Our worst stay at a "five (5) star" hotel. Completely did not feel like we are treated as guests and I am not letting the incomplete bathroom amenities get away — No face towels, no comb? These are bathroom essentials and all the hotels I've been to provide (even small three star hotels) these. — Upon our check out, the conceirge personnel (male) on duty between 6-7 am of February 24, 2018 was rude. We surrendered our luggage near his table and he did not even assist us (fyi, … I am with my aunties and uncles who are seniors). I'd understand if he didn't want to give me help but for my aunties and uncles? Right. He should have at least showed initiative. — Conceirge personnel, still. My auntie asked him wether he's taking our luggage inside their holding area (which is again an SOP for hotels) and he just said leave it there (an area in the lobby, exposed to the public). My aunt repeatedly asked and the answer she got from him was just the same. I intercepted their conversation and finally, the personnel did what he was supposed to do while giving an unpleasant facial expression. — Since there were no face towels, I have to request it. To be fair, your housekeeping crew on duty (7:30 pm — 8:30 pm) brought it to us really quick. But wait, from the same crew, I requested five bottles of water but before acknowledging my request, he gave me this very unpleasant facial expression making me think that I was bothering his duty for some sort. Anyone in the field of hospitality should be prepared because guests are unpredictable. The water bottles arrived and handed to me lacking also the initiative to just put it in the bar. — We got back from our tour having a small pink tea cup toy beside my auntie's side table. Creepy. — My auntie reported (even to the hotel administration) that her perfume was missing. We looked everywhere in her room (cabinets and drawers) and found nothing. Got back in the afternoon after our tour, and found it in the drawer of the desk, box was dented. Little things matter and these are what makes a hotel "five" star.
