Poor service on the terace. Four of us had to leave as we were seated on a dirty table with no service for an hour. Three waiters around and no one came. Went to Bure instead and it was quite a difference in terms of client service. It is a shame for this type of a hotel in a middle of this city. Never again!

Very bad hotel, everything is dirty, broken and it is to expensive. You can have a much better hotel for less then the half of the price. Elevator is only available from the second floor and you need to carry everything 30 steps up before. Breakfast is ok, but coffee always cold, dishes dirty and you have to wait very long for someone to serve you. No recommendation!

These people at the Hotel Epinal does not have a basic knowledge about customer service AT ALL. The most rudest waiter ever had in my life. He did not say one word over the whole time while we had our lunch no wellcome no enjoy your meal not even goodbye and Thank you. Food very avarage. Overall if you can avoid this place…

Small room, old furniture, tiny wardrobe, average breakfest, but nice view to the mountains.

This hotel is in a great location but desperately needs updating for what they charge. We had a triple room and could barely move. Walls dirty, bathroom very small. Curtains falling off the rods. The casino has maybe 20 slots so there is no Grand there. We were visiting family so just needed a place to sleep. But I would rate this hotel as a 2 star. I really feel we got ripped off with what we paid.

I visited this hotel recently. Such a beautiful place! The staff were great, a little understaffed but the manner in which they went about their service was really professional. Good food and good people. Definitely recommend.

I am absolutely disgusted with tonight's service. Firstly the salad that was ordered was completely wrong and when we approached the waiter he wanted to debate the order of the salad, we asked if olives could be pan fried but the chef refused to pan fry them when the restaurant was not at all busy due to the rain, olives were put in the microwave to which the waiter admitted to so we told him we didn't want them, squid was ordered we asked what it came with and the waiter replied chips. Waiter asked if we wanted the bill and to our surprise the olives and chips were on the bill, we asked to speak to management and offcourse no one was around. It's not about the money it's about how terrible the service was and how much the standards have dropped and the waiter himself admitted that. We definitely will NOT be coming back!

This review is only about the Pub. The pub's table was not good cleaned and has a lot of spider webs around. The waiters were polite and friendly. About the food: 1. The mixed salad was small and we payed for double. 2. The pommes frites with cheese were very small, not good fried, not good cleaned and barely with no cheese (the cheese was very bad and stinky) 3. Homemade sausage was only 5 slices of sausage. 4. The beer was really cheap 150 denars (2.5€) 1 liter, but it tastes like "Krali Marko". 5. The dessert "warm-cold" (which I waited for more than one hour), the warm cookie tastes good, but the icecream stinked. 6. The tacos were good but I'm not impressed. 7. The Cesar salad was not very tasty and it was made with "big tomatos" instead of "cherry tomatoes".

Lobby and restaurant are nice and the only hotel in Bitola with a swimming pool. The rooms are a bit dated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Big sized, comfortable and renovated hotel in the center of Bitola. Great choice for large conferences and meeting. The staff though, might require strong negotiation skills and could use a customer service training.

The hotel rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. The water is not potable. The restaurant is ok, service a bit slow. Well equipped gym, pool big enough for swimming and the water is clean; however the changing rooms are not clean&tidy and are cold.

Worse 4 stars hotel I know. We were waiting 2 hours in the bar for a waiter. Dirty people in the pool and compared to Belata Kuka the food and coffee are overpriced!

Only gave it 2 stars because the food was good and the location is nice. Service is horrible, there is nothing worse than waiter with an attitude. We ordered pork file and a salad for the 3 of us. The waiter brought one super small salad (barely anything in it) and charged us for 3 separate salads even though there was one super small plate on the table. The check came and we payed around 400 denars for the salad and one pork file costed 250. Horrible service, make sure you ask questions before ordering anything!

Good location, Good value… however not very well maintained… very basic daily room service … this property needs maintenance.

We have come away from our stay at this hotel robbed by staff, accused by police and appalled at the hotel room maintenance, if that's what you would call it. We were disgusted in the way we were treated by staff and management after having our expensive items stolen from our room. Their customer server skills were nothing to be desired, accusing us of an 'inside job'. Our room was not cleaned once, our sheets not changed and towels not washed in the whole time of our 15 day stay. I'm repulsed at this hotels cleanliness, after requesting our room be cleaned and fresh towels be provided, they only adhered to our requests once. Although the food was nice, I will not be recommending this hotel to family and friends.

It's in the center of the most famous street in Macedonia, famous Sirok Sokak in Bitola. If you stay there everything is very close to you like Old Bazaar, The Clock Tower in Bitola, Sirok Sokak, ect.

Clean, that is just about everything worth saying about this hotel… And ok Wi-Fi.

Very Old Hotel. The curtains in my room and my son's room are torn apart. Our rooms are very small, like a budget hotel. And the worst of all, we have to take our hand carry luggages by Stairs to level 1 before able to use the Lift from there to our level on the 2nd floor. Thank God they have Bell Boy to take our other big Luggages to our rooms. And the food while we had dinner was delicious. Kalau boleh pilih sih ngga mau ah nginap sini lagi jika ke Bitola.

A large hotel in the center of the city.

Epinal is my base every time I visit Bitola. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent spa. If you visit Bitola one of the MUST TO things is to try the food in Hotel Epinal's Restaurant.

One of the worst experience I've ever had. The last leg of our trip my fiancé and I thought we would stay where the main strip is. Our first room we got had mould the size of broccoli in the shower. When we found this we immediately went to the front desk to change rooms. The next room they showed us to move into we walked into a room already occupied "accidentally"… Next room as she was opening the door the occupants where walking behind us going why are you walking into our room! Third room we walked into there was a stench coming from the bathroom and we declined. Fourth room we walked into the bathroom floor had been flooded from the shower and we were like ahhh can you see that are you serious! We then asked for the manager and asked be upgraded to one of there better rooms for free because we couldn't believe how many rooms they showed us that we're unclean and fit for occupants! They then showed us an upgraded room and the bathroom once again STUNK! We said no and the final sixth room was an OK room and we were fed up because it was our 4th year anniversar, we were hungry because it was now 11pm at night and just purely over it…
