Nice clean space. Spacious enough room. Large shower cubicle but no bath tub. Breakfast with good enough options.

Nice clean room with great view of city. Walking distance from shopping area. Lots of food near by. Traffic is an issue, because its a prime area.

The room was dirty enough, but still tolerable. Recommended for backpacker. I got satisfied and friendly service. Next, I wish this hotel management can fix the hygiene problem.

Excellent stay but unfortunately I forgot things in my room during check-out and when I returned the next day, one of the items went missing. So yes, house keeping stole it. Maybe it is my mistake but be careful from the house keeping staff, they mugged me and might as well do the same to you.

We are staying at smoking floor and there is a very bad smells in our rooms. Requested to change to non smoking floor but was told that no other rooms are available. 3/5 of us are getting skin rashes and allergies after coming back. Very bad staying experiences and will never go back again!

I have to lower your star. Because there is a problem with housekeeping division and should be improved the first day. I returned at night, my room has not been cleaned and had to report to the lobby and wait in clean. The second day. When I returned to the hotel that night. Room was cleaned but mineral water 2 bottles free of charge not given. I do not know what else on the third day. Hopefully not lower your star again. Third day all is good. I will rise your star now. I hope housekeeping should be improved So your customers are not disappointed and can come back to stay again.

The rooms are ok and the hotel staff are good. Breakfast not rich and insects were in the salads. If they take care about the issue of serving clean food the hotel will be awesome.

It's a refurbished but an old hotel. Everything including pool facility is still in good condition. The location is perfect close to everything including all the major shopping malls, eateries, clubs/pubs among others and all within walking distance.

Hotel location just near Jinhe Square and Liu Yi Square, eat, drink and exchange are super convenient, live in the upper floors of the room can also see KL Tower and twins tower, panoramic view.

Location is good. Street markets are a 5 min walk from the hotel. Be prepared to walk about 30 mins to get to the big tourist attractions like the Twin Towers. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. The room itself is very spacious and was clean upon arrival. Only qualms were that the toilet didn't flush properly all the time and we didn't have a shower curtain (even though there was a curtain rod installed).

Nice average pricing accomodation… Just opposite LowYat plaza and Back of Sungai Wang Plaza… Easy access to all shoppings and foods stall in Bukit Bintang.

There's no toothbrush. And the hot water is always off when we are going to take a bath. But the hotel is very near with Alor street, Sungei Wang Mall. And Easy to find meals and souvenirs.

Central and somewhat departed hotel next to the tech department store and close to the night market.

Interior looks old. Need more lightning around the hotel. The only place have decent lightning is bathroom.

Good hotel with reasonable rates. What you pay is what you get. Will always recommend to anyone who wants to stay in KL Bukit BIntang Advantage of everything is just a walk way only. Breakfast is splendid worth the money paid. Experienced very friendly service and decent to stay hotel.

I am not sure if these reviews have to be approved prior to going up on the wall, but the review I left yesterday is magically not anywhere to be seen. Maybe The Capital Hotel are not interested in rectifying problems versus whitewashing and ignoring direct complaints!

I am extremely disappointed with hotel management re a stale mate over providing us with a far cheaper room than we had fully prepaid. There was a flat out refusal of refunding the difference. Silly really as we refer a lot of people to places that we stay in and like. Happy to change my review of management have the guts to deal with this.
I might add, I don't even remotely care re the dollar difference, I have HUGE issues with a hotel that steals however.

We have stayed before & wiil happily stay again. Well situated to great restaurants & shopping. Even better now with train station a few minutes walk. Welcoming staff, clean rooms. Try for a room facing the Petronas Twin Towers.

It was excellent. The breakfast was even better. Do come to this hotel. Don't listen to people who say this hotel is bad.

Room smells of cigarette smoke. Feel body itchy with rashes after laying and sleeping on the bed. The carpet feels unclean.

This was our first stay at Hotel Capitol, it was great value, Great location and really friendly staff.

Old hotel. Large room. Near to shopping arcade. Easy to find place to eat.

It's very noisy. In the room, you know what the neighbors are doing.

Staffs are helpful and nice to customers. Nice clean big rooms. You can rent rooms here without further thinking.

Modern and clean. Very friendly staff and great location. My room, and I think most of the rooms judging from the orientation of the hotel, had a nice view of the Petronas Twin Towers. The Wi-Fi was also reliable with no noticeable speed issues. The only complaint I had was that the elevators could be heard going up and down from the room, but this is probably due to my room being right in front of the elevators.

Well situated in KL and comfortable bedroom. Staff very friendly and helpful. For my Scottish tastes, breakfast was poor.

I want to write about the rooms. Rooms are good and well maintained. Staff is also appreciable.

Really bad! Bad service. Internet does not work and the only solution provided: downgrading your room without any refund (you pay for a large room, but you get a small one with the possibilty of Wi-Fi connection. A Wi-Fi connection still is not guaranteed by the hotel). Never again! Ruins everything for me. Personell is not willing to help you out.

Serious lack of parking space! In the middle of the Jinhe and Liu Yi Mall!

Good place to stay with nice & clean rooms. The people there are also friendly to make you feel welcome. Tips: Request Chef Shahrol to cook your food…

Low yat plaza is just beside and time square is just behind it. Superb location to everywhere I want. Just 1 min walk to Alor street food.

Staying in this hotel on way back from Bali for three nights before travelling back to England. What a wonderful reception when we arrived. We're expecting us and very kind and friendly explaining everything we needed to know. Above and beyond the call was the fact that we have a party member who had an accident in Bali and needed a wheelchair. The Hotel have loaned us one free of charge for the whole time we are here! Fantastic and such a relief! The rooms are on 18th floor. They are clean, comfy, with an excellent shower room. We have four rooms with views are of the petronus towers and kl tower! Brilliant. The rooms are quiet and the lifts are great! The breakfast has loads of choice, like all city hotels bustling and busy but you don't wait long. Tonight we had room service, two different pizza's and a club sandwich. Absolutely fabulous, plenty to eat, hot and tasty. Best of all we didn't need to leave the hotel after a long and hot day site seeing. The prices were great too! I would

It only has the location where it is strategic.

Good location — 1-2 mins walk to sungei wang plaza, 5 mins to times square, 5 mins to jalan alor.

However, my room is in 2nd floor so the view is not nice, + there's construction nearby. Recommend higher floor

My first experience staying at this hotel (room 609) and have a very bad ending.
I stayed two nights here, at the last day, somebody bell my room twice and room service guy opened my door when we're still sleeping at 06.54 AM (KL time) to ask me check out because the supervisor already give the check out card to them. (Fyi I have two sleeping toddlers here).
My husband got really angry and called the front office but she said they must be wrong room (so noooot logic). Meanwhile the room service guy still waiting for us to check out. Crazy! And again we called front office and they said like its normally thing. There is no sorry words or apologize came up from both the front office or the room service.
Yeah maybe it is very normal to wake up guest from their sleep at 7 AM and told them to check out in rush! All the good points about this hotel is destroyed by their staff itself!
