It’s a wonderful place to stay, the environment is suitable for families. The view is magnificent and the hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious meals that are suitable for the price and the staff are very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious, it’s also very quiet. The lake wasn’t at its best facilities when we visited but I assure it’s just perfect to look at. There are other areas which are suitable to go for a swim in the lake, if that’s the case, but I recommend the hotel if you need a place to stay. Overall, our experience was amazing and we hope to return!

I have never seen such terrible service. The waiters have not picked up and cleaned the table for 40 minutes even though we've repeatedly called on both of them to order. Only after we went inside to complain to the manager did the waiter come to our table. Do not waste your time coming here, unless you're willing to wait for an hour and a half for your food to arrive or for somebody to pay attention to you. This is my first and last time visiting this place.

Very unique hotel and resort in a very unique country. Amazing owners and amazing food. Can’t wait to visit again.

A delightful place — set amidst leafy and quiet surroundings with a stunning view of the lake. The restaurant serves delicious local food; prices are affordable and the service is excellent.

They have two menus, one for winter and one for summer. On the summer one there are dishes which are more expensive. They have given us the winter one and the bill was more expensive then expected. I asked why and he said yeah those are the summer prices, but the menu was the winter one… So they kinda fooled us. Also I ordered hummus and half of it in the bowl was dry (I guess they had it all day in a container and I got the sh dry top of it also). My friend ordered grilled vegetables and it was still raw, she had to ask to cook it normally. The beach in front of the restaurant was like a field where they grow potatoes, I would not recommend it. We got two bills at the end, we were 8 or 9 people and we wanted to pay separately, but the waiter did not even ask us before he printed it on one. They use another kind of alphabet here, we needed a lots of time to figure out which food was whose or what was what (the menu was in English so it was easier to order). There should have been a third bill for one of the guys, but he left without paying because he did not get his bill. When the rest of us wanted to leave the waiter was asking for that money, we did not even know what happened, and he started to shout and throw stuff. I would not recommend this restaurant, I don’t know about the hotel.

Great resort, beautiful surrounding. Beach, wooden harbour and children toys.

The hotel is old, from the communist time, and is in a process of refurnishing. The beds are very bad for sleeping because of their softness, the restaurant is serving meals in the old fashioned way without having something that will attract tourists to visit this hotel in particular. From other side, the price of a one night stay is quite fair, with 25 euros for one person full board included.

Stunning location on Prespa Lake, with view on Pelister mountain. Service and food — disaster. The word hospitality has a whole new meaning. This has nothing to do with macedonian traditional cousin.

Terrible service and the food was also terrible. So this place does not represent macedonian hospitality.
The only good thing here is the view from the rooms and restaurant, and the natural beauty that Oteshevo has.

Worst food, worst service. Left 2 meals that were really bad on the side of the table, ordered a third one not to be left hungry just to get a really low quality meal again without a question. The hair on the pillows was just a bonus, I don't even think they change beddings every time. The price is far from the service we got.

Breathtaking beauty! Such a phenomenal place, the view and beach is simply stunning. The rooms are nice, beds are super comfortable. The food was fantastic and the owners were unbelievably kind and helpful. Will most definitely be coming back!

Perfect for camping. It's completely free to camp next to the lake. If you want to have a shower just need to pay a little fee to use one of the rooms showers. The food is great and they have good beers. It is a very quiet place where you don't see a lot of tourism. Peaceful and beautiful.

The hotel rooms are not yet up to the world standards with aging furniture. The staff is friendly and the hotel site and beach make up for a nice weekend getaway.

Endless potential and constantly improving! Keep an eye on this new hotel/resort in the near future.
