearby eating places and also to the new MRT (as well as the LRT). However despite the superb room and hotel interior designs, they have forgotten some customers essential such as providing clean and good towel (the one tat we got was like a floor mate and as if it was bitten by rat! ), there was no face towel also given. The bathroom floor was not clean and the surface was very slippery (very dangerous for kids even to the adults) its a kind of waste that u have such a nice n modern bathroom interior especially the wall, but u used the wrong material for the bathroom floor. And to be honest, I feel disgusted whenever I step on the floor (as if it was never cleaned for ages). The room phone was out of service and the TV line was not smooth too with cracking sounds. The receptionists service was ok (just ok), because one of the guy did mention to one of the customer who was about to check out, was kind of rude when answering her by saying I HAVE ALOT OF WORK TO DO (seriously tis kind of person shud not be the frontliners, and we dont care about ur work anyway. Just be polite pls. ). But the security guards on the other hand are very helpful. The penthouse which they convert it to a restaurant, is great. The ambience is modern luxurious style. Luv it!

I really enjoyed staying here! the location is the best for shopping since affordable and near to any famous mall in KL! the room is very unique and the design is quite dark but quirky!

The staff were extremely friendly, which we liked. Great location and decent value for money. But the air-conditioning in the room was very warm. It was uncomfortable for us. The lift was small and relatively slow.

I have stayed here several times. The location is perfect for exploring the city. I really like the style of the rooms. The smaller rooms don't feel small, they feel perfect for a single traveler (or a couple) that just wants a comfortable room to stay in, and doesn't plan to spend alot of time lounging in the room. The bed is perfect :) Breakfast is good.

Clean, contemporary, located in the centre of Bukit Bintang. But poor breakfast service. The staffs are not attentive enough.

Just got home from 6 nights at the Wolo… our 3rd time now and we still love it. I wasn't happy with the breakfast this time… no orange juice, very limited things to eat and no fruit… but lots of Asian type foods. I went to reception and spoke to the lady there, and didn't realize there was a man standing back off to the side, who was the manager. He asked to talk to me, and listened to what I had to say and then he just explained that they were in the process of doing some changes and we went down to the breakfast room and could see what I was talking about. He then organized some fresh squeezed orange juice for us, and some sliced apple. I look forward to returning again and seeing the new changes. To the manager… (i didn't get his name) thankyou for listening to me and I am sure the changes will be awesome. All the staff are fantastic and always ready to help with anything.

This hotel situated in prime location of Bukit Bintang. Shopping malls and famous restaurant and food court is just walking distance. Nearby is world famous Pavilion, Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza, Fahrenheit Kuala Lumpur, digital mall-Low Yat Plaza, Starhill Gallery and Berjaya Times Square. Easy to find food surrounding the hotel inlcluding world famous's hawker street, Jalan Alor for local food, just 3 mins walking distance.

A reasonable hotel very new and conveniently situated on the corner of Bukit Bintang. 1 minute walk from the Pavillion Mall and 10 minute walk from KLCC via the air conditioned Pavillion walk. Air Asia monorail just outside as well. Rooms were small but have the main features of a hotel, minus any windows. The TV remotes however are terrible and unresponsive. Cabs outside will definitely tout illegally and the hotel will organize airport transfers for 110 ringits. By a metered cab, it should only cost around 65 to 70 ringits. I would not stay here again unfortunately.

It is strategically located, only a few steps towards the Monorail Station. Also close to the bus stop for free bus (Go KL). Not hard to find food around the hotel a lot of food vendors. Halal food is widely sold around the hotel. If you want a taste of street food, only a few minutes' walk to the Alor Street. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor, the lobby is very interesting with a unique design. The corridors leading to the rooms a bit dark. Our room is on the corner of the 7th floor. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and bright. The bathrooms are also spacious but beware the floor a bit slippery.

Is quite a new hotel, rather decent for interior of the rooms. The room we got has a very nasty smell and we had to keep flushing the toilet to get rid of the urine smell. The aircon controls are quite hidden behind the TV. Other than that, it is a pretty ok hotel and their services are good.

Noisy plumbing, tiny elevators, worst gym, slowest internet, breakfast spread inadequate. Don't get a low level room facing the neon lights!

Not a good experience! so expensive compared to the services given… No coffee table or coach… Designed like a disco! So dark and a gym with least facilities ever! No swimming pool! Even there was no toaster to toast a bread in breakfast! The price was almost the same for a 5 star hotel!

Strategically located within 2 mins walk to H&M, Zara, Uniqlo, Giordano and Sephora boutique. 5 mins walk to Pavilion Mall, where you can find everything else. Good service, decent breakfast. It is under the same management for the bakery Tous Les Jours.

Wonderful. The room is spacious. Staffs are superb friendly including the guards. A very safe place for tourist. Breakfast was gd to fill up ur tummy. Location was great! An awesone stay.

If the web shows clearly that the hotel has no parking, I would not make a reservation. Feeling cheated. No parking, very difficult for me to reach into my file which is in the car for business. The worst part is that I have to wear 4 inch high heel to carrying luggage, laptops, and groceries to walk and crossing the KL busiest street with uneven road surfaces to look for the hotel.

Love the place, friendly staff. Was there from 9 to 11 Jan 15. Road construction outside cafe entrance was a turn off.

Length of bed is the same as width of room. I had to walk on the mattress to get to the other side of the bed. I wonder if the housekeeping staff do the same too to tidy the bed? Breakfast is served too late, If someone stays here who need to go to work, it is not possible to take the breakfast before plunging into the renown traffic jam and hope to get to office in time. I suspect they start preparing the food after the vouchers are handed over, so be prepared to sit and wait. We had to leave super early, so we arranged the previous evening for the staff to pack our breakfast. We were not impressed to find that in place of TWO breakfast sets, we were given 2 cold plain croissants plus ONE bottle of mineral water to share. Since the breakfast was available at RM12.90 each, I reckon the two cold croissants and ONE bottle of drinking water was worth RM25.80? Other than that, location is good, and staff are friendly.
