Idealess food, badly seasoned and the same every day. Freely according to the motto, the groups (many Chinese) come once and never again. I am with my group 6 days in the hotel. Absolutely not recommended!

Nice location, expect a 15 mim walk to reach the center/ old town. This hotel is very clean and rooms comfortable. I d recommend u avoid the eco rooms which numbers are ending by 21 such as 821 for the 8th floor. These are way too small and noisy. Other rooms are just perfect. The staff is helpful and smiley. 20/20 for them. If u fancy some food and beverages, head to the basement and enjoy the comfortable areas, held by warm and nice waitress/waiters. Outstanding service here!

I attended a conference and stayed in this hotel. It is a lovely place, with friendly reception staff. The food is good, though the bar is very quiet. The location is superb.

Rooms were clean but small (not what I expected from a 'supreme room'). Breakfast buffet was okay, but a little bland.

:: Comfortable not so far from shopping mall and old town :: I've stayed here a week for business trip. The room is a little small but comfortable. Staff are good. The breakfast is very good with variety of food to choose from including yummy waffle. The free Wi-Fi is around 7-8 mbps, not so fast but not bad. The gym is quite compact but has all necessary equipments. Opposite hotel is a small convenient store where you can buy food and fruits. You can walk for about 10 minutes to old town and around 10-15 minutes to Akropolis, the largest shopping mall in Kaunas. Minus one point for the inconsistent of warm water which sometimes turn extremely hot and sometimes very cold.

Everything was super. Good location, comfortable sleep and very nice room. The staff is true professionals.

Great hotel either for business stay or for romantic gateway! Delicious breakfasts with large variety of food, the best pancakes! Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing location, and very cosy atmosphere! Want to come back!

Unfortunately only 4*. There is absolutely amazing people working hard and they should receive 5* review. One of them is Gintare approached us with big smile and very welcome attitude, basically we felt like we would came back home (at some point it's our temporary home). Gintare was as always very professional and helpful front office team member. Thank you for that. Very proffesional and approachable was Front Office Manager Rima, she solve our problem within a minutes. However I the last star has been removed due the bar staff rude attitude and no willingness to help the guest. I have been refused to serve a drink at 12:01 while two bar ladies proudly told me that I will not be served because I've late for 1 minute (it's while both of them was talking to each other). In addition there is some maintenance problems in the business rooms (almost every our stay, problems remain the same), which housekeeping ignoring to report to the maintenance team (broken shower, blocked drain in the bathroom, leaking water on the floor. Housekeeping hasn't reported that problem for the whole 3 days stay…) However in overall, this is remain my favourite place to stay in Kaunas, Hotel is clean, Business rooms are big enough and most of the hotel staff are helpful and approachable. Breakfast is good and open late.

Personally, I liked the service and the setting.

My husband and I have been staying here for the last two weeks as he has business in Kaunas. It is our first visit to Lithuania and we are along way from our home in New Zealand. We have been very happy staying here. Our room is very comfortable and warm. The Housekeeping team keep it immaculately clean and are very friendly. I must have mentioned to Giedre that it was my Birthday and amazingly flowers, chocolates and champage appeared! On Friday evening delicious cheese and homemade fig jam appeared for us to enjoy over the weekend. We have really enjoyed the selections at the Breakfast Buffet and I have enjoyed the delicious Lunch Buffet most days. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and I can always find someone who speaks English. Thank you to the Chefs for the wonderful variety of dishes you prepare. You have made our stay here in Kaunas very welcoming, thank you.

Overall a decent hotel with a nice bar and lounge area. Great location to pedestrian only shopping and dining street.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast and very nice staff. Although they made it very hard to order something at the bar last night because they didn't come to us. But maybe that's because we were working on our laptops. But in the end I had a nice wishkey. It also has a nice but small sauna hidden on floor 3 (from elevator, go right then last door on the right and then all the way down the stairs). First time I couldn't find it, they could make the signs a bit better. There is also a workout area which is pretty nice for a hotel! All in all, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Helpfull suff, newly renovated, very profesional.

I have stayed at many Park Inn/ Radisson Blu's, (every Park Inn in the Baltic's) and this location by far sets the standard! Excellent service every time. It should be a model for other Park Inn's.

It is a good hotel for the money. Good location and walking distance to major shopping center Akropolis. Right in front of the hotel taxis, and all of the major bus stops. Service is good but rooms are a little bit stripped down. No carpet on the floors and can be cold. Cross the street Supermarket Rimi has everything what you need.
