Nice hotel especially the Filipina Housekeeping lady at the 6th floor. Staff is very accommodating at the Front desk, Concierge, restaurant, and the Security personnel. Thank you for the free upgrade.

Near to publict fasilities, comfortable bed room and appreciable breakfast.

Great location with near to many famous shopping malls, MRT. Near famous food street Jalan Alor. Good budget hotel.

The place and service is great but the Wi-Fi connection on 6th floor had a poor quality.

Ideal location, nice in budget, breakfast ok only the toilet dirty.

Don't expect too much for the room and bathroom. But I liked it here because of the strategic location and easily access for delish foods. 15mins walk to Pavilion, but don't worry you won't get tired, coz so much to see at the side of the road.

Love the rooms, I stayed at room 707 and 810. Both have bathtub, and 810 was very spacious. Love it! Very close by to Bukit Bintang, just walking distance.

So far. So good. Room is clean. I like the room. Got very big windows. Room is big. Got also bathtub. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They got also morning breakfast. Can also order food in the room. Location is superb. Near to eateries and malls. Will come Back again.

Very nice hotel with affordable room rent. It can be a perfect place for Bangladeshi tourists since 2 Bangladeshi restraunts (Star Kebab, Roshona Vilas) are siruated opposite to Alpha Genesis Hotel.

The hotel is located just behind the famous Jalan Alor, its 5 mins walk to bukit bintang main street and 10mins walk to the Pavillion Mall so walking distance to everything in bukit bintang area and to the railway and mrt. Location is superb. This is an old hotel — Its clean but old, the pillows had a bit of smell (i asked the pillow cases to be changed everyday) but still the same so probably its a very old pillow. The toilet is clean but again also old. The mattress is hard, the duvet is clean but also have marks on it. In all if you dont really care about where you sleep then this hotel is not a bad choice. But if you want comfort — this is not the place.

Rooms were not clean, furniture and fixtures are in dire need of an update and the staff was not friendly. Didn't enjoy my stay at all. Would rather recommend the Yard Boutique Hotel which is just behind this one.

Economical fine hotel. Good value for money hotel.

This is the most disgusting place that I have ever been to! Beware, don’t book on this place. The room was so smelly and I suddenly felt so itchy. But you know what, the most disgusting thing about this hotel is the customer service. It infuriates me that they don’t make an action to help their clients. I was out with my friend, and forgot one of our pass card in the room. My friend went home first and I partied more as it’s my first time in KL. When I went home, I tried to call my friend to pick me up downstairs as I dont have any pass, problem was he was asleep. I tried to talk to the manager Shafawi, if he can give me consideration and let me go to my room. I explained the situation and apologise that I caused this trouble. Guess what, he just rejected me and he said, ‘that is why we gave you two pass cards’! And he was like, wait for your friend in the lobby or call him until he answer. It was very annoying that he didnt even offer any help and just rejected my request. Yes it was my fault that I left my key, but I apologised and asked him politely. It was so disgusting that he didnt even care and he left me waiting downstairs. This is unacceptable! Shame on you shafawi!

Old furnitures and bed is a bit too hard for my liking. Its location is very ideal however. Its located in the busy Bukit Bintang district, which means city centre is a mere 15-20 min walk.

Stayed there for multiple times. A good choice for me because of its location and affordable rates. In some rooms bathroom fleeting wasn't working properly but I guess they fixed it already. Recommended.

Strategically located in Bukit Bintang, clean, friendly staff. In certain rooms Wi-Fi signal is weak. Definitely will stay again in here if I visit Bukit Bintang.

We arrived after midnight and the receptionist checked us in really quick. Our room's door handle was broken not long after we went into the room. We called the receptionist and they got it fixed really quickly. The room was spacious and comfy. Unfortunately we didn't get to taste the breakfast. Our room was at the 5th floor and we got a really nice view of KL tower, especially at night. About the location, we still have to walk from the main road. I personally felt a bit worried at night as a woman walking around alone. Plenty restaurants around, there are massage places as well, and if I'm not mistaken there's a 7-eleven just three buildings away. Overall, I recommend the hotel and would like to stay there again :)

Pretty old hotel, with old setup. Fittings are broken. TV turns on by itself. The only good thing about it is it's location.

Great place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Excellent location in Bukit Bintang Area. Only improvement I would suggest is having bedside electricity ports.

Poor facilities for toilet, bathtub was so slippery should provide bathtub mat. Fall during the bathe, when call for help, staff from counter picked up without concerned of their guests situation (after fall) and with reluctant attitude. My family member bathed halfway, the bathtub tap dropped out and have to get maintenance for repair with full of soap on body and wrapped up uncomfortably. Very bad experience, worsen hotel I had stayed.

Nice environment and easy access to clubs, city center, and malls but not so nice hotel as was advertised.

The room not bad, breakfast buffet still acceptable although there's still some room for improvement (eg. More food option), but the basement parking is just terrible, space very tight.

I don't really this hotel because our 1st time in this hotel was very suck experience. This hotel outside seems look good but when you enter the room it was very small and not clean especially the toilet. Alpha Genesis Hotel building look classy but all the furniture inside the room was old fashioned. I hope you company will renovated the hotel and change all the old furniture make tourists and visitors feel comfortable to stay with your hotel. Plz prepare hair blower, slippers, iron and plz put the mirror near the socket because its hard for us to blow our hair when the socket so far. Plz improve your management so people will choose to stay there. Thank you.

Great hotel, nice rooms great cleanliness and very helpful staff! Do not underestimate the location at two steps from the evening nightlife of Khuala!

Convenience traffic located in the centre. But the room is not very clean. Breakfast not too many to choice.

Located in the centre of the tourist and business districts of Kuala Lumpur. Bukit Bintang Monorail Station is 15 min walk away from the hotel. In addition, it is around an hour by car from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. This business, the hotel air-conditioned building includes a lobby Dining options include a café and a restaurant. Good for family.

Late arrived, the location are easy to reach … The Wi-Fi is speed-ing, excellent … able to do a smooth conference meeting wit colleague.

Breakfast is not so good. Rooms are ok. Nice place to take a walk to shopping complex.
