Decent place for a decent rest, especially liked the library, probably the only place on Earth where you can still smoke a cigarette over a cup of coffee and do not freeze on the street as a stray dog.

My partner & I stayed at ' Pusu paunksneje ' for the 1st time. The first impression was very good: the room was spacious, functional and had a nice private outside area with nice flora & comfortable chairs & table. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Spoilt for choice really! Waiters are very professional & friendly. Also a great priority: about 5-7 min walk to the sea.
It is a good value hotel. Would highly recommend.

The location is very good. From the pedestrian street Basanavichus 10 minutes by foot, to the sea also, across the road Botanmcheskij garden.

The food was very good, but service was not matching it. Had to find the waitress in order to get menu. I believe guests should be met at the entrance to restaurant and then seated at a table as in most restaurants. Waitress, without asking if we have finished eating, took plates off a table!

Got into a fight with the owner Mrs Sabonis. We commented our salad was too dry and we were told it defiantly was not. We said we were not imagining it and we were told that we were being given a food education and that was how it had too be. Are they serious do they think this is the best restaurant I've dined in my life. Very arrogant service. They don't understand the common practice the Customer is Always right. Food was excellent However owner was very unprofessional and she left a bad taste in our mouth. Will not come back.

The most expensive restaurant in Palanga, but the waiters absolutely unprofessional. Our waiter could not do anything to help us, because it works only on the second day … In the restaurant hall, non stop scurry the children's. The majority of visitors do not respect other visitors, behaves as if your home, they was shouting and continually laughed aloud. Waiters do not even try to calm them. In such a situation, not the restaurant positioning as a "white table cloths". Resume: Luxury and bistro-level mix.

Beautiful and quiet place to stay in front of the park. The food is worth the extra money. Excellent service.
