Very friendly staff, good food, clean, love their "pass word 4 Wi-Fi" welcome…, the bar is very good, I'm not so good to eat breakfast, then they ask if I want something else. Wawww, that's service… Strongly recommended.

Great, helpful staff who speak fluent English. Yummy breakfast included with stay and clean rooms. Fun bar/restaurant (Fat Cat) with good music as well! Would definitely return!

Super central. We stayed there on July 6th. The staff invited us formally by nice letter to join them in singing the national anthem at 9 pm. Also they were kind to let us store bicycles inside and gave us a late check-out time. Breakfast was nice although the salmon slices were frozen and the coffee machine pretty slow.

Located in the centre, it consists of fully furnished rooms. Breakfasts are included in the price and they are tasty and varied. Good coffee. But the calling card of this hotel is staff. Kind and helpful reseptionists are always at your disposal.

My wife and I stayed here with our toddler daughter. The hotel is right in the Old Town with easy access to the ferry to Coronian Spit. As soon as you walk in you can tell this is a hotel of high standard, from decor, cleanliness and excellent service from the receptionist. The facilities in the room were brilliant. They even left a pair of small slippers for the little one! The room itself was spacious and bed super comfy. Breakfast buffet was a sumptuous spread — quality coffee, fresh fruit, bakery, omlettes, meats, sausages & bacon and more. The ambience of the breakfast room was fabulous with nice decorations and music playing in the backgroud which really added to the atmosphere. Room service meals from the bar were also outstanding. All in all a very solid hotel with central location, finished to a very high standard and has excellent staff! We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Klaipeda!

Pleasant European style hotel. The card must be inside the room in its slot to turn the electricity on, which means you can't leave a device charging in the room while you are out.

Good place but average, I do not see the 4* anywhere, no special facilities or luxury equipped.

Nice place, not bad café on the ground floor, conveniently located.

Location — old town. There are lots of places nearby to have drink including Fat cat downstairs.
