The hotel lobby was very nice and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size but a little dated. Unfortunately we were on the backside with no view at all. I'm sure a view of the twin towers would have been marvelous.

Situated behind the pavilion area so it's right in the thick of it but not at the center of hubbub. Getting in and out won't be hampered by bad traffic too much. The newly renovated rooms were good with modern charging facilities like USB ports built into the power sockets. Otherwise the rest is pretty similar to the older rooms. We had 2 rooms if you're wondering about it, one of each. Service was fine. There's secure parking but strangely the exit barrier was up… Wonder if that's secure enough?

Pullman was fantastic. The bed was firm but great pillows so slept great. One of the best showers at any hotel I have stayed at. Great pool and gym. The staff went above and beyond. They even surprised me with a birthday cake in my room as it was my birthday when there. Highly recommend.

Last night in our wanderings, and could not be better! New Hotel furnished with taste, clean and with a staff trained and friendly. The room amazing with a fabulous view over Kuala Lumpur. The stained-glass windows are massive, the room complete of all, also iron and ironing board. Excellent breakfast. Excellent quality / price ratio.

Getting to the hotel in the morning is quite a hassle. The smart tunnel should be avoided during the peak hours as it can suddenly experience a traffic congestion. anyhow, the parking space is sufficient as there is limited morning crowd. I had a breakfast meeting and the spread is reasonably good. The crew is exceptionally polite and helpful, making the breakfast experience pretty pleasant. The place is partly under renovation — hence the lobby seems crowded.

Excellent stay at Kuala Lumpur Pullman Hotel. A pity that the hotel lobby is under renovation so the first impression wasn't that impressive. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my room. Big, clean, bright and an unblock view to the Twin Towers. Bed is comfortable and the pillows gave me a good night sleep. I couldn't ask for a better room. For the hotel breakfast, a bit disappointed that it wasn't served in a proper restaurant with a pool view etc. It was in a make-shift ballroom which I supposed was arranged this way due to renovations perhaps. Overall, a good stay and I will recommend this.

After renovation and make the hotel looks fresh, clean and comfortable to stay. Room are great with many facilities inside. Staff are helpful. Breakfast menu are huge from local dish until international menu. Worth it!

Stayed in March 2018. Location was good, it’s right opposite Pavilion, and very close to the SMART tunnel exit and entry. Staff were friendly and courteous. On site basement parking for guests was good. The hotel lobby is currently undergoing renovation, so understandably the human traffic can be a bit chaotic. We arrived at the hotel at 4pm, but our non-smoking room was not ready. We were offered a welcome drink while we waited, which was a nice gesture. However, when we got our non-smoking room, the room smelt of cigarettes… The room was a bit old and looking it’s age.

We stayed in the apartment portion and room was quiet big and comfortable, except for the fact that the bedroom didn't had window. The breakfast was really good though the options were limited. And very near to the Parksons shopping centre which has very nice food joints, bars a nice hangout areas for night.

Good stuff. Like really, really good place to stay. Could've been a 5 star but it is not as perfect as it seems. I would love to see an improved LAN connection (required for my work and games of course) plus a global cable TV so I could watch news that I could comprehend. I guess no place is perfect?

The hotel will put 4) rooms a little shabby. But you can ask for a room overlooking the towers — twins, or rather part of them) location is excellent) to the towers — twins 10 minutes on foot) near the hotel there is a shopping center, where in the evening there are many cafes and bars) I want to mark the restaurant Haka right next to the hotel. Very simple and inexpensive, but cook here very tasty) very advise)

What a great venue/accommodation. Highly recommend it. Staff were very friendly and always did there best to help. Choices in restaurants were amazing. Breakfast a highlight. Centrally located… everything is in KL is accessible from here.

Those of you about to stay here Jan/Feb 2018 be warned that renovations are likely continuing in the hotel. Stayed here in late December 2017. The location is conveniently close to the Pavilion shopping centre (across the road) and the city centre. One downside was the extensive renovations that we're going on in the lobby that forced guests to take the side entrance and snake their way through to the right lift lobby. It would have been nice if there was some kind of notification from the hotel about this renovation. Great food, try the steak it's amazing and very helpful staff.

Formerly known as Prince Hotel. Always frequented this hotel back then for meetings or coffee and it is still my favourite place now. A clean and lovely hotel with perfect atmosphere and ambiance. One of the good hotels in the City Center and value for money, for every ringgit spent! The staff is efficient and friendly. The location is strategic. Centrally located and very close to shopping center or major malls. You can use the sky-bridge and have a good comfortable walk to KLCC.

Upon checking in, my friend was charged RM1000 for a security deposit. We weren't aware of this beforehand and so they had only RM100-200 left for spending cash. Furthermore, why is the hotel charging a security fee even after the rates are fully paid for? The gym facilities are fantastic, with access to a punching bag and gloves. The room and toilet is also spacious and well kept. Laundry services are overpriced. The swimming pool is far too tiny for a hotel of this size and the bubbles from the jacuzzi is weak and the water isn't heated too. Still overall rather satisfied with it so I'd give it 4/5 stars but I hope the hotel sorts or improves on these things eventually.

Excellent hotel with polite staff. Facilities are good too, though the pool can be quite cold. Concierge service is very helpful. Rooms are quite dim, even when all lights are turned on. Would like to see usb wall charging, and power points next to the bed.

Very modern, clean, well located and good price.

The stay was amazing, the room was exceptional, and the breakfast was good too and most importantly the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I was however a little bothered with the check-in and check — out process, the wait is too long, Also, upon arrival at the hotel lobby, on a few occasions, there was no concierge readily waiting to assist with bags and valet, had to walk up and call someone out. Nonetheless, this is my favourite place to stay in KL, Thank you.

It was a very brief stopover for us. We arrived late and reception was well manned with good information and welcoming. We had room service which was exactly what we ordered and arrived in good time. Check out was a breeze and they were very helpful with a last minute booking for an airport shuttle, which was much quicker and less harrowing that the arrival the previous evening. We would have loved to have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, perhaps next time.

Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Center offered me a great experience. Spent 6 nights here with my room got upgraded into Executive Suite, a large sophisticated room with complete facilities, truly awesome. Breakfast is great, lot of varieties but ff you want a private and quite breakfast, you can have breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Pool and Fitness Center are nice also, quite a big and beautiful pool with city scenery. The Gym has also complete cardio and weight machine for you This is truly a great hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Generally positive and good. Good points: 1. Heater is strong 2. Spacious apartment 3. Aircon is strong too and can be a bit too old but still OK Feedback: 1. Pillows a bit soft 2. Toilet drainage in the room with 2 single beds — sometimes it smells, so that's a turn off. 3. Breakfast range was good however the ventilation was not good because you had a chef/live station for the eggs, so we smell of fried food after ordering the eggs 4. There were no tissue boxes in the rooms or living rooms. This was bad.

From the moment of arrival to departure the experience was perfect! Wonderful friendly staff comfortable room with view of twin towers. All amenities in the room for a relaxing stay. The restaurants offer an amazing choice of local or western dishes. Highly recommend upgrade to lounge club. Complementary evening drinks and food with world class lounge musicians and singer. Great to relax there in early evening. Hotel is located central city with short walk to the Pavillion shopping centre. There is a lot of construction going on downtown but only minor disruption with noise during the day. However this is temporary.

Great stay in the Pullman of Kuala Lumpur with the view of our room on the twin tower Petronas. Full and quality breakfast. Internet and perfect location during our stay.

At first it felt like I have decided a bit off side property which it is. This much don't matter a lot when you stay in the heart of the city. Access to pavilion mall is very easy and you can walk to twin tower easily, staff is good and co operative. Concierge is very helpful and guide you very well. Executive lounge on the first floor is not so executive but staff is well mannered, Mr. Bell in particular knows how to keep his customers happy. He was one thing which made that lounge experience great.

Staff friendly and attentive listening and available. Tt is meeting to have a good stay. The pool and gym is great. The breakfast is perfect.

We stayed at the Apartments and we were very impressed with the buffet breakfast. The chefs were continually replenishing the table. The staff were fantastic, especially the staff manning the 'lounge area' on level 10. They were very friendly and always welcoming. We felt we could pop in for a coffee during the day and nothing was too much bother. I can't remember the names of the staff members, but as level 10 was our main area of contact, I feel I need to mention that everyone was terrific, including the bar staff, especially Tommy.

I had a nice stay with a staff always smiling in this establishment for a summit.

Located next to the Twin Towers, centrally located. Very welcoming and helpful staff, continental breakfast with ample choice; For lunches and dinners be careful because there is an excessive amount of spices in many dishes. Clean pool with breathtaking view.

Great location to malls. Spacious room especially for triple sharing. Good breakfast spread. However, upon check in the extra bed wasn't set up yet. Informed the front desk before leaving the hotel for some shopping, returned after 10pm and still wasn't set up. Plus room amenities wasn't prepared for triple sharing. All in all, a nice hotel at a great location.

As usual with Accor, clean room, friendly staff, nice buffet, a real 5 stars as it should be!
I asked for a nice view and I was given a room with a magnificent view of the Petronas Towers without extra money… Thanks again.

This is a magnificent city, the best hotel. Really liked this hotel. Room very clean, staff very friendly, very hospitable, the Breakfast good, the hotel pool is also very good, I really like this hotel. I like it here.

We stayed at the Pullman for 4 days great hotel great service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Great buffet and breakfast and also they have a great Japanese restaurant. It is close to all major shopping centers and Bukit Bintang within walking distance. Next time in KL definitely staying here again.

Just arrived. Checked into the 2 bed apartment. Spacious well appointed and the kids love it. Beautiful hotel.

Stayed there and it was great. Staff were nice. Breakfast buffet was good. Close to the Petronas towers. They need to find a solution for the swimming pool as the water was cold. Pool water heaters will do the job.

Great location, massive rooms and average breakfast.

Good location. If u are driving here, can bypass the main traffic jam. Easily accessible to Pavilion.

Hotel room was good but decor and design not so modern. Cleaners/maid keepers/waitstaff were good. Nothing very impressive. Food average. Reception weren't that helpful or very polite to my expectation. When asking for a taxi to the airport be careful as they will rip you off ~180rm for a booked taxi during midnight hours. I rang and booked for a public taxi and I set the agreed price to 110rm. You could get the taxi to airport cheaper if you were to agree on a metered fare but I didnt want to be taken for a ride. Pleasant stay. Just a sour ending with reception not holding the customers best interests at heart. I believe the hotel takes a cut of the taxi fair if u book with them.

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms I satyd with my family 5 nights and we were comfortable. But the breakfast not very suffered and there was a bed bugs.

It is a hotel that a buffet lunch of dim sums (small appetizer Asian)
and it is really excellent. The price is affordable because it's a buffet and more knowing that there is a hotel service and that they are prepared to demand. For the drink is a bit expensive, but tea is a good compromise.
Really to advise.

We stayed 3 nights at the Prince in May 2014. Not a satisfactory experience. We addressed the matter with the hotel manager about smoking on non smoking floors as well as the issue of noise in the adjoining room. Maybe when you check comments you should verify the origin of those who comment. Different origins have different expectations. In my 50+ years of hotel life I think I can judge a hotel, this establishment will not pass as a 3.5 star outside Malaysia — however — the pricing does! It is a pity the Crowne Plaza is no more. What a benchmark that was.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. After sleeping one night here, I got bed bug bites on both of my legs. The hotel is not clean nor well-maintain. The bath towels are so old and used, there are literally snags and stained on their towels. There are stained and soiling appear on their bed white pillows. The bathroom tiles are cracked in some spots. I have travelled a lot and stay in many 5 stars hotels but this one is just plain horrible. The breakfast buffet is just horrible and the dinner buffet is just disgusting. I had to take a taxi cab to Shangri-La Hotel and eat at the Lemon Garden Café because the food quality there was very good. I can't blame the staffs for my bad experience at this hotel, they are doing their best with what they have to work with. I would certainly fire all the Managers and CEO for not maintaining the hotel industry standards. I rarely complained online but this hotel is just overrated and people need to know the facts before booking at this hotel.

This hotel has great food, great outdoor pool and very close to lots of shopping. The challenge is, smoking. The have open spaces where people smoke and you can smell it in the lobby. In fairness to the Prince Hotel. I met with the manager and expressed my disappointment with their smoking policy. 1 year later, I went again and the same smoking policy applies. I will choose a different hotel on my next visit. M.

Excellent hotel. Very nice Hall, rooms well decorated and comfortable. Very complete bathroom. It has a very beautiful and nice pool.
The breakfast is good and varied. The location of the hotel was excellent. A short walk from Petronas precious and in front of shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas, bars, pubs. Very comfortable to stay in.
