Very disappointed with ur service at Han Palace. Tonite is my mother birthday, I have pre-order the dishes earlier but still provide us the wrong dish. Somemore the main course become the last course & we have waited for an hour for that dish ready for serve. This is totally ruin out our serving mood & spoilt the birthday dinner. With this I only can give a bad experience comment to ur restaurant standard of service. Restaurant crew somemore respond to us that she is just a staff nothing she can do. Super disappointed with the service & problem solving handling method.

Room 425, 13th September 2018 check in and stayed one night. Reason for my stay was purely Work ie meeting at Resident office. 14th September 2018 at 0700hrs check out rushing to catch next flight, suddenly I was stopped and directed to the counter 'you took 2 bottle of air oren dan perlu bayar'!? Malunya saya. What kind of hotel layan orang macam tu teruk sekali?!

Very good. Nice, clean, peacefully. The only problem is plug socket too far from bed… LoL. Bring your own extension wire.

Less choice of food surrounding the hotel. Food delivery hotel is not really similar as to what describe in the menu. Room is clean and privacy. However there is 10% property charge not mention in the website though.

Good location. Hotel is a little dated though but well maintained. Freidnly hotel staff. Will consider coming back the next visit.

Great for a hotel that's operating almost 38 years. There are a selection of restaurants in there that caters to both Western and oriental cuisine as well as a bistro for those looking to get some alcohol. Their lobby toilets are accessible only to guest though, bummer.

One of the best hotel in Miri. The room is clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet packed with choices and there are plenty of parking space. They have a small swimming pool, sauna, karaoke room and gym too.

I had Superior Room for our small family. My children were very happy. That's good enough for us to come back next time.

Best halal dim sum in Miri bar none. Favourite one is the custard steam bun.

One of the great place to stay in Miri. This Hotel have all facilities that you can get in Miri, with reasonable price. I love to stay here again.

Well maintained hotel while it's starts to showing its age. 4 out of 5 for the foods (I mostly only had breakfast since there are so many good food around the hotel for lunch and dinner). 4 out of 5 for location, close to almost anywhere. Cleanliness is 5 out of 5 considering the age of the hotel and how it looks now. Recommended for business / family trip.

Tried the buffet lunch, very nice. The dessert is nice too.

The hotel has great location, cool, not busy with great ambient, room is clean, spaces, with ok amenities, but…,, I could have given five-star, they didn't clean the toilet as they should be, and the Aircond is not functioning well. The receptionist is not trained not to gossip the guests. The food is ok too. Love it.

Practical hotel. A little old and needing a slight face list in my opinion but still good. Can't complain at all. Restaurants serving good food with reasonable pricing.

The food was pretty good. Some of the staffs could improve in being more aware of the customers when serving them.

Great room, well maintained, clean and accommodate to guests' need. Would give five star if the bed is hard like coconut fibre mattress.

Old Hotel but the location is great as it is nearby lots of restaurant, bar, market etc.

As grand as the tag. Will looked functions activities more further in future… great food n properly well manage as our team organised state level conference recently… will give 5's if more space open for guest parking. Kipidap.

Was here for dimsum, wanted to go for toilet at the lobby, but they only allowed hotel guests to enter, need till swipe room card to enter toilet. Bummer.

Did not stay but only attended conference with 2 lunches & dinner. Food are great & unique.

Located along Pujut-Miri Road, this is a convenient hotel with limited free parking. Eateries with delicious cuisine is nearby. Shopping at a popular hypermarket is just next door. The hotel has most basic amenities and its Chinese and western cuisine are popular. Pork-free dim sum breakfast is available daily.

Loves their DimSum (Halal) at Han Palace Restaurant, and Wagyu beef steak at their Best Western Restaurant. One of the hotels in Miri that has good restaurants.

I dropped my wallet containing credit cards, identification cards and cash amounting to more than RM1, 000 in the western restaurant today. When I realized this about an hour later, and called the restaurant they returned the wallet without a single ringgit or document missing. A great big thank you to all restaurant staff, especially Regina who picked up the wallet. My deepest respect to you for your trustworthiness.

One of the best hotel in Miri, but starting to look dated.
